Missing the large popcorn chicken

Typical KFC. Food was hot however a couple of things missed off order but rectified and had an extra bit of chicken for our inconvenience of having to return. Would have given less stars without the quick rectified order.

asked for all legs (drummers) got 3, plus delivery driver argued with me about where my house is located... I think I know where I live 🤷🏻‍♂️

driver would not come to my door. had to come downstairs to get my food from the lobby.

all chicken was cold, fries were cold and also burger, corn was cooked three hours before order and was a funny colour not happy at all cost over £40!!!!

It was nice and hot fries where nice but only disappointed that they don’t read the note I had asked not to send drumstick in chicken but still sent 2 pieces of drumstick in my order but otherwise it was perfect temperature

items missing from order co.olained to just eat was offered a refund due to missing items from each meal. so no one had a complete meal. no gravy no corn. one chciken strip in box. oddted £18 something refund and recueved nothing. womt order again.

My order was not delivered. The driver phoned me twice once at 1744 to get directions then never turned up but put the status to delivered. He called again 30 mins later when I had already gone and bought my food.

First time using the drive through, service was at the KFC standard, everything was warm as should be and fresh. Very friendly staff and overall a good experience for drive through. I would visit again and defo recommend if you want some fast food in the area.

Never received the food. The driver marked my order as delivered then turned off his phone

Delivery driver wouldnt come up the stairs to deliver to my door so had to leave my flat. Burger was all smashed up and fries were cold and barely any there.

Rubber was inside the fillet burger! I’m put off ordering from here again

Paid extra for an addition to my meal and it didn’t arrive. I’ve always had banquets in a box and this came in individual tiny packets, portion of chips is tiny. Paid £15/16 for half the amount I’d get from maccies - I’ll just keep going there instead

Just been round the drive thru & was served by Anisa. Asked to make two separate orders and she told us she didn’t have time as she had other drive thru orders and we were being timed. When we said we’d make one order, she was extremely rude and informal in the way she served us. She has absolutely zero people skills and should not be the face of the store. Her attitude was disgusting, she basically threw our drinks at us and shoved the car reader in our faces and said ‘here you go’ without actually telling us how much it was. Terrible, terrible customer service - hope she hears how disappointed we are with our trip due to her

Burger was disappointing, missing half the stuff it said it come with.

forgot the popcorn chicken, chips were mush taste was poor, chicken was really poor and irregular, if this was my first time ordering KFC, tonight would have been my last.

This is what £10 at this dirty KFC gets you. Three measley tiny fillets with the batter hanging off them, a pinch full of chips that were squashed and droppings of popcorn chicken. Absolutely appalling!

driver went to stourbridge before coming to my house and food was cold, not the restaurants fault but still a joke

Food delivered on time. Ordered for my grandson who enjoyed his meal. I do think the popcorn chicken was fit for a 2yr old, 5 pieces is not worth the box it’s put in. He’s happy but I do think it’s over priced.

Placed my order along with 2 pieces of chicken, I don’t think a drumstick and a wing constitutes a 2 piece portion. The wing went straight in the bin as not worth the effort required.

Made the mistake of picking up a bucket from here on the way to friends. 7 legs and 5 thighs out of a 14 piece bucket. By the time you realise it's too late. Even the grease from it leaked in the can as "bucket" broken. We stuffed it in the bin and ordered a chinese. Awful. Wont be using again :( I HOPE KFC FAILS AS A BUSINESS SOONER THAN LATER. NOBODY I KNOW THINKS IT SHOULDNT. I WISH I COULD WRITE WHAT I REALLY THINK OF THESE RIP OFF FAST GOOD PLACES ESPECIALLY KFC

The time of delivery kept changing every 5 minutes. When I finally rang them I was told to claim my money back, because they are not sure if it will arrive at all. it did come an hour later cold. shocking service.

food was cold and quality was very poor. in a bucket of 6 origional pieces of kfc chicken. there were 3 legs and 3 of those tiny wing like pieces. when paying nearly £30 you expect at least a breast and thigh piece. very poor and was refused a full or partial refund so just eat app is about to be deleted and I'll order food and Grocery elsewhere. customer care by just eat is shocking!!!

Every table dirty, floor disgusting with food and paper everywhere. Food was served cold had obviously been hanging around. Girls behind the counter talking instead of cleaning up. Will not be going here again.

Did the manager of the restaurant hire some seriously unqualified people? My food was not only cold, I had to wait almost an hour for it to have finally been handed to the driver that took so long, but on top of that my food wasn't freshly cooked for the price I was charged? This was a complete joke, never had a real issue like this and I won't stand for lack of quality, not only was my food cold, but I was missing items from my order as well!

Food was delivered quickly, but the burger and chicken side were lukewarm. Can't have been hot when they left the restaurant. Shame KFC don't value their delivery customers.

only reson I'm rating low is my driver refused to come to flat and I couldn't leave my flat over the intercom and that I couldn't come down and refused to come up very rude and inconsiderate.

My fries were cold and my chicken was cold. This is unacceptable as I do not live far from the store so it is not the drivers fault. Payed over £20 for cold chicken and stale fries. Very unhappy.

absolute joke just over half hour late then when the driver picked order instead of coming the 5 minute route took the 15 minute route got lost so by the time he eventually arrived bags with food in were all crushed and food was cold, KFC should be ashamed with themselves for the quality of food they let leave the premises

THE SPEED WAS OTHERWORLDLY AND I CANNOT BELIEVE. GIVE HER A RAISE STAT FOR THIS IMPECCABLE PERFORMANCE. The staff here are really polite and friendly. The food is exactly as expected in a KFC. I REALLY don't like the new over-seasoned style fries, but that's not representative of this store. There was a very aggressive and angry customer in the store and they dealt with it so calmly, it was a lesson in handling aggression.
