People on phones shouting and swearing quiet scary

Food is awful from this specific KFC. Chips aren't made right and seem to be different from every other KFC. The chicken is small and dry.

Don't go to this one ! They don't accept £50 note treat you like a criminal? Don't order from uber eats they just give chicken drum stick? And when you tell to call them they don't answer the phone??? The staff must be all laughing at the uber eats customer? Only chicken drum sticks for those guys!! What a bunch of idiots!!!

The inability for KFC to fulfill the simplest of orders is astounding. It is either incompetence, indifference or deliberate. Of my last 5 orders, 4 of them have been wrong. I would be embarrassed if I made mistakes to that level at work.

Very disappointed, everytime i am ordering from Kfc Chingford, something missing from order.today not only missing items like chips, corn on the cob, but food was proper cold!!

Eventually delivered about 45 mins later than originally advertised. When it was being delivered, the delivery went such a long way round that the food was cold by the time it was delivered.

Nice service, staffs very friendly, I had a big order and it came very fast very satisfied with customer service. I am the 15 years customer and never dissatisfied with the service

Missing my drink and didn’t get a refund crappie

This store is absolutely grim.. the staff are atrocious beyond belief. Horrifically rude and unhelpful, the food was clearly not fresh and just left on the hot counter. They got my order of TWO SNACK BOXES WRONG… HOW!? The level of disrespect has astounded me. The lady serving behind the counter couldn’t understand a word I was saying and quite clearly started talking about me in a different language to her colleagues sharing a laugh at my expense. If it wasn’t for the army platoon of deliveroo and uber drivers outside, keeping this branch in business, it would have been gone long ago. Please, take your business elsewhere. DISGUSTING AND RUDE.

Stuffing Stacker Burger was really tasty and something different from KFC.

Food was dry and cold. portions were small. KFC isn't as good anymore.

So I get called to say they can't deliver my order and to cancel my order. I apply for a refund only for the food to turn up...stone cold

Have a deal advertised then sent it with missing item and the refunded in credit who’s to say I will use this app again you should provide a choice and if items are not available take it off the menu or don’t accept orders if you cannot fulfil the order instead of taking my money!

Ordered a box meal that came with chips, got no chips. Box was stone cold. Nice one

All of the chicken was undercooked the chips were soggy didn’t even get my corn on the cobs that were included in the meal deal I got me me and my kids

Tub of beans had spilled out over the chicken .. so we had to go out and get some beans to eat with the meal. On arrival the chips were cold & the chicken was not hot.

not much flavour in the chips but delivered early & food was still hot. Gravy is lush 😋

Ordered 2 meals. One came with the gravy spilt all over the food inside the box and the other was a totally wrong meal altogether. Not sure how that’s possible with a screen showing the order in front of you but apparently it’s possible. Food also arrived cold. Not sure they could have done a worse job.

I scheduled food delivery for 1:05 PM for have in lunch break at 10:30 AM .The app assured on-time delivery, but it kept delaying to 1:27, then 1:34. My break ended at 1:30, and I was unwell, needing food for medication. The delivery arrived at 1:43, too late for me to eat during my break.so i cant have thr food on right time .Please address this issue and do the needful asap.

Can you stop lying and saying the card machine doesn’t work when it does. Twice in less than a month they tried to say it doesn’t work, I challenged them both times and the card machine mysteriously began to work. If you want to limit the amount of customer interaction then please apply for a new job lol.

Both of my orders were not delivered although the app showed it delivered. On both occasions tonight the app showed courier on the way then immediately after it said delivered but no courier arrived. This is disappointing and disgusting from Just Eat, the quality of your couriers have dropped drastically.

food was in their car for nearly 30 minutes. they were obviously doing multiple deliveries. the bag wasn't sealed because the receipt was in between. the 2 portions of fries were at the bottom SQUASHED flat obviously the food was not even lukewarm, it was COLD.
