Needed some cleaning in lobby area ….

Same old KFC chicken always good but the chips are hit and miss

My grandson enjoyed the nosh. A quiet day for them.

Why is the toilet not available for customers to wash their hands? Frustrating when I asked for access I was brushed aside.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the KFC branch on church street in Croydon and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by the team. From the moment I walked in, their warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. And I was even more impressed when they assisted a aged woman (who I assume as a tourist) took understandably so long to get to know the menu and place order. The sales clerks her by explaining the menu and allergy information to the lady and was very polite and helpful till she had her order and get her seated. Most importantly we don’t get to see this very often nowadays. Great service KFC Church Street Croydon

Service was great and good customer service. I just witnessed someone shouting at the staff and unreasonably being so rude and arrogant and embarrassing the female staff member and left her In shivering. It’s just unfair and I can totally understand how it may felt like in their side as an Ex-fast food chain employee. People gotta understand they are humans too and as a customer it’s pretty sure they are complying with the food and hygiene standards. I also witnessed the lady got her order and came back in few mins saying her drink wasn’t full and she demanded for replacement drink and large fries. Were I literally saw her enjoyed few sips of drink and tasted the fries and it’s totally unfair coming back and going crazy for replacement. And I’m pretty certain there isn’t any need to criticise the staff member’s race. And in the end this all turns up against them mentioning as rude and unprofessional staff and the lady even threatened them saying, she will write it in the review and make this place shut. But I wanted to write before she does and hopefully people understand this and wish everybody could treat dedicated staff members nicely. Order number #1094

the driver went to other delivery 1st so our food was cold on arrival. he literally past ours to do 1.5 mile away 1st! half of the food cooked ok other half was horrible. wasted £34! won't be ordering again.

I was 2 corn cob less but everything else was great 👍

Really poor quality. My standards were already low when it comes to KFC, but this time they did hit a new low. The chicken was stone cold, oily and dry. In regard to the chicken wings, they were pretty good to be fair.

This is the worst place. Served 2/3times cooked chicken! Fries were soggy. It’s like they don’t care about hygiene!

My food took 30 minutes to come and if I hadn’t of asked it would have never come. The money had come out of my account but my order number was not there. Do not go here the atmosphere was so chaotic and the service was apauling.

This KFC is like a lottery. I've been coming here for years now. Sometimes you come and food is fresh, good portion, delicious and staff are nice... Sometimes food is too salty, obviously re-fried and you get the tiniest chicken wing they had when you order bucket 😄 Sometimes I'd give it 5* sometimes not even 1* and food goes to bin. It's sad that there is such inconsistency. Today was one of the good days 🙂

It is what it is. Flat drinks though

Yesterday I was eating there with my daughter The table was soo dirty!!!! Actually all tables there!!! I said to the stuff to clean it 2- time!!! nobody came We were waiting for order over 30min!!!!!!! Everybody was angry for long waiting !!! The stuff (maybe new) too slow and difficult to speak/understand English Am very disappointed it never been like that

Just left, I ordered a large portion of fries and received a regular portion I questioned it but the girl was adamant that’s how they come now. I arrived home to get them out the brown bag and they’re probably 2 day old fries - not even room temp, completely cold and rock solid. Straight in the bin. Never again

Absolutely foul The dirtiest place I have ever eaten with filthy tables and floors. The bathroom is even worse with water spilling out into the seating area with no sign or attempt to clear it up by the staff. That brings me on to the service. It is painfully slow and by the time you get your food it turns out it was sitting under the heat lamp for ages getting soggy and they just couldn't get it together to actually hand it over. Then the food - soggy, cold, dry and tasteless. The only reason you eat it is because they made you wait so long your starving and cant face another wait to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Did not receive my order abysmal service and have been charged.

The most dirtiest place to sit and eat. Can’t believe the toilets are kept in this condition. Staff are good and food is good . But ambiance and atmosphere is the worst. They should really do something about cleaning the environment.

From when I was notified my food was on its way I waited 20mins until it arrived. The food was too oily , bland and over fried. Customer service was poor, no communication or eye contact from delivery driver. This is not the normal service I receive.

Crazy slow service. You can see your food sat on the side as you wait for dinnering to come serve it. So slow chips were cold, would have returned them by didn't have the patience to wait any longer.

Delivery man asked me to come downstairs to collect my food , I told him I’m not able to and he left my food on three ground at the entrance of my flat . Unacceptable.

The food was cold. Not the riders fault but kfc just thought it together and boxed it up. I no it was cheep but there was no need for it to be cold. I think I was cold before the rider even picked it up. I think I should get my money back

This KFC outlet is the worst in Croydon. Cold food, chicken, fries and things missing from the order! If l wanted cold food I would order a salad. You need to sort this branch out POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY

Food was stone cold and took over 30 minutes to get to me. Again the driver went in the opposite direction and stopped twice before coming to me. Total waste of money and your delivery service is getting so much worse now than it has ever been. I will not be using just eat again

I'm disappointed by the service I received in this shop, I have been a loyal customer of KFC for a long time, and I always enjoy the food, but I expect to receive other services as well. Despite the fact that they have seating areas downstairs and upstairs, this shop, unlike others, closed the seating areas early, so it was impossible for me to dine in at 6.30pm. They do the same thing with the toilets, so I had to go somewhere else. Poor management, shame!

Smelt of urine as you stepped through door. Don't know if cleaning fluid being used or filters need changing. (Couldn't see toilet). V limited area you could sit in, I was told on a Sunday evening. Not very welcoming.

Bucket of disappointment. Worst KFC I've ever had. chicken was over cooked and loads of oil just leaked out of the skin. Chips weren't even fully cooked, everything was bad. even the delivery guy tried to give me the wrong order.

Cold restaurant, cold food, small portions

Delivery time originally given as 1.15-1.25pm. Shortly after this time showed rider as being 3 mins away. Got to my location (close to East Croydon station area) without delivering then went off again. Map then showed them going all the way in direction of Purley area before coming back to Croydon and going all around the town centre before finally coming back towards East Croydon. By the time it got to me, food was cold, soggy and poor quality. I asked the driver where they had been. They said their first delivery was to South Croydon and mine was 2nd. Makes no sense as my location is much closer than South Croydon so should have been first, especially as they were already on my road at my estimated delivery time. Tried calling the restaurant repeatedly to enquire but they do not answer the phone. Extremely poor service, very disappointing food, poor service. Will not be using again.

The food was completely cold. I watched the delivery guy on the app.. I was the closest to the restaurant and he left my delivery until last. I'm very disappointed. When it arrived the food was soggy and cold. I had to reheat and it become rubbery. So dissapointed!

Selling chicken pieces smaller than a salt packet. Assuming that's even legal to call that chicken how are the employees not thinking...that's a joke we can't serve that....but clearly the manager don't give a stuff. Just a terrible venue for food.

So Funny. LOOK AT THE SIZE of CHICKEN PIECES. We bought 6 pieces Chicken today and 2 of them were the size of wigs. But charged as a chicken pieces. Seems like cheating customers.

Very much bad experience. I took my wife to try some snacks. I was so embarrassed! How can this branch stay open. No such brand standard what KFC is. So much bad smell as long you go inside. I smelled dead Rat. Bins over flowing. I took manager out showing the issues but he seems he does not care. Such a dirty place. I would better eat on the street rather this store. No people on hospitality. Tables are full of dirt, I felt vomited after I ate in there. Definitely will be reporting to KFC head office and EHO.
