Came here for dinner we got here just before the mad dinner rush, the gentleman behind the counter, didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was super efficient, friendly and the place was clean! It soon picked up within minutes of us getting our food and he still gave great service and kept the same efficient friendly service even though he was busy! The food was red hot, the best kfc I’ve had in a while so shout out to the chefs also!

The driver was fine was but the time I ordered the food and when I got it kept changing and when I did finally receive my food it was over 1hour and 30 mins from when I ordered it

Delivery time kept getting pushed back

Ordered at 10:43 for 1130 delivery, driver outside of my house at 11:30 for over 15 sat outside then appears went back and food was delivered just after 12:30

Very good food chips did make me erect after about a hour

my order was missing 4 x fries as part of a meal deal. it wasn't a big order so I can't understand how it was missed

Most of it was great. But 2 of the fillets were inedible.

only 2 portions of chips instead of 4, no side of beans, no mayo, 1 burger missing.

Half of order missing, had to go to KFC myself to sort it. However they just repacked my entire order and off I went. Double the food for no extra money. Next time i’ll just fetch it myself!

Got delayed ages. Driver picked up several orders and must have been driving around with it for half an hour. Food was stone cold by the time it got here. Stop allowing drivers to pick up multiple orders

Food was only just warm so chicken was soggy and the driver decided to clean his car out side my house and litter the street happy to provide cctv evidence to back this up so unprofessional

Food could have been hotter - arrived in paper bags - not insulated so heat was lost and so food was only tepid

Only order from here if you like legs, because that's all you'll get. The burger was just chicken and lettuce in a bun.

The food was stone cold after paying £30 for cold food we had to microwave it which made the food dry. Not ordering from kfc on here ever again rip off. They didn’t have mash so they gave us a coleslaw not acceptable

Come here most weeks with my gran and mum. My gran has dementia and the staff are so welcoming and understanding. The service is always fast and food is great. Especially Nat who always welcomes us with a smile and asks about my gran! Fabulous service!
