Delivered food didn’t arrive again!!!!

Every drink is zero…can’t even get Tropicana anymore..so I get water…final straw..im eating elsewhere..

The usual kfc ,nice food good place and service

Didn't order any food. I asked the cost of chicken fillets and was told £1.99 for 1 and £4.49 for two. The chap on the drive through did not appear understand this is stupid.

Staff not very good at listening to taking order, didn't give direct information of where their waiting bays were.

Chicken was bit red inside. Not very well done :(

Our second visit in the last few months against my better judgement as we were previously disappointed with the food and the service but my son wanted a KFC as a birthday treat so I thought maybe they deserved a second chance. Big mistake, it's still AWFUL. Our order came relatively quickly but items were missing. On asking (the very disinterested) staff member for our missing chips and popcorn chicken we were made to feel that we were lying and they didn't bring the chips over as promised. The food was terrible quality, way too much sauce in the burgers so everything just slid out, the fried chicken pieces were greasy and the coating tasted revolting. The krushem milkshakes just tasted like warm syrup. Portion sizes suitable for The Borrowers maybe. The staff just ignore you for as long as humanly possible when you go to the counter, the whole place just lacks atmosphere and is very grubby. We won't be returning, feel like we completely wasted 50 quid 😡

Literally the worst KFC in the world. Takes forever to get food, it's always, and I mean ALWAYS wrong. The restaurant is disgusting! Every surface is sticky and gross. The toilets are a disgrace and pretty much nothing works (they're pouring coke out of a bottle FFS) The staff put zero effort in. They barely talk let alone smile. Seriously avoid this place like the plague, it should be closed down! Go to Macdonald's (right around the corner) or Dominoes (right next door) you'll have a far better dining experience.

Food was a bit bland like they didn't season it enough.

I went. Got a mighty bucket. Idk what’s up with the chicken but that chicken tasted tired, not a nice chicken. Did NOT enjoy.

I have not been to a KFC for a while, today the KFC at Cirencester reminded me why. They now use a special breed of dwarf chickens here. Plus, the potato famine has affected the size of the chip portions. Lots of money, for small measly portions. Be a while before I go again.

Zero star is not available to give a proper feedback. Portion size upgrade is a big scam, especially fries. I was curious what is the difference for extra money. Not a lot. The drink and the popcorn chicken were slightly bigger. The fries are not impressive. They put the fries in different packing. However the difference was neglectable. Maybe 2pcs more fries in large vs regular. I seriously suggest that just pay for regular because extra money doesn't worth the upgrade.

Such a letdown. The chicken was dried out and tough, and the fries cold. The first time I have left most of my meal. There is no atmosphere, the staff never seem happy, and it always feels like a fridge. I will not bother again.

Ordered a 10pc Family feast got 6 legs and 3 wings, someone can't count. Called in again today for the same order and got 8 legs and two wings. No pieces of breast in either visit. Rip off..

Conveniently located on retail park. Plenty of parking available. Speedy service.

Incorrect change given was charged £18 should have even £15. Was corrected when I went back in.

Friendly staff and the food was great. Definitely my favourite fast food restaurant.

Only option was the drive thru due to refit but saying that the food was cold, chicken dry and we threw most of the £28.00 of food away. Won't be going back for sometime.

The ordering screens are quite close together meaning it can feel a bit cramped whilst ordering. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and it took little time to get our food although that may be due to how it was not busy. Chicken was just as I would expect of a KFC, but I was not a fan of the chips.

I have just tasted the most foul chicken ever. I can only imagine the chicken has been hanging around far too long due to the rancid dry taste. I will never eat KFC from here again and possibly nowhere else. The quality was not at its best last time, but at least it was edible. Steer clear unless you want to be poisoned.

Couldn't understand the lady through the drive thru. Chicken dry, chicken seasoning on fries and way too much sauce on zinger burger. Worst KFC I've ever had.

Server clearly didn't want to be there. Wish we'd ordered at the machine. Chips luke warm at best. Rest of the meal just about OK.

Went this evening, ordered 6 pieces, got 4 drumsticks - where are all the decent pieces going? Conning the people that can be bothered to go and collect their own chicken.

Good enough, standard KFC. Needed better cleaning unfortunately with most empty tables needing a wipe. Nothing more, but a wipe would be a good thing.

Is pretty average fast food, but needs a lot of cleaning and the personnel to be more responsive to the clients.

