Delivery excellent but once again chips missing from wrap meal deal.

This is the second instance where my food order from your establishment has been incomplete. As paying customers, we expect to receive what we have paid for. Continuously leaving out items, such as a piece of chicken, is unacceptable. This reflects extremely poor customer service and, quite frankly, constitutes theft. Upon reviewing feedback from other customers, it is evident that similar issues have been reported, indicating that this is not a coincidence. I urge you to address this recurring problem immediately.

They had forgotten the chicken burger from the meal I ordered, I then tried calling kfc to inform them of the mistake to which there was no answer, as well the food that had arrived was not good enough quality for it to be worth my time.

Over an hour late and cold food

chicken was very very greasy chips were warm. I got 2 legs and a thigh. at one point you use to get a peace of breasts. so no the dinner wasn't very nice

The reviews speak for themselves. Waited over two hours, phoned the restaurant have no idea what he was saying. He was very unhelpful, ended up telling him to cancel it as kids were starving so we ordered from somewhere else. 20 minutes later the KFC turned up at our door. The delivery man weirdly came to our door with his phone out recording and made up feel very intimidated, told him to take it away as we cancelled it. NEVER AGAIN will we order from here

Food was delivered late as it appeared delivery driver had several other deliveries on the other side of town, prior to getting to us. The food was inevitably cold (chicken wasn’t too bad). KFC, as always, missed a couple of items. No chicken gravy in the order and only 6 of the 8 hot wings were bagged. Chips appeared soggy although this would have been down to delivery time and the fact they were cold. To top it off out of the 6 pieces of original recipe chicken, 5 of them were chicken legs!!

the chicken was delicious however, they wrapped my cold drink and hot food together which made my drink warm. That was not a good idea. Otherwise it was good.

The order was late and when it finally arrived, a "portion" of chips totalled about 15 cold chips! So 4 warm pieces of chicken, 30 cold chips and a couple of bbq sauces for £23 was a total waste of money and we'll never order from KFC through this app again 😤

Food was cold on arrival as the driver got lost and because of the language barrier by time I got my order it was cold and very greasy and food almost fell out of the bag as the paper was so greasy. This has happened before and I couldn’t eat the food but I thought I would try again. I won’t be ordering from KFC again.

Delivery drive got lost wasn’t listening to directions therefore I’d have go out in the cold and meet him half way down the road to receive my food order and almost spending £30 to be delivered cold food is a ripping customers off total waste of mone

I had put on the delivery notes to not ring the doorbell or knock on the door and leave the order at the door. yet when he got here he rang the doorbell! when I told him this at the door he claimed it didn't say on the notes yet I have the order slip saying to not ring the doorbell! they should read the notes more and actually do what they are asked to do!

When ever we place an order it always take over two hours for it to be delivered.

I placed a small order for zinger box meal plus 2 wings. delivery time kept getting longer and longer, had to call the restaurant for an update but that wasn't much help. when the food eventually showed up, it was cold and didn't look appetising anymore. i don't know if it's an issue with the restaurant or delivery but the food should at least be kept in a warm area

Compared to my hometown the recipie tasted different like the hot wings weren't hot the flavour of the chicken itself wasn't really flavourful either also the service was kinda bad like the worker had people she knew there who weren't ordering and she was just chatting to them instead of properly helping and interacting while ordering

The driver admitted that he had to deliver another delivey to a different address which was located not in the same area code on otherwise of maps. This left me with my deliver to me stone cold. It was was t cheap in the first place when the deliver and service charge was and extra £3

Terrible customer service, waited over 90 minutes when initially stated 15 mins, then they decided to cancel the order for no apparent reason.

The regular gravy is now in what used to be the small gravy pot, and the amount of chicken you get is minuscule, I had 3 wings and what looked like the rib cage of the chicken that had a layer of skin on but no actual meat for the 4 piece bucket and about 5 chips! My son had the Zinger Tower and said it was nice but all that came to nearly £32 and I had about 6 mouthfuls of chicken.

This restaurant is abysmal. Why advertise a food delivery service if you can’t provide it? I shall be speaking to KFC head office because this is thoroughly unacceptable. Sixty pounds spent, two and half hours waiting, still no fin food! So, waited hours. App never changed from preparing food. Until that is it said food had been delivered at 21:10, which it hadn’t and even though when checked app at 22:00 it still said ‘preparing food’. I am so fin angry. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT.

Terrible! In every way! Ordered through Just eat. Original estimated delivery time passed by 2 hours and just kept rising. No answer when I called the restaurant! Now I have to try to get my money back through. Just eat. Avoid this circus. I will never use again.

Food ordered at 16:30 delivery time kept being pushed back. Arrived at 19:15 and the hotest part was the drink.

The hot wings batter was burned or cooked in burned oil, because it felt like it was dipped in an ash tray. Wouldn't mind if most of the order wasn't hot wings, unfortunately it was. Not very happy at all.

Orderd 10 hot wings. Get Back home only 8 wings in the bags. Call the store, only told by the Manager there that I’m lying because he the one put 10 wings in there. So basically he blamed his customer for lying for their own fault. And the manager was really rude and shouting at me on the phone when I call to complain. Will push it further to KFC headquarter. Really bad customer service and the wings is really salty and not fresh .
