Paid for delivery. Food when it eventually arrived was cold. Chicken burger was undercooked with pink meat. Delivery service is appalling. Avoid.

Do not step foot into this filthy dirty KFC. No cleaning standards in place totally disgusting. Tables full of old food. Floors covered. No wiping down of tables. No antibacterial spray in sight. I can see previous reviews saying the same as myself and clearly nothing has been done about this. Can you confirm and send me your cleaning rotas? I can assume you fill these in so I would be interested to have a look. Don’t order from here or go to this KFC. Can’t wait to see what the owner replies.

Having gone to kfc for years around the country. I went to kfc meadow bank last week. Afterwards to find out it only served 100% halal foods. This is not the kfc I grew up loving. I do not agree with this method of killing an animal and will not support it in great Britain and will no longer be returning to kfc. Besides this, no gloves worn, staff in track suits cooking the food, dirt on the floors and long wait times.

Service was very upsetting the restaurant missed half of my order and I got yelled at from the man working inside the restaurant he refused to give me the correct items the food I received was very dry and cold also never going back do not recommend this kfc

I came Edinburgh for a holiday and it was my first experience of having kfc in uk , and be honest the food was really amazing and they are well cleaned and there store looks beautiful Especially i want to mention both of staff who served me mashu and mubi they are so kind and helpfull Thank you guys for your amazing food and service

We visit this kfc regularly, and the staff member Gary has always been so friendly and kind. it has been years of us visiting, he always has a smile on his face, always has a chitchat and a joke. He alone makes the trip worthwhile. We have a closer halal KFC but prefer visiting this one as it's a much nicer experience.

It's like staff does their best to keep people out. Slow service, not welcoming atmosphere, gross bathrooms Updated: they have renovated and renewed the restaurant since my review. Might be better.

This KFC is pretty poor. The food was OK but there were no menu signs in the drive through, just blank boards and the server was a little impatient when I was looking for the menu online.

Very nice, never let down. Visited n had food a few times now. Food was warm. Staff was help full, service was super. Kiosk only except cash, but for card use they have self ordering tills. Toilets are clean. Halal. For halal food users if they do not want to ho inside city centre it is a good choice. Clean toilets. Will visit again.

It's unfortunate that the only halal KFC in Edinburgh is dirty whether it's full of customers or empty.. no one seems to be interested in cleaning or clearing the tables .. bins most of the times are overflowing with rubbish.. food bits and leftovers are on the floor.. I asked someone to get cleaning wipes to clean my table.. then he came up and only cleaned our table and left the one next to us .. it's not a place to eat in at all..

Enjoyed my experience in here. I was like "Wow look at this, I was amazed there was plants 🪴 on top of the kiosk" The chicken must of been hand breaded by the colonel himself, was perfect in every little way. One of near by kfc where I live and usually for hot wings i take my son but sometimes we dine in there. I dont why the store table areas one of messed place I ever seen in UK and toilets one of worst stinking no maintain of sanitation being such a big franchise management should hire cleaner like macdonald always somone floor clean. I took the burger deal from KFC meadobank Edinburgh the staff gave me burger just buns and a piece of chicken in it and when I make a call they said come to the store when I go to store the staff behaved rudly with me and I said is this KFC standard they said yes this is KFC standard. Very very bad service.

Really good service in this restaurant... My father was helped by a member of staff to use the computer to order his meal... The self service computers are not the easiest for everyone to use but it's great that help is offered when asked for ... I’ve been going to this KFC for years now, for its amazing service and its consistency, the staff are amazing and helpful (special shoutout to Hamish and Gary) another plus for the place is that this KFC is halal certified!

Very bad experience. I ordered for cold drinks with KFC bucket, I only get KFC. I experienced this thing for 2 times. They only pack the kfc buckets but don’t give the drinks along with the order intentionally.
