They are the worst chicken tenders I ever had. Tasteless and dry

Can you stop lying and saying the card machine doesn’t work when it does. Twice in less than a month they tried to say it doesn’t work, I challenged them both times and the card machine mysteriously began to work. If you want to limit the amount of customer interaction then please apply for a new job lol.

Bought chicken pieces as a takeaway, the chicken was burnt. I called them several times they did not answer . Really disappointed with Chingford KFC, should have known better than to get food with such awful reviews.

Off topic but I remember these boys kept spying on me (I was wearing a tight maxi dress) and when I started talking (I have a mommy voice lol) there noses started bleeding and they called me mommy

They put hair on me and mates food and said it wasn’t hair fuming about this as no refund it or replacement

The tables and floor were dirty, I didn't eat here.

Can anyone tell me if this chingford Albert crescent is a full halal restaurant.

I have not had a KFC in years, so when I thought I would treat myself I picked a zinger and fries, a favourite of my younger self. Oh how disappointing it was! The signature fries are shocking, more like those microwave fries you can get, soggy not very crisp and odd tasting. The zinger burger was a pale reflection of what it used to be, they were a little stingy with the mayo and salad and the fillets had no heat (spice) at all, or rather very little. I think that some local independents are beating KFC at their own game.... KFC has lost the crown of the best chicken shop in town. That said, the meal was hot, accurate and delivered on time, so no complaints about the restaurant or the delivery company. (Used Just Eat for delivery)

Ordered and food was delivered to a different address. Can't call them. Don't order from them.

I ordered a wicked variety bucket with 2 coleslaw and a gravy. I received only 1 coleslaw. Honestly disgusted with this experience. Chicken was cold and received flat hot wings no drumstick. If you can’t run a branch properly I would recommend just to shut it down. It’s getting worse day by day! Us customers pay £20-£30 at least to receive food that’s sent without care. Learn to read order properly! I hope the manager or HR department sees this and takes action. Teach staff how to send orders properly. Disgusting!

Just ordered delivery and although food was great I found a hair in my burger box:(

Avoid ordering online, on more than 1 occasion they have missed items off order, latest order more than half the items missing, they have never answered the phone when I've tried calling them to request delivery of the missing items. Made decision to never use again.

How is it so hard to get an order right, its every single time, either an item is missing or drinks, READ the receipt and then do the items its not hard

Not sure how many times we’ve had a delivery, ordered two 3 piece meals and had 5 legs out of 6 pieces of chicken. Terrible service and always cold and badly packed !!

The taste was good and they provided the food on time. Great service provided by the staff Vicky. The place was Clean.

The place is somewhat clean in most areas, toilets aren’t cleaned to the best standard but alright, it isn’t the best place but good for quick and standard food.

I just ordered on the KFC app and they just took my money and just cancelled my order. Pathetic! Tried calling them but I’m guessing one of the workers picked up the phone and declined it straight away as I hear a voice for a second. It’s honestly shocking service!!!

This Branch is rubbish. I ordered a bargain bucket (10) on just eat. I received three pieces of chicken and seven drumsticks. Just eat refused a refund. Last time I ever order from that dump

Second time ordering from the KFC app and the second time my items arrive spilling inside of the bag. Based on other reviews, its a running theme with this branch.

Little small and tight but good has only one self service stand and then order at desk but overall really good.

Luxsana and Malar are wonderful loveys staff members.

Malar was fantastic with offering different meals and offers, would love to be served by her again!

I ordered my food. It arrived tampered with, bag ripped open, food cold, wrong drink ( I’m allergic to Pepsi) I ordered 7up. They refuse to give me a refund telling me my photo evidence isn’t proof! I have it all recorded on my ring doorbell telling the driver this food has been tampered with. He said nothing he can do and drive off. I’ve now spoken to my bank . They will be cancelling the payment. Absolutely disgusting place. I’ll never order from KFC again OR from Just Eat. Disgusting . Look at how it arrived !

I had wings from there and it was smelling really bad inside the chicken.We spoke to the staff and they replaced the wings but the result was same again.They are using rotten chicken not at all fresh.

Got a delivery and the last 2 times we have been missing fries. 2 portions out of 3 not delivered. Once is bad, but twice in a row, a no no. No wonder they changed the delivery system to their own one, as at least with deliveroo you can get a refund, where this new kfc system we couldn't find any way of getting refunded. Perfect way to stop getting complaints and refunding people is to not have that option. So kfc are essentially stealing your money. NO FOOD AND NO REFUNDS, THIEVES

A staff memeber named Vicky is strange and very unprofessional I don’t know how she still has her job. She never knew what how much it was for two fillet burger meals and quoted me a higher price. I told her to look at the board displayed and she said “sorry” clearly she wasn’t. Because after me and my partner sat down with our child she kept coming out the back door and slamming it shut to try and antagonise us. I feel like she purposely tried to scam me. My partner goes in there often and she always gets his order wrong. She’s very lucky I kept my calm infront of my child and never gave her a piece of my mind. Next time there will be words. How can you be working at kfc and not know the prices for meals trying to scam customers by quoting higher prices… she needs to be sacked she’s a very malicious woman

If i could give 0 stars i would. I know how slow this kfc is so i ordered via the app 5 minutes prior to showing up, i had to wait another 10 minutes and when i asked where my order was i was greeted with dirty looks and attitude. Not to mention the chips was cold and chicken was chewy. Do yourselves a favour and order from Subway across the street.

