Just been round the drive thru & was served by Anisa. Asked to make two separate orders and she told us she didn’t have time as she had other drive thru orders and we were being timed. When we said we’d make one order, she was extremely rude and informal in the way she served us. She has absolutely zero people skills and should not be the face of the store. Her attitude was disgusting, she basically threw our drinks at us and shoved the car reader in our faces and said ‘here you go’ without actually telling us how much it was. Terrible, terrible customer service - hope she hears how disappointed we are with our trip due to her

This is what £10 at this dirty KFC gets you. Three measley tiny fillets with the batter hanging off them, a pinch full of chips that were squashed and droppings of popcorn chicken. Absolutely appalling!

Food delivered on time. Ordered for my grandson who enjoyed his meal. I do think the popcorn chicken was fit for a 2yr old, 5 pieces is not worth the box it’s put in. He’s happy but I do think it’s over priced.

Placed my order along with 2 pieces of chicken, I don’t think a drumstick and a wing constitutes a 2 piece portion. The wing went straight in the bin as not worth the effort required.

Made the mistake of picking up a bucket from here on the way to friends. 7 legs and 5 thighs out of a 14 piece bucket. By the time you realise it's too late. Even the grease from it leaked in the can as "bucket" broken. We stuffed it in the bin and ordered a chinese. Awful. Wont be using again :( I HOPE KFC FAILS AS A BUSINESS SOONER THAN LATER. The time of delivery kept changing every 5 minutes. When I finally rang them I was told to claim my money back, because they are not sure if it will arrive at all. it did come an hour later cold. shocking service.

Every table dirty, floor disgusting with food and paper everywhere. Food was served cold had obviously been hanging around. Girls behind the counter talking instead of cleaning up. Will not be going here again.

Did the manager of the restaurant hire some seriously unqualified people? My food was not only cold, I had to wait almost an hour for it to have finally been handed to the driver that took so long, but on top of that my food wasn't freshly cooked for the price I was charged? This was a complete joke, never had a real issue like this and I won't stand for lack of quality, not only was my food cold, but I was missing items from my order as well!

only reson I'm rating low is my driver refused to come to flat and I couldn't leave my flat over the intercom and that I couldn't come down and refused to come up very rude and inconsiderate.

My fries were cold and my chicken was cold. This is unacceptable as I do not live far from the store so it is not the drivers fault. Payed over £20 for cold chicken and stale fries. Very unhappy.

The staff here are really polite and friendly. The food is exactly as expected in a KFC. I REALLY don't like the new over-seasoned style fries, but that's not representative of this store. There was a very aggressive and angry customer in the store and they dealt with it so calmly, it was a lesson in handling aggression.

Ordered food from here via uber eats, but the KFC team messed up my order - not the delivery driver as the passive aggressive "store manager" tried to blame it on. Totally wrong food with my name correct on the label - all the driver does is collect the order and then deliver. I understand the manager is trying to divert the blame away from himself and maybe his team but yeah - what a narcissist this guy was. Don't spend your money with these clowns - had better service in every other KFC. Just amateur hour in here - and I've worked in hospitality

Freezing cold straight in the bin! Totally un edible. Waste of money! Driver had no warm insulated bag. Food was got out of boot of car in 1c air temperature. Driver left KFC and went 10 minute detour further away from my house, hence the food being so cold! Absolutely disgusting. Waiting for refund for full order!

I have received old stock wings. It looks and taste like precooked oven heated and served. And it was not crispy at all. Not good to eat with full of oil. Before I had good experience and today the worst experience.

Spent about 5 minutes in front of the ordering screen before being acknowledged, during which a conversation between staff was heard. Called through, ordered a 15 piece bucket, and 5 of the pieces were wings, so i feel short-changed. The chips weren't the best like this KFC. I'd usually go to the one in Stourbridge, due to traffic and location I went here. I should have dealt with the 30 minutes of traffic
