La hamburguesa de pollo estaba tan aceitosa que podías verla empapada por el pan. La salsa de curry también era muy oscura y amarga. Nada sobre la comida era fresco. Era pollo viejo frito en aceite rancio. Me siento tan mal después de haber comido algo. Nunca más compraré en este lugar.

I can’t recommend this spot enough! Not only is their fish and chips some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy, golden batter and perfectly cooked fish—but their customer service is exceptional. I ordered on ubereats late at night, and despite the hour, they called up welcoming and warmly they went above and beyond by offering some extras on the house. It’s rare to find a place that cares so much about their customers, especially when it’s late and they’re probably winding down for the day. Great food, great people, and a truly memorable experience. This is now my go-to spot for fish and chips 🔥🔥😍

I ordered a quarter pounder burger with cheese- in the description it says with ketchup however it turned up with chilli sauce covering the burger completely, I took one bite and my mouth was on fire!

Very big portions indeed. Not used the restaurant in a while. Food was good and very filling. Still better than most in value for money. Gives a choice with French fries or traditional chips which nobody else offers.

Driver was rude and delivered items in 33 minutes though the delivery address within 1 mile and hardly 5 minutes drive from the restaurant and blamming the app for late delivery. I called the restaurant and they confirmed me at 19:55 that your order left and I received order at 20:28. There is no customer service number connecting to Just Eat

Although I always love ordering from here my cod and chips tasted of garlic. Not sure if it’s been cooked in the same oil as garlic or they’ve added it to the batter but Fish and Chips shouldn’t taste of garlic

I don’t write many reviews but the chicken I just had from this establishment made me have to. I did not expect this chicken, to be as perfectly cooked as it was. I came to this shop maybe a year+ ago and it wasn’t anything special but clearly there has been a change of chef. The skin is fried perfectly so there is a crisp on the bite. The chicken can be torn apart and breaks off the bone perfectly. The seasoning was so unexpectedly tantalising. sauce Or additional salt/ pepper isn’t required when eating this chicken. I got a bucket with 6 pieces 2 fries and 4 wings for £11. The quality was far better than KFC which would have charged double. I’m really satisfied and confused with the quality of this purchase. Whoever’s seasoning and cooking needs to be acknowledged.

I got a 5 piece chicken wings and chips , got an extra 2 wings free and paid extra for a side breast . The coating of the skin wasn’t golden brown was an pale yellow chicken was bland , side breast bland chips awful coated in salt n vinegar couldn’t even taste that waste of £6.50

Usually good experiences, regardless of who orders (usually wife), but today was not a good day. The wings were burnt and blackened in parts, and dry as cardboard. Is it good enough to state that the only good part was a gherkin? I expect better from these guys, because normally its a great service. Maybe next time....

My experience with this restaurant was utterly disappointing. The food delivery took an excruciating 2 hours due to an initial error of sending the order to the wrong address, requiring the entire process to be redone. When the food eventually arrived, it was shockingly unsatisfactory - soggy, wet, and ice-cold. To make matters worse, the chicken was undercooked, appearing pink. This is unacceptable for a dining experience in 2024, and I can't fathom ever ordering from this establishment again. The abysmal delivery, coupled with the appalling quality of the food and service, left me famished and deeply dissatisfied. I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the restaurant to either drastically improve or cease its operations entirely.

Normally, in most cases, I have a fantastic experience. Food always hot, fresh, and beautiful taste. I cannot complain about these guys. Today I ordered Large Cod and Chips, something I have had before - sadly they gave me a regular/small size. Maybe an accident, as normally this does not happen. There was not a lot of chips, and it was not their ordinary large sized box. I do think this was a mistake. But I was left hungry, and Im not happy about that. Very unusual for these guys.

Portion are tiny. That was easily the most expensive portion of fish and chips I’ve ever had given how little food I received. A real shame because I used to order from there fairly often, but I’m afraid I won’t be doing that again. I will phone them up to complain, but I was told the boss had decided to make the portions smaller.

Why do you order and take an hour to send out the food. When sending it they have other people's deliveries with yours. Should I be paying for two people sharing the cost ? All these restaurants do that

App said delivered at 17:30. Arrived 18:05. Called restaurant, said driver had left, didn’t know time they left and was something wrong with just eat app if it was showing delivered.

Reg cod and chips and curry sauce. Large chunky chips, lots fish(batter fish could be cooked bit more crispy as soft). Curry sauce great flavour. A great meal.👍

Our order was took over 2 hours to be delivered. Missing items and was unfit to eat they are refusing a refund as they sayit is acceptable as they were busy I would not order from here as really bad service and food
