This place is absolutely awful. I’ve ordered food via Uber. Not only KFC give half of the order and also got piece of hair on chicken. KFC didn’t take responsibility and asked me to contact Uber to sort this mess out even it’s KFC fault. This is what happens when companies recruit wrong people with no respect for their jobs as I have seen how they operate in this shop.

Today, me and my brother went into KFC, expecting delicious chicken. However, the service that we got was ridiculous. We kindly asked for some fried chicken, and the man was back chatting at us, saying that they don't have that type of chicken, in a very rude manner. Eventually, we got our food, but the chicken was so bland. There was no flavour to it and I will not recommend it. The toilets were also kept in a horrible state.

It's a KFC and food was well done for what it is, as you would expect. Tables a bit dirty but main reason for reviewing is because Vijish was extremely helpful and wanted to leave my thanks.

The KFC on the high street is small and not in the best condition. The poor condition of the building and small location make this not a nice place to sit in . I would also ads its not really a disabled friendly place as access is not great and no real seating downstairs

The staff was very rude and I was explaining to her what food and pieces of chicken I wanted then she was arguing at me that the chicken I wanted wasn't in stock, I was so upset and also the KFC shop was very quiet there was no one hardly in the shop, in my experience I was not happy at all I was very disappointed the was they treat the customers. Then I had to cancel my food and left the shop.

A small restaurant but food is ok and price at the range of other restaurants

Delivery was prompt and driver was very nice and polite. Coleslaw had already gone bad. Wasn’t able to eat it.

Chips was cold and burger was cold

I have opens my order I orders 2 meals and I have only received 1 chips and 1 drink

How can such a big chain like KFC get delivery so wrong? The beans were lukewarm, the chips were stone cold but somehow the ketchup was hot! They didn't even bother to pack my corn on the cob. For once though it actually turned up on time instead of an hour late. Think I might just give up on takeaway KFC now. The local southern fried chicken chain down the road can at least deliver hot food.

Delivery driver had no clue what he was doing he took ages longer than usual and we had to walk out because he wasn’t even near the house and was lost ?

I had 7 chips and they were cold. Nice ✌🏼

Food never arrived despite being marked 'delivered' infact weirdly the delivery's ETA timer is still going up. Not sure if it's a just eat fault or restaurants but either way currently awaiting refund... which is taking its time too. won't be ordering from here again.

THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!! COULD NOT accept the delivery as the driver was tagged in other part of the town screenshot taken for a long time, when finally arrived bag was totally ripped/destroyed and I had to refused the delivery. Totally unacceptable and it looked like someone ripped the bag in purpose.

Google maps says it's closed, until I came in the worker there was screaming that they're closed time was 11:50

When my delivery arrived the bag was crumpled like it was handled with very little care and the food arrived stone cold. I had ordered a meal for my youngest son and only received a burger and drink, the chips were missing from the order. When I asked the delivery driver what the delay was he was extremely rude and disrespectful, not the kind of customer service I expect Just Eat wants to develop a reputation of.

I had a bad experience yesterday. The lady staffs at the counter were very careless. I order wraps and they provided me strips.. when I told them about this and asked to replace, they behave rudely, like not at all accepting their mistakes and asked me to order and pay again..I feel bad to be honest

Was missing a drink with our order

I’ve probably had over 100 zingers over the years - todays was worst one ever had - badly overcooked and cold - I didn’t even finish it - that’s something that’s never happened before - disappointed.

KFC had put cold cans in the bag and on delivery when the driver handed it to us the bag split and the can fell out and split open and soaked the carpet

Always a shorter queue than McDonalds in a similar location contrary to popular belief the chips are not soggy they don’t offer anything apart from chicken

Order time kept changing so can’t actually say if it was late or not the drinks had been put in the paper bag so by time the bloke pulled it out of his bag it fell to bits and some of my daughters dinner is on my drive then after all that when I got inside I found none of the chips for our meals were in the bag one dissatisfied customer over here

For the price you would expect a decent size burger , not a mini fillet in a bun . It's actually disgraceful what you get for the price .

Chips was cold upon arrival and my supercharger dip was missing. However, the rice bowl and wrap made up for it.

Food hot and on time but as others have said, part of the order was replaced by other things. Not complaining as the replacement was very good 😊

But as usual an item was missing. The beans this time. Every time there is always something missing. Last time it was the drink.

Two out the four cans were missing, the bag had split due to the food soaking through and making it rip. Cold cans packaged right next to hot food. Food was acceptable for a fast food joint, but the chips had definitely been standing around for a while. All in all, barely scraped a pass.

Three legs and a wing is not a 4 piece meal. Why do they always pack the cold drink with the hot food (in the same bag). Won’t be ordering from these again.

Worst KFC in the hole of England staff are rude and they say the don't sell mash as a side order never known a KFC not to sell mash

I guess the restaurant didn't have Pepsi but they gave me two tangoes instead! Which was a lovely gesture.

This KFC continue to take orders with no drivers available. It’s either greed on KFC’s part or just eats. A two hour wait isn’t acceptable. Don’t bother folks

Not the driver's fault, please don't take it out on him. You, as a company, need to employ more drivers! Food was stone cold as a result - totally unenjoyable experience with Just Eat.

The can of Pepsi was packed up against the chips which made them freezing by the time they got here.

Order was made at 1747 and expected delivery was, 1830-1850. Delivery was made at 1914. The bag has split in the delivery mans bag, with loose food everywhere, food was freezing cold! The worst experience and service everywhere! Spent £37 for an awful service. Overall, disgusting!

I always love KFC, I’ve visited the Colchester High Street branch on a few occasions, The staff are polite/ friendly, The restaurant itself every time the service was great.

Food was all cold, very cold. Rice was missing and one popcorn chicken was missing as well… Very frustrating to have paid for food to not get it and for it to be cold

So I ordered at just before 8:30 and it turns up just before 10.... ice cold.... you can't get through to the restaurant on the phone..... it's a joke.... don't order from here
