driver turned up saying he couldnt find address. told him exactly where i was. he then went to the other side of town to deliver another order before coming back to my address. the meal was cold so told him to take it back to kfc

you only send me strips no legs no noting this in not good

They didn’t include my drink and I asked for some cutlery. Didn’t get any

order was very late and the food was cold I was very upset about this order needed to call the to ask about when they will prepare my order 🙃

Originally scheduled delivery time was 20-30 mins and it took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive, food was also cold on arrival. Very disappointed

Order was delivered to the wrong address when we used the precise location setting it put the delivery to the complete wrong street we would like a full refund as by the time the food arrived it was very cold I had to direct the uber driver because he didn’t know where to go and stand in the middle of the road ordered about £50 worth of food if not more for it to be cold when it did finally get to me this is not acceptable at all especially paying all that this was my first time trying the app .

We've been there for a late dinner, cannot conclude but the food was not hot enough, although atmosphere was fine, clean seats, easy drive, and available parking area.

Food said delivered but no contact was made with me and I didn’t receive any food at all.

Friendly staff, great manners and quick service. would 100% recommend. Spoke to matthew, a manager of the stuff who i had a lovely conversation with, just about my day and how it went, really added to the experience.

It was quiet and clean. There are far too many options to navigate through. We ordered a bucket, the portions of fries were disappointingly small, and I would've preferred to choose which pieces I wanted.

Was waiting well over 45 minutes for our food, when the food arrived it was freezing cold and was not appetising. Food was fallen out of the packaging, ( chicken was in the bottom of the bag, and so were the chips)

Absolutely disgusting how small hot wings have become. Ordered 18 hot wings today. When I got home there was only 12 wings. Too many foreign people work there who don't understand English. Plus they can't count.

Burger was cold, wings were warm. Took half an hour to prep as an late order, so definitely not busy... thinking my food was cooked to order but no.

Typical KFC. Food was hot however a couple of things missed off order but rectified and had an extra bit of chicken for our inconvenience of having to return. Would have given less stars without the quick rectified order.

My order was not delivered. The driver phoned me twice once at 1744 to get directions then never turned up but put the status to delivered. He called again 30 mins later when I had already gone and bought my food.

First time using the drive through, service was at the KFC standard, everything was warm as should be and fresh. Very friendly staff and overall a good experience for drive through. I would visit again and defo recommend if you want some fast food in the area.

Just been round the drive thru & was served by Anisa. Asked to make two separate orders and she told us she didn’t have time as she had other drive thru orders and we were being timed. When we said we’d make one order, she was extremely rude and informal in the way she served us. She has absolutely zero people skills and should not be the face of the store. Her attitude was disgusting, she basically threw our drinks at us and shoved the car reader in our faces and said ‘here you go’ without actually telling us how much it was. Terrible, terrible customer service - hope she hears how disappointed we are with our trip due to her

forgot the popcorn chicken, chips were mush taste was poor, chicken was really poor and irregular, if this was my first time ordering KFC, tonight would have been my last.

This is what £10 at this dirty KFC gets you. Three measley tiny fillets with the batter hanging off them, a pinch full of chips that were squashed and droppings of popcorn chicken. Absolutely appalling!

Food delivered on time. Ordered for my grandson who enjoyed his meal. I do think the popcorn chicken was fit for a 2yr old, 5 pieces is not worth the box it’s put in. He’s happy but I do think it’s over priced.

Placed my order along with 2 pieces of chicken, I don’t think a drumstick and a wing constitutes a 2 piece portion. The wing went straight in the bin as not worth the effort required.

Made the mistake of picking up a bucket from here on the way to friends. 7 legs and 5 thighs out of a 14 piece bucket. By the time you realise it's too late. Even the grease from it leaked in the can as "bucket" broken. We stuffed it in the bin and ordered a chinese. Awful. Wont be using again :( I HOPE KFC FAILS AS A BUSINESS SOONER THAN LATER. Every table dirty, floor disgusting with food and paper everywhere. Food was served cold had obviously been hanging around. Girls behind the counter talking instead of cleaning up. Will not be going here again.
