KFC Dunstable - High Street in Central Bedfordshire

The popcorn chicken and mash was completely inedible. Mash was BURNT!!!!!!

Should’ve been a 10 piece bucket only got nine pieces of chicken which five legs not good

Ordered at 5.30pm, food arrived at 7.20pm, we tried to cancel due to the delay but couldn't contact store. We refused the food when the driver arrived, as we had ordered elsewhere in the meantime. Driver informed store, need refund now

I just ordered a zinger double down box meal and I paid for extra 2 hot wing of course when I arrived at home was not In the box meal... just the staff pay more attention to the orders because some of us don't like to stay there and check the order is my opinion is not nice .... thanks.

I've asked for no spices on chips,they still added spices.This is the second time it happened, what's the point adding notes to your order if they won't even bother to read it

I haven’t had a kfc in years because the last place I had it was just a no no but I was pleasantly surprised with this kfc it came quick and hot I got a free regular popcorn chicken with it too which was great I throughly enjoyed it so thank you so much 5 stars

-20 stars if possible. This is a food safety concern on the highest level. Whatever that thing is on top of the other burnt stuff, looks greenish and stale and old. KFC disgusting 🤢 uber eats shame on the £15 charge for a thing like that. Christ, how can you serve such crap ?!?!?!

There was an offer if you spend over a certain amount you get a free popcorn chicken. I didn’t receive my free item. And the popcorn chicken meals I did order were tiny

Cold food, delivered on a bike !!! The chicken strips were more crust than chicken. Reported to Just Eat was told I’d get a refund, no refund. Poor service KFC.

No it wasn't delivered and i want a complete refund. I had to get somebody to watch my children so I could get our food ourselves 2 and a half hours later!!!. I then brought home a stone cold meal with my children's items missing. So no it wasn't

Very good service from the staff. Never been disappointed. Chicken always appears freshly cooked. IMO the best KFC in town.

Fillet towers sadly were both over cooked chicken, hard and dry. The rest of the order was good.

Absolutely shocking, this place always forgets something, my sons autistic and will only eat beans with his chips, and you’ve again forgotten them, I can’t even drive to you to sort this out as I’ve had surgery and I’m unable to drive! It’s a joke!

Awful service. Ordered through just eat, waited an hour for our food, then the app says its been delivered. It wasn't delivered to us and have not been able to contact the shop as the number cuts us off.

the driver left my food on my drive and left. no door nock or use of the doorbell. This ment I had stone cold chicken. seriously disappointed and I won't use them again.

Driver went around the houses with the food in the opposite direction then came to my door to ask if I am the right door and then disappeared again for a few minutes to find his car and get the food.. no idea what was going on there!

This restaurant are forever getting it wrong. I had missing fries with my meal and gave me the smallest pieces of chicken. I haven’t ordered from here in ages because of poor quality and nothing has changed. These big fast food chains seem to be loosing the plot and will loose in the future as there are so many better quality food places popping up.

2nd time ordering from this shop, and both times poor results Both times I have ordered it has taken so long the food is cold, Don’t waste your money here or at the one on white lion as that is even worse. Avoid at all costs

After waiting for more than 20 minutes for the house to be ready, the order arrived home with food, it was also missing and had a strand of hair, it's really a joke

Despite arriving shortly before closing time on a Sunday night, the staff at this establishment were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They ensured that even though it was late, I still received fresh and delicious food. The chicken I ordered was succulent and perfectly cooked, certainly not dry at all. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also impeccable, showing their dedication to maintaining high standards even towards the end of the Sunday. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

The only kfc to use in dunstable the other one is always cold, undercooked or they get the order wrong .

The chicken was very dry and hard to eat so had to go in the bin

I always order from this kfc, normally they are really good but the last few times I’ve ordered something has always been missing this time it was my chips which is upsetting as the chips are really good. Would appreciate some reimbursement as I always order from here and just a bit disappointed now.

Missing items, food was terrible

Mistakes happen but it’s not the first time missing food this time (2 zinger burgers) try to call them straight away after receiving the order but no answer. They using Uber eats as delivery company, managed to contact them and they best could do is refund. It’s not about money, I’m hungry I want the food. Paid £3 for delivery and £1 for service I would expect my order to be full… disappointed Update on refund they haven’t even refunded full amount.. try to call them again no answer.. what a joke

After ordering it took over an hour to get to with once I recieved my order it was all cold

I ordered some food and totally the wrong food arrived which would have cost half the price of which I paid.Tried calling Uber eats and automated message saying that I didn't have a live order.Managed to get the delivery man back and still waiting for my food.Tried calling the Dunstable branch of KFC to let them know but no answer!!

They take an age to confirm your order. They then send cold food, but just eat don’t refund cold food as they believe that because the delivery was made prior to the confirmed time that it couldn’t be delivered any quicker, therefore the temperature of the food doesn’t matter at all. Ridiculous. Avoid KFC via delivery route.

The worst KFC I've ever had the misfortune to order from,every item in the order was either wrong or missing,and the whole order was luke warm,total waste of money. The wrong drink,one of the 2 sides missing the other a small instead of large,spicy undercooked fries,and a 6 piece bucket that had 4 pieces of chicken,2 hot wings and 1 boneless fillet. How hard can it be to select items from a list and put them in a bag!? Very hard it would seem...... The last KFC I'll ever order. AVOID!!!!