Great out of town location.complete with dive thru or you can order and eat in the very large restaurant very modern and clean place

4 week later update - visited this evening, much better. Glad that the lady who used to sort the food out has returned. Keep up the good work. I love kfc and have been happy with this restaurant for a long time, but it has recently gone down hill. Tonight I ended up 4 drumsticks out of 6 pieces (for the second week running). Something dodgy seems to be going on. I wonder if joining Uber eats has something to do with this. If you love drumsticks go for it, otherwise I suggest you stay clear.

Pretty clean KFC as they go! Ordered a 20 hot wing bucket, some of the wings weren't ready so I had to wait slightly longer, but they threw in a free popcorn chicken as an apology... Doubt they'll do this again but was good service!

This store is above average, and it is good food, but sometimes it takes a while to get your food, but the staff members are never ignorant and I don't really have an issue with them.

Went through drive through waited 30min to get to window and told to collect inside as it was already packed. Went in side to collect and waited another 20min while they made my food. Very poor service tonight

Place has got so bad... Orders always wrong... rude staff who can barely speak English.. impossible to communicate with them. Bad seating , tables with no chairs, not impressed at all.

Drive 20 mins to Swindon, your food will be hotter, you’ll get it and home quicker and you’ll definitely get all your food. Worst “fast” food available in Cirencester. Never have krushems either.

Absolutely disgusted with the service delivery before customers

Very poor service from the staff who got several things wrong with our order, including putting tomato ketchup on a chicken burger which was ordered plain, putting gravy in my boneless banquet rather than baked beans. The chips were not good but the chicken was ok. Won't be rushing back to this KFC.

The store was dirty the bathroom was disgusting, some of the team members wearing jacket that was clearly not from uniform and handling food, overall experience will not go there again

Hit and miss food wise quite often incomplete order

Food tastes overcooked & oil needs changing. Price significantly increased & reduction in any dips/ sauces etc.

No idea what was going on. Some were waiting half an hour for a simple meal. Got mine which was incredibly greasy and very over done and half a cup of coffee. Some customers had wrong orders, some had refunds because it took too long and they had to leave. Too be fair, I didn't wait too long for mine

I'm not a frequent fast food restraunt user however on this occasion visiting my son in Cirencester we decided on kfc I was pleasantly surprised the restraunt was very clean in the eating area one man constantly on the wander cleaning tables sweeping the floor, we orderd our food and in a very short time all the food ordered was ready all correct freshly cooked piping hot and I must admit very tasty. The only let down to me being disabled was the disabled toilets were locked meaning I had to use the gents loo whit was unclean and rather smelly to say the least a bit let dont considering the cleanliness of the restraunt Thanks Neil Jenkins

I love KFC so was very happy to go there when visiting family in Cirencester,it was a small venue but clean and the staff were keen.

I waited to be served at the main counter and I was ignored by the staff who were attending to other orders. I was the told to "use the electronic checkouts" which I find insulting and unnecessary as I do not have to stand there and explain my reasoning as to why I'm not prepared to do so. Getting my order I then had to find a table which had the least amount of food waste on and clear the remaining waste myself. I then had to ask the staff for cleaning products, and prompt them to clean the rest of the restaurant, as my table was still not clean of substances. To conclude I am completely unsatisfied with my experience at KFC Cirencester

This KFC is confusing, sometimes it's average but other times is pretty bad, never really had an outstanding meal from here. Ordered some chicken fillet burgers which were tasteless and one fillet was full of this black meat, might have been some sort of growth. Not great and won't be returning anytime soon. I will say however that there are some pretty good ones out there if you look hard enough.

The atmosphere is nice, and the food is made quickly with nice in store workers there to assist you!

Never had poor food here but the toilet needs more regular cleaning. Easy to park.

Some of the coach's unfortunately have their favorite gymnasts which is clear to see during events we can watch. Such a shame the remaining girls are made to feel like 'making up the numbers' to keep the revenue going.

Read9nable value, fast service. But chicken pirces greasy and chips 8ncluded a lot od damaged patatoes. Choices of options, drinks etc now excellent.

Quiet and the taste very delicious

Awful Cold greasy fries, lukewarm chicken that looked as depressed as I felt when i realised this was my Supper.

I’m sorry but the bucket today was filled with very greasy pieces and the chips were soggy. This is disappointing as it’s an exception to the rule.

First time going to a KFC for years, so not sure how this compares to others. But it was very clean including the toilets (though they were out of toilet paper). Food was good, reasonable sized chicken pieces with burger meals.

Food is okay for a KFC but the attitude of the stuff is terrible. You can tell they hate the job and hate the people they serve. I guess it's down to bad management. The stuff look miserable. Not very inviting for customers.

Interacting with staff is difficult
