Very nice, never let down. Visited n had food a few times now. Food was warm. Staff was help full, service was super. Kiosk only except cash, but for card use they have self ordering tills. Toilets are clean. Halal. For halal food users if they do not want to ho inside city centre it is a good choice. Clean toilets. Will visit again.

It's unfortunate that the only halal KFC in Edinburgh is dirty whether it's full of customers or empty.. no one seems to be interested in cleaning or clearing the tables .. bins most of the times are overflowing with rubbish.. food bits and leftovers are on the floor.. I asked someone to get cleaning wipes to clean my table.. then he came up and only cleaned our table and left the one next to us .. it's not a place to eat in at all..

One of near by kfc where I live and usually for hot wings i take my son but sometimes we dine in there. I dont why the store table areas one of messed place I ever seen in UK and toilets one of worst stinking no maintain of sanitation being such a big franchise management should hire cleaner like macdonald always somone floor clean. And tidy. Just keep meadowbank kfc clean food is nice

Really enjoyed my food here at this fine dining establishment. The chicken is so succulent. The staff and management team are very polite and professional with a cheeky wee chappy running the ship. Was a pleasure dining at this restaurant

Enjoyed my experience in here. I was like "Wow look at this, I was amazed there was plants 🪴 on top of the kiosk" The chicken must of been hand breaded by the colonel himself, was perfect in every little way. The restaurant is located in a busy retail park in Edinburgh, for this i wasn't expecting the level of service I received I was blown away. Who needs salt bae when you have chicken bae right here in the heart of Edinburgh

I took the burger deal from KFC meadobank Edinburgh the staff gave me burger just buns and a piece of chicken in it and when I make a call they said come to the store when I go to store the staff behaved rudly with me and I said is this KFC standard they said yes this is KFC standard. Very very bad service.

Really good service in this restaurant... My father was helped by a member of staff to use the computer to order his meal... The self service computers are not the easiest for everyone to use but it's great that help is offered when asked for ... Food was great, service with a smile and nice and quiet place for a catch-up and a meal

I’ve been going to this KFC for years now, for its amazing service and its consistency, the staff are amazing and helpful (special shoutout to Hamish and Gary) another plus for the place is that this KFC is halal certified!

If you don't check you won't get what you paid for, and if you get it delivered half of you will be eating while the other have twiddle their thumbs. The worst experience ever, and it’s my first time using justeats in years! Never using it again. They delivered the wrong order, it takes 24hours for JustEats to process my complaint whereas other brands answer immediately. Driver went to wrong address. Called then left me on the phone to ask for directions then stayed on the line silently as he made his way to proper address. old chicken food without it doesn't taste good

Terrible delivery. It is almost a scam. Before ordering it says 15-30 mins to delivery but after you order the estimated delivery time becomes almost 1 hour. You cannot cancel the order!!!! TERRIBLE.

This was nothing to do with the delivery driver. This is the drop pin location just eat have for my address. It is more that 200m away on a different street from where I actually am. I have repeatedly emailed just eat to try and sort this, but have had no response. Not good enough for a company of this size.

Our food took over 3 hours to arrive. When I called the branch the man that I spoke to apologised and said that the food was sitting in the restaurant but they couldn’t get anyone out to deliver it and instructed that we just ask for a refund once he marked the order as completed. Later when it arrived, it was all cold anyway. By this point we had already ordered from another takeaway, eaten and were going to bed. I would kindly like to request a full refund for the issues a experienced on Saturday evening.
