KFC Cowplain - London Road in Havant

UPDATE: This specific KFC has recently closed permanently. Just serves as a deliveroo, Uber eats and other delivery food services hub. This KFC is way too small for dine in with just one table. Ordering inside the place is ok but there is usually a wait. In all honesty the place looks a bit run down and just looks dirty. If you want a KFC go elsewhere, especially if you want to dine in.

Stuff so angry ,grampy and not helpful whatsoever, also slow ! Service really poor , Kfc needs to change something over here ,or will loose customers!!!!

Disgusting chicken wrap, couldn't even call it a wrap, worse meal ever had from here.

Ordered online, received the incorrect order, plus it was cold and then when I tried to call through to try and resolve the phone line just rang out (tried multiple times)

The slowest KFC in the UK. Waited 12 minutes for a wrap.

Delivery issue - our order was delivered minus the 2 additional hot wings that we’d bought and paid for. 🙁

I order through kfc app for collection.very disappointed .the order was ready but they waited me for long time. And the service is very poor.regular customer but keep getting more leg pieces not worth it

Ordered for delivery on the kfc app, waited 50mins to be told no fillets and cancelled our order. Very disappointing, lost our offers on the app now too. Very unorganised underprepared shop. Chicken shop with no chicken 🤦🏽‍♀️😒

Popped into this kfc as we spotted it on the way home, it was so clean and the staff were really quick with processing the order. The manager was very polite and helpful when I tries to order through the app and was unable to get the free mini fillets, she showed me also what other rewards I could get on another visit. The food was so tasty and the gravy was perfect thick and tasty not like the one in bedhampton theirs is always watery and tastes strange, will be ordering from this one in the future.

Food was overcooked and dry and it's so annoying when the delivery drivers take precedence over customers who have made the effort to go to the store to place or collect an order. It's frustrating that customers have to wait so long so that the delivery orders can get pushed out the door so quickly.

Had to wait over 10 mins, for food to be prepared. The assistant was busy wrapping things not for other customers as there weren't any. So had to wait till he was ready. Then the other assistant and himself were arguing over who was doing what. I ordered a large popcorn chicken and ended up with 3 little boxes none of which were full.( didn't notice till I go t it home. Tower zinger burger was luke warm.

Like always food delivery taking priority over people that have actually gone to the shop to pick food up, never had everything we wanted,

A bunch of immature kids not coping with the orders. No work matters at all. Bunch of people cramped into a little space waiting at least 15 minutes to get their food.

Forget about ordering via uber eats

Unfriendly staff couldn't give a damn, 9 o'clock on Sunday night, chips were brown and stale like they'd been there for hours, chicken was the same, the previous Sunday an hour before closing I was told they'd run out of chicken, same lad served me, wont order again from the cowplain branch, waste of £20 !!

Ordered 3 times now and each time it's arrived cold and with bits missing. Tonight we were missing half of the order (x2 drinks, x2 chips, dip and a gravy). Maybe it's time to sack these kids and hire some who are competent and have a brain cell?

worst kfc in the UK & the filthiest!

Only 1 member of staff taking orders and trying to do the packing of delivery's the other 2 members of staff just seemed to wander about not doing a lot. Consequently had to wait ages for my meal.

Tiny store, great staff. Turned up right in the middle of the Friday dinner rush, so there was a bit of a wait. The staff were great and the food was nice and hot.

Quite possibly the most disgusting kfc I've ever been in. The place is absolutely filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere. The kitchen is a disgrace. Young people work there. Attitudes stink. Their uniform is shockingly dirty. If you can't keep yourself clean what are you doing to the food you serve. My cousin was ill the next day with a bad stomache. Staff clearly let the bins overflow inside and out and theres only 3 tables in the place!!. Windows, walls tables and chairs are dirty with food stuck to them. Staff Smoking outside in view of public. I don't know who the manager is but you need to get a full grip on this place. It's disgusting. Will never return.

Probably one of the worst chicken meals I've ever had. Over cooked with little or no meat and fries were cold. Service was ok but the music was really loud.

