Chicken wrap hot and tender chicken. Chicken wings and real chips nice and hot.

Waited 2 hours and delivery never arrived. Due to lack of extra funds we went hungry without a hot dinner.

Food was hot and nice. Although the drink with the meal was missing. Also the free large chips when you spend £20 or more was also missing.

it came all soggy and the bottom of the bag was split and food was coming out everywhere the driver literally dropped the food on the floor in front of me

Drivers with attitude should get no tip. Especially when arriving at the wrong place first. Now for the food. Portion size it seems to be cut in half. The chicken wrap was the worst I've had used with the wrong chicken.

Freshly cooked food and very good value

Bought chips and that was uncooked, which made it worse they was warm. Would never go back. I would recommend to go to the chip shop across the road.

I received the order late at night, and the delivery driver was screaming outside on a phone call.. to the point that neighbors came outside.I found this to be very unprofessional, and I will not be ordering from you again.

Meh. Mediocre portions, not hot, fish sodden and falling apart. One distinctly large, one not. Wouldn't bother.

I ordered a coke with my meal. Not coke zero. Got a tengo instead of a Fanta. Never give tips as too often they get things wrong. No care given anymore. Made meals expensive just by using just eat

The order never arrived, called the restaurant and they were RUDE! Told me they had sent it and to contact just eat although they use their own drivers.

I ordered a quarter pounder burger with cheese- in the description it says with ketchup however it turned up with chilli sauce covering the burger completely, I took one bite and my mouth was on fire!

Very big portions indeed. Not used the restaurant in a while. Food was good and very filling. Still better than most in value for money. Gives a choice with French fries or traditional chips which nobody else offers.

Driver was rude and delivered items in 33 minutes though the delivery address within 1 mile and hardly 5 minutes drive from the restaurant and blamming the app for late delivery. I called the restaurant and they confirmed me at 19:55 that your order left and I received order at 20:28. There is no customer service number connecting to Just Eat

Although I always love ordering from here my cod and chips tasted of garlic. Not sure if it’s been cooked in the same oil as garlic or they’ve added it to the batter but Fish and Chips shouldn’t taste of garlic

The fish was over cooked, and dry. Normally it’s perfect, we order it every week, but this time was a let down.

I don’t write many reviews but the chicken I just had from this establishment made me have to. I did not expect this chicken, to be as perfectly cooked as it was. I came to this shop maybe a year+ ago and it wasn’t anything special but clearly there has been a change of chef. The skin is fried perfectly so there is a crisp on the bite. The chicken can be torn apart and breaks off the bone perfectly. The seasoning was so unexpectedly tantalising. sauce Or additional salt/ pepper isn’t required when eating this chicken. I got a bucket with 6 pieces 2 fries and 4 wings for £11. The quality was far better than KFC which would have charged double. I’m really satisfied and confused with the quality of this purchase. Whoever’s seasoning and cooking needs to be acknowledged.

food is OK but I wanted normal coca cola not diet I paid £3.50 I am not pleased about this you could of gave me cans of coca cola instead

I got a 5 piece chicken wings and chips , got an extra 2 wings free and paid extra for a side breast . The coating of the skin wasn’t golden brown was an pale yellow chicken was bland , side breast bland chips awful coated in salt n vinegar couldn’t even taste that waste of £6.50

I got everything in the order but the Mirinda strewberry 330ml is missing

Usually good experiences, regardless of who orders (usually wife), but today was not a good day. The wings were burnt and blackened in parts, and dry as cardboard. Is it good enough to state that the only good part was a gherkin? I expect better from these guys, because normally its a great service. Maybe next time....

My experience with this restaurant was utterly disappointing. The food delivery took an excruciating 2 hours due to an initial error of sending the order to the wrong address, requiring the entire process to be redone. When the food eventually arrived, it was shockingly unsatisfactory - soggy, wet, and ice-cold. To make matters worse, the chicken was undercooked, appearing pink. This is unacceptable for a dining experience in 2024, and I can't fathom ever ordering from this establishment again. The abysmal delivery, coupled with the appalling quality of the food and service, left me famished and deeply dissatisfied. I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the restaurant to either drastically improve or cease its operations entirely.

I ordered variety bucket all the pieces was double or triple fried. So hard I couldn't bite it the chips was the same looked old was hard dry and cold all went in the bin. So disappointed

Normally, in most cases, I have a fantastic experience. Food always hot, fresh, and beautiful taste. I cannot complain about these guys. Today I ordered Large Cod and Chips, something I have had before - sadly they gave me a regular/small size. Maybe an accident, as normally this does not happen. There was not a lot of chips, and it was not their ordinary large sized box. I do think this was a mistake. But I was left hungry, and Im not happy about that. Very unusual for these guys.

Fish and chips ok, burger not that nice

Portion are tiny. That was easily the most expensive portion of fish and chips I’ve ever had given how little food I received. A real shame because I used to order from there fairly often, but I’m afraid I won’t be doing that again. I will phone them up to complain, but I was told the boss had decided to make the portions smaller.

Why do you order and take an hour to send out the food. When sending it they have other people's deliveries with yours. Should I be paying for two people sharing the cost ? All these restaurants do that

App said delivered at 17:30. Arrived 18:05. Called restaurant, said driver had left, didn’t know time they left and was something wrong with just eat app if it was showing delivered.

Our order was took over 2 hours to be delivered. Missing items and was unfit to eat they are refusing a refund as they sayit is acceptable as they were busy I would not order from here as really bad service and food

Reg cod and chips and curry sauce. Large chunky chips, lots fish(batter fish could be cooked bit more crispy as soft). Curry sauce great flavour. A great meal.👍

Chicken Fillet burger and fried chicken improved a lot. The Fried fish needs to be improved.

Best fish and chips in Chingford

Wouldn’t order again chicken was bland couldn’t even finish the fish as it flavourless some the chips were not cooked properly and they gave me the wrong drink

Portion size was massive, really good for the price. Someone also called me to tell me it might be late which was good, they gave me extra drinks to compensate.

So I got the chicken burger meal and it came with 10 pieces of chips and I ordered the kids special. No chicken wings didn’t say there was flavours on the chicken strips and popcorn chicken and didn’t ask for vinegar. Just ask for salt got completely opposite chips was bad it said buy one get one free burger meal didn’t get that

Meal must have waited a long time in the shop before delivery as when food arrived the battery was soft and soggy and the chips were cold.
