They gave me a raw chicken and they told me it is not raw!!! and not do any apologize at all. What do you think to chicken that has soft and red color..??? Will definitely not recommend to dine in for this branch.

The personal is not treating delivery orders the same as all other orders, like it is not their business

The place was filthy had spider webs and stains on the wall that looked like they’d been there for months there were spills on floor that were there the whole time I was sitting there and workers just walking pass and toilets were the most disgraceful toilets I’ve encountered the germs in this place can be dangerous I’m very disappointed.

Worst KFC in the UK, please close this branch. I order a few things from Just Eat. I had waited for 40 minutes but then the order was cancelled. This is unacceptable for a "fast food" restaurant.

I have ordered 3/4 times in the last 2 months and all in all over these orders I waited 2 hours for the first one, twice I have received the wrong items and this time items were missing. Just eat compensate you but doesn’t help when you are wanting the food and it’s not just for you.

Cheap place to eat if you're traveling to Edinburgh, the place is a little dirty but you can eat without a reservation, which seems silly but in the center of Edinburgh if you don't have a reservation it's hard to find a place to eat or have dinner.

Food arrived in a mess. Chicken spilled out of bucket, chips everywhere in bag, one of our sides was missing and even though delivery was in the estimated window, it was barely warm. Didn’t have high hopes to begin with and they were confirmed.

Missing items gave 2 boxes of original chicken and no boneless even though we ordered party bucket over £40 and it came cold and mushy expecting a full refund not finger licking good. Megan

zero reason to be waiting 25 minutes when the place is dead, especially when it was just one meal there was no juice or even bottled water just tins of Pepsi max. couldn't add corn onto the meal as there was no option. bottles of unopened 2L juice scattered all over the place. worst kfc experience won't be back

Really can't tell if it was the driver or the restaurant, however when we received our order the gravy was everywhere but the lid was on. its almost like it was spilled first and then the lid was put back on after someone realised. Absolutely shocking, food was alright apart from bits of soaked paper bag in the chicken due to gravy being poured all over the bag before it got delivered.

My order has not been delivered. I need a refund asap.

Review: I recently ordered a bucket of wings (3x9=27 wings) for takeaway from KFC. However, when I got home and opened the bucket, I found only 3x6=18 wings instead of the 27 I paid for. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected better accuracy and quality control from KFC. It’s inconvenient to have to check every order thoroughly before leaving, especially when ordering takeaway. I hope you address this issue to avoid disappointing other customers in the future.

Delivery time kept extending and not accurate info shown on the tracking map - unless the rider has always been 2mins away from my address and only switched from the status from food prep to delivery last minute. Very disappointing long wait and really frustrating system

food was okay but chips were cold and chicken barely warm. Courier had 2 deliveries and took the long route round making his jouney longer and causing him have to backtrack to me therefore late.

For a 4 piece meal I got 4 drums, which I've never had before, usually get breast/thigh as well, shocking for price. Also got about 10 chips. Not good.

Service was great from the guys working there, food was sparce and not worth the money, kfc won't be getting my money anytime soon, meal's used to be reasonably priced but now overpriced and definitely not value for money.

The delivery person refused to deliver the food to me and asked me to come out on the street to come pick up my food. I was of the impression that, delivery meant delivering to my door.

Great service. The manager Michael gave me a spacial order with my chilli bites separate from the sauce so they didn’t get dirty on delivery which was nice of him. Friendly and helpful. 😊

expected time was 7:15 went to get a drink and come back to 3 calls on my phone and a message at 7:05 saying the person was there. I ran down at 7:10 and the person had left. my order said delivered and I wasn't given anything. no food no refund.

Delivered without Supercharger dip again! This branch of KFC are terrible for doing this, the dip is a very big deal to some people. Please pay more attention with your orders & if you have run out of dips - which is also a regular recurring issue with this branch - please stop allowing it to be added to orders. I wouldn’t be ordering if the dip was out of stock.

In some KFC branches, the food is halal. Make sure to put the halal sticker on it and ask the workers in the branch

I ordered my delivery around 4:45pm and I have only just received my food at 6:21pm which is a joke and all my order is conveniently freezing cold I’m no happy at all I will definitely not be eating the food as I’m pregnant and most of the food is stale and looks like it has been laying there for some time
