Ordered corn on the cob was replaced by a second portion of gravy.. who needs that much gravy? literally anything else would have been better as a replacement. Chicken pieces were overcooked... more a shade of dark brown than golden.

Ridiculously slow. Chicken was extra greasy and somewhat burnt. Chips were cold.

The fact that I spent good money on this order is totally APPALLING on arrival the bag at the bottom was ripped from grease and broke and fell all over the kitchen floor upon investigation we found that none of the chicken was in buckets and was in bags that soaked through with grease this was a totally APPALLING SHOCKING order IM NOT HAPPY

Liars- on the website outlet is open till midnight. I ordered for takeaway they deducted amount from my account and upon reaching at the door of outlet at 23:25 big surprise, closed. Food was absolutely shocking worst food delivery we have had from here and I have had a few …chips where so soggy chicken was super greasy and like it was put back into a frier total waste of 8 pieces of chicken it was so hard and too crispy to eat not to forget triology meal burger missing along with our mash missing and extra gravy… so disappointed

Would be great if napkins and cutlery were delivered ie. It’s checked by driver especially if delivery is to a hotel!

Not only was the order 2 and a half hours late (!) no reason given. It was COLD!! I did not receive the gravy that I ordered and PAID for!! Please refund my account with the cost of the gravy.

In some KFC branches, the food is halal. Make sure to put the halal sticker on it and ask the workers in the branch

I ordered my delivery around 4:45pm and I have only just received my food at 6:21pm which is a joke and all my order is conveniently freezing cold I’m no happy at all I will definitely not be eating the food as I’m pregnant and most of the food is stale and looks like it has been laying there for some time

Went at lunch time, really friendly service and fresh chicken. Very accommodating staff. There was a bit of a miscommunication because i said I wanted all thighs and I think they thought i said no thigh. But the effort was there

He brings only can of pepsi with out food, I know he not mistake but I don’t know where his brain to carry the pepsi all this way with out food , At least asking or reading what is written is better than letting everyone down without the slightest thought

Don’t know how they went so wrong - this is a franchise but quality was shocking - totally different from and other KfC I have had. The fries were as if the fryer hasn’t been cleaned, ever.

Late food . But it's fine sometimes happen but the half missing items like 8 hot wings 2 corns and Pepsi max . So for what I was paid exaclly ? Because I'm not sure . I wont recommended its happens often with KFC .

Delivery was excellent and the guy had 3 warms boxes in each other so full marks to him. It’s a shame that KFC like so many others now give the smallest portions for delivery. The size of the chicken was a disgrace. If I had ordered in store it would have been returned but I’m positive they wouldn’t have served you the same thing in store. Very sad times and definitely a KFC to avoid.

Very fast at making the food and is always hot. Never left sitting there for your food. Most of the time is clean as well. Along with the place being very quiet almost the whole day. Male toilets need work.

Order missing gravy and 2 out of 6 fries. Fries arrived plain, no salt or anything. Chicken tasty but disappointing without gravy. No choice of full sugar drinks is slowly driving me away from the brand. Sweeteners taste disgusting and I wish we weren’t made our choices for us.

Run away from this place. Uneducated attendant, they put pepper on absolutely everything, in addition we asked for one thing, something else came, the machine didn't show a note and there was no way to prove it. Terrible

Not good at all compared to DXB, the chicken and fries are odd, no taste at all. Fries are just cutted into 4 or 5 pieces with dirty brown muddy skin.

The place and cleanliness was good, but one of the worst kfc I've ever tasted. The amount of oil seeping through the bags made the food inedible, very smaller portions than usual and food had no taste

I ordered at 12:30 and the food ended up coming at 14:10. The waiting was too long and I’m not satisfied with it. The address on the app also shows the wrong place when I did put the correct address. Really not satisfied and I want them to fix it or give some kind of refund

The bag that was handed to me was soaking wet and the food was cold.

Never got the order even though we placed it twice. Took the money both times. Still waiting for two refunds of almost £70. KFC blame Just Eat. Just Eat don't give a damn. Not interested in the slightest. KFC should take some responsibility.

The place is clean not bad but the service and food is horrible. The chips we received are soggy asked to replace them chicken is burnt and so salty. Very bad experience.