Hi, I am not a KFC customer but I witnessed something this morning from KFC staff made me very upset, it was a lady staff , she was running after a customer outside of the KFC and calling her with very rude words to stop her , when the KFC staff she left I asked that lady what’s happen , she didn’t need to be rude , and she told me I am a bus driver and also KFC regular customer I only wanted to use toilet, anyway it was not professional to run after customer and saying awful abuse I didn’t appreciated it.

I would give a 0 if it was possible. They have the worst customer service, tell their customers they are lying and she has a stand-off with their customers in-front of all others in the store. Sickening and vile service! This store is either very slow or gets all their orders wrong hence why I do not order on any of the apps. We will also not be visiting here again.

This particular branch is way worse than the other KFC restaurants I have visited so far. The food I was given was not the food I asked for and it just felt like they had leftovers they were looking to get rid of.

When not packed, this KFC is as expected, staff usually friendly and attentive. From the many times I have ordered I have never had problems with missing items or order mess-ups, but I suppose it depends what time you order. Sitting area is average, but I usually order takeaway anyways.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful service is good and food very nice and tasty most of the time I had my lunch in this restaurant

they took absolutly look with there sevirce dont recommend escpessialy for delivery i live 10 mins away but it still took 25 mins to get to my road dont recommend and they lie stright to ur face my friend ask for 20 hot wings they said they couldnt sever her but some boys got 21 wing and they got severed some women got 40 wing and got served dont go there

Always send the wrong order, don’t bother

When the delivery girl arrived with our food there was no code from kfc which meant our food was held back until the problem was resolved which took about 15 mins by that time our food was freezing. It was eventually found on the app when actually kfc should send the code. Won't be ordering again even tho we were warned not to order food from kfc

The backroom was far too hot. There was steam everywhere and the food was damp. Not recommended.

Been here twice smallest chicken breast they could picked thought it was a wing long time waiting asked for 4 wings got 3 understaffed and machine is always broken. And never gave me ice in my drink. Gave my friend someone else's order.

The staff at the counter doesn't often give much attention to queuing customers as they are busy dealing with kids not behaving politely and other customers being rude. Extra personnel should be dealing with it

I'm usually hesitant to get fast food at 9pm because I normally get lukewarm leftovers, but the manager that served me tonight let me use their closed restroom, served me freshly cooked and hot food (which, again, I've found not to be common at that time of evening) and even chased after me to give me the coleslaw that he forgot to put in my box meal. Very friendly staff, and the best KFC meal I've had.

Hi I tried to call the branch itself but no answer and I’ve been so ill I couldn’t even type the words chicken . This place gave me horrendous food poisoning, along with my friend and dad . Thursday 23rd we ordered take away … early afternoon by 8 pm it turned into carnage . Please investigate this store , the hygiene levels must be low to make 3 of us so Ill !

I’ve been to few different KFC and for some reason, this is one is a disappointment, food smells burnt and the staff can’t be bothered, they make up lies just to get rid of you.

UPDATE: If anything, this KFC is consistently awful. My 4th ubereats order and for a 4th time, missing side item. What is wrong with you? How in competent are the staff? Can you read orders?

Absolutely shocking service. Staff are completely useless and work as if they’re braindead. Its clear they don’t give a toss. This is ultimately the result of extremely poor management though. Anybody can tell after 1 visit of this branch that the management is terrible. I could do a better job within 1 week.

Everytime I have gone to this KFC branch I have encountered some sort of problem... the service there is terrible.. they don't pay attention to the customers who are physically in there trying to order but only focus on deliveries to go out... on average you have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes before they decide to take your order even when the place is empty, they behave as thought customers in store are invisible. The staff there really needs to do better.

Lovely KFC. Store is always clean, staff very pleasant, friendly and polite. Food is very nice and tasty, can't fault it to be honest- definitely deserves a visit.

Probably the worst KFC I’ve come across. 1. Incomplete and incorrect order delivered. 2. Fries hard and undercooked 3. Chicken dry and overcooked 4. Food cold on delivery

Poor management skills. Been in and they have had no salad, no chicken wings no coleslaw not to mention the krushem machine never works. When trying to talk to the manager very rude and dismissive. Poor people skills not to mention once they gave me the complete wrong order. Not reccomended.

I've got the kfc app and wanted to claim the 2 x zinger box meals for £10 offer. First the severs said the meal doesn't exist...I presented the phone yet still said they will not do the deal...I had to insist and finally anotner server relented and eventually made up the order...when we went home we discovered they has given us the wrong sides! The chicken was also really dry, but it was the rudeness of the staff that really bothered me ,after relaying my experience to others it transpires that the staff at this particular kfc must be retrained in customer service as they really don't want to do basic service and have a can't be bothered attitude. They also need to be trained and be updated of the app deals and honour them without tne bad attitude.

Affordable and great meal but i was a bit confused when walk in customers who paid at the counter were getting answered before those they placed orders via the machine.

Ordered a single boneless bucket to be delivered was told estimated time was 15-20 minutes just under an hour later nothing has been delivered and despite ringing the store number 10 times no one has answered the phone I just want my refund cause this is basically theft

Staff are rude and throw your food down in front of you, very carelessly. They seem to hate their jobs or customers. Dunno what the problem is but it is my last visit to this KFC.

Worst restaurant ive ever been to , staff have to be told multiple times what my order is. Ordered yesterday and was missing a sauce and was given a random item, same night i had food poisoning

Counter staff cannot take a simple order, I’ve ordered from here three times and never again. Each order had a minimum of one item missing, staff are incompetent. They need to train their staff, no customer service skills, no one picks up the phone, terrible service.
