KFC Chingford - Albert Crescent in Waltham Forest

The inability for KFC to fulfill the simplest of orders is astounding. It is either incompetence, indifference or deliberate. Of my last 5 orders, 4 of them have been wrong. I would be embarrassed if I made mistakes to that level at work.

Very disappointed, everytime i am ordering from Kfc Chingford, something missing from order.today not only missing items like chips, corn on the cob, but food was proper cold!!

Not bad shame the sauce had spilt everywhere

Eventually delivered about 45 mins later than originally advertised. When it was being delivered, the delivery went such a long way round that the food was cold by the time it was delivered.

Stuffing Stacker Burger was really tasty and something different from KFC.

So I get called to say they can't deliver my order and to cancel my order. I apply for a refund only for the food to turn up...stone cold

Have a deal advertised then sent it with missing item and the refunded in credit who’s to say I will use this app again you should provide a choice and if items are not available take it off the menu or don’t accept orders if you cannot fulfil the order instead of taking my money!

Part of order was missing burger and chips

Tub of beans had spilled out over the chicken .. so we had to go out and get some beans to eat with the meal. On arrival the chips were cold & the chicken was not hot.

All of the chicken was undercooked the chips were soggy didn’t even get my corn on the cobs that were included in the meal deal I got me me and my kids

not much flavour in the chips but delivered early & food was still hot. Gravy is lush 😋

Ordered 2 meals. One came with the gravy spilt all over the food inside the box and the other was a totally wrong meal altogether. Not sure how that’s possible with a screen showing the order in front of you but apparently it’s possible. Food also arrived cold. Not sure they could have done a worse job.

On time, but according to a revised estimate, about 45 mins beyond the original. Once delivered, the food was fine. Chicken pieces are getting smaller though.

Missing items don’t bother ordering online. Its better in the shop

A free item...pop corn chicken given as a freebie was left out of my order..albeit i explained i wasnt showing during final payment. Im a first timer & vulnerable...And offers are not unusual with some big companies but clearly i missed out on this

Cold food, and very Soggy chips.

I scheduled food delivery for 1:05 PM for have in lunch break at 10:30 AM .The app assured on-time delivery, but it kept delaying to 1:27, then 1:34. My break ended at 1:30, and I was unwell, needing food for medication. The delivery arrived at 1:43, too late for me to eat during my break.so i cant have thr food on right time .Please address this issue and do the needful asap.

They are the worst chicken tenders I ever had. Tasteless and dry

Can you stop lying and saying the card machine doesn’t work when it does. Twice in less than a month they tried to say it doesn’t work, I challenged them both times and the card machine mysteriously began to work. If you want to limit the amount of customer interaction then please apply for a new job lol.

I ordered a large bottle off pepsi also a two piece meal with drink you didn't delivere the large pepsi

Both of my orders were not delivered although the app showed it delivered. On both occasions tonight the app showed courier on the way then immediately after it said delivered but no courier arrived. This is disappointing and disgusting from Just Eat, the quality of your couriers have dropped drastically.

We accidentally ordered to the wrong address. Then the driver called and we gave them our address. And it still hasn’t came

Bought chicken pieces as a takeaway, the chicken was burnt. I called them several times they did not answer . Really disappointed with Chingford KFC, should have known better than to get food with such awful reviews.

food was in their car for nearly 30 minutes. they were obviously doing multiple deliveries. the bag wasn't sealed because the receipt was in between. the 2 portions of fries were at the bottom SQUASHED flat obviously the food was not even lukewarm, it was COLD. I will NEVER use this franchise of KFC ever again. DISGUSTED.

Paid for food,was not delivered,I will not be using Just Eat anymore. Can't speak to anyone to complain,went to the restaurant but they couldn't help as they are the 3rd party.

I have not had a KFC in years, so when I thought I would treat myself I picked a zinger and fries, a favourite of my younger self. Oh how disappointing it was! The signature fries are shocking, more like those microwave fries you can get, soggy not very crisp and odd tasting. The zinger burger was a pale reflection of what it used to be, they were a little stingy with the mayo and salad and the fillets had no heat (spice) at all, or rather very little. I think that some local independents are beating KFC at their own game.... KFC has lost the crown of the best chicken shop in town. That said, the meal was hot, accurate and delivered on time, so no complaints about the restaurant or the delivery company. (Used Just Eat for delivery)