Waited 25 minutes for my order in store. The staff had no organisation and when the staff did serve they delt with the people collecting orders for delivery. Other customers had to wait. One guy said he'd been waiting 40 minutes.

Should of learnt from previous times ordered from this awful kfc branch in cowplain, yet again got the wrong meal and wrong drinks! Seems no matter how much you complain nothing gets done, will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Very poor ordered 60 pounds worth and not received 1 large gravey 1 medium gravey pot,1 large backed beans, corn on the cob, ordered 3 Pepsi max's to receive tango orange witch one person is allergic too, the Zinger rice box came with no salad source and no salsa and very little rice, this is not the first time this has happened and when ringing them up very poor customer service and member of staff very rude and attitude was very rude!!!

Just the same fast food only exceptionally slow. Parking is a pain, no circulation of customers or vehicles.. Staff seem oblivious except for one at front but three in the background standing around like ornaments. Try elsewhere.

Brought big variety share bucket had 2 peices of chicken missing and the hot wings should of been 6 and one beans missing spent 35 pound for this and got it wrong

There was a young lady who served us today and she was so rude and so bad customer service. I won’t eat from that shop again. I bought some food just because of my son.

The endless bad reviews are terrible enough as well as the hygiene concerns. They delivered the wrong food entirely to my partner which was far less food at lower cost than we he had ordered. Utter shambles.

Good food but needs to move to a better location with more parking

Staff ignore you when waiting. Not expecting high cuisine but a 6 piece bucket with 5 drumsticks (one of which looked like it had come from an amputee) is not acceptable. If I have the urge in future for a "bad food" fix, I will drive out of my way to avoid this KFC outlet.

Food is nice but the staff and place its horrible. Service is bad and place is scattered with a lot of rubbish.

Organised chaos. And why no normal drinks. Every thing is suger free. Bad stomach every time. Never again for me

A shambles and not like it used to be. Drinks missing from our order, but we did get 2 gravy's and an extra piece of chicken that were unexpected. Staff completely run off their feet - mainly by the number of orders placed online. Don't expect to collect your online order without a wait that may well be far longer than you hope. Counter staff seemed to spend much of their time apologising for the service rendered which is not a healthy way for any business to run or appear to the public.

Absolutely appalling!! Unclean, not handling food correctly. Loads of staff doing nothing, talking and on phones. A very long wait for food when it actually came the order was incorrect and burnt. One of worse experiences I have had for food.

Blink and you will miss it - small place set back off the road and limited parking - ideal if you live nearby or if they deliver?

I dont have to wait too long at all service was good enough but only cash payment at the time that I was there.

This kfc needs to be closed down 15.00 for Bargain bucket. the chicken portions where smaller than the bean pots cold chips and as for the beans think they where scraped off the bottom of the pan un edible phoned to complain left my number and yep nothing all the reviews speak for them selfs waste of money DONT GO THERE !!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish KFC ordered a 10 piece bucket paid over £25 when it arrived it was 9 drum sticks and a greasy thigh. This is the second time this has happened do they only buy chicken legs. Avoid and go to the Havant one instead. Cowplain branch

To the guy on the front desk on the 17/10/22- you have just made our day- the best KFC wrap I've ever had- you didn't have any of the BBQ sauce so custom made us one- it was a work of art- sauce ratio perfect, coleslaw a perfect addition, brimming with chicken and even a toasted wrap, what more could a girl want? Thank you hero.

Not enough staff for shop. Was strange how there was paying customs waiting to be served but they where more interested in getting the uber deliveries done first 🤔 waited 15 minutes to get served another 20 mins for food and it was bloody cold typical

Service poor. Ordered for collection and on arrival had to wait 25mins for my food. The food was cold. Staff not coordinated. All focused on the delivery orders rather than splitting up with half on delivery and half on order pick up or people who want to order on the spot. One guy turned up after me to order dinner but was still waiting to be served after I left (25mins later)

Takeaway southern fried chicken. You always know what to expect. Good value and decent service.

This KFC is the worst. Both times I have ordered here I have asked for a plain burger both times they assured us that it was and they had checked only too get home to find out it was not and was binned waste of money and time. When I asked at the window the 2nd time explained to please have it checked the server said I just checked it is 100% plain. Avoid this KFC at all costs useless chips burnt and wrong drink. This wasn't a busy time it was 8pm Sunday.

Worst kfc honestly, ordered with Uber eat and my order in, wrong order given and chicken was too salty.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered on Sunday evening online. Money was taken from my bank and order not placed. Went down there to find they had no Internet or phone service. I phoned 20 times before heading down there. When I got there was told they may not even have enough food for my order. Was told the money they took from my account would be refunded by 12am the next day. I'm still waiting 3 days later for my money to be refunded. Called them today the 3rd of August to question why my money hasn't been refunded yet and they kept trying to blame my bank and I asked to speak to the manager who was rude and hung up on me. Only when I had paid for my order they said we don't have enough chips to forfill your order would you like another side. I picked corn on the cob and I didn't realise until I got home the corn was ment to been sold before half 7 or they throw it away this was 10pm Sunday evening got home and both corns tasted vile and had gone all brown. Still waiting 3 days later for a refund. This place is a joke. Always understaffed never get orders right and the food isn't even edible will personally make the hour trip to havant kfc instead of this poor excuse for a restaurant.

The worse KFC I’ve ever been to! It wasn’t busy at all! We were the first ones to order and it took close to 30 mins to give us the order. I think they were racing with a snail and the snail won the race 😂 never again back here!!! Just opened the bag and they couldn’t get the order right either! Ordered three zinger meal and they gave two box meals and one burger! Just when we thought nothing else could go wrong 😠 what a waste of time! I don’t even feel like eating it anymore

Horribly slow service even when it's not busy .....

Wow, this really is the worst kfc there is. No customers in and yet the 4 employees there took half an hour to get my order, with the wrong items. Two customers came in and they got their order within 8 minutes. I don’t want to call the people racist but it sure looked like it. Went back in to tell them they gave me the wrong order and one of the employees lied to me saying he was the manager. The manager eventually came out and after lots of talking he eventually agreed to complete my order They didn’t even know what card payments they do/do not accept. Thanks for spoiling my Saturday afternoon.

Very good and very tasty. Definitely not as good as the KFC in Havant, but here they're quite fast and polite. They once took an hour to deliver through Ubereats, but that's not their fault as the driver probably was using Just eat (who pay more) as well. Still a lovely place and I'm very thankful they made a KFC chain here.

Placed an order via deliveroo and yet again they had missed items from my order. KFC fault as deliveroo are unable to check order. Had to go and get the items missing however, they did give me items missing and extra chicken and chips as an apology.

Answer your bloody telephones. We ordered via Uber eats and it’s been over an hour. The time keeps on going up and now it says it’ll be two hours until it arrives. It’s Mother’s Day and my mum is stressed enough.

Over 20 mins wait for food ! Priority seemed to be given to the delivery drivers which was fair if their orders were before ours but we saw two drivers go out and came back for more orders ! We did get an apology for the long wait but when we arrived home a 4 min journey chips and the chicken were just warm! So all in all not the best experience.

Order placed via UberEats:- Waited for over an hour for our food to arrive until I was contacted by the UberEats delivery guy. He informed me that KFC had sent my order out to someone else. He had asked them twice to rectify the situation but his request was refused. So after all that waiting our order to arrive it ended up being cancelled & I ended up with a very upset child. Tried to call KFC but they must be way to busy trying to locate my order that they couldn’t answer the phone. “My beans on Toast was Finger Licking Good”

Not impressed with the food to be honest. Not the finger licking good you see in the advert. The staff were friendly and efficient. Parking here is not good. Don't park on the pavements/main road, as the neighbours are collecting evidence of any parking infringements. Photographing vehicles and licence plates. It is illegal to park on the main road.

Absolutely disgusting food. Deliveroo turned up with almost ice cold food. Can't get through on the phone, can't leave a message. You can shove your disgusting ice cold food where the sun doesn't shine. I'm surprised you're even trading serving rubbish like this

KFC is kfc but the staff in this branch go above and beyond....very surprised how attentive they were
