KFC Chessington - North Parade in Kingston upon Thames

It’s ridiculous they start PREPARING the food 1hr after the order is placed. Certainly they can start it much sooner.

The food quality was horrendous. Most of the chicken was black when I bit into it and looked old and stale

Dry and over cooked chicken, chips Luke warm, and live 3 minutes from store. Never again.

Delivery was great but the 2 fillet burgers were over cooked. The gravy didn’t taste great either and was very thick. Not the best I’ve had and considering how much it cost not impressed

rolling delivery window that was initiy20 mins and kept bouncing until was an hour. buns not that fresh and chips not upto usual standard, disappointing experience by the store, delivery chap was quick once they did the order and feel sorry for him with store making him wait.

why do you send out cold food ? especially the burger meals unexpectable

The quality of the food and how it was prepared was mediocre. The delivery service was good and the driver was courteous.

Collected my order on 18th Dec at 5:50 PM order no 3096. Reached home to find out one item missing which made kids really unhappy. Tried calling several times but phone always busy. Just ridiculous service.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. Every time I go there I get served the smallest pieces of chicken, a handful of chips. I order 4 pieces Colonel meal and get 4 legs. I always have to return the package to get me a variety of pieces. The staff working on Friday evening are absolutely incompetent and rude. I have gone to many KFC's and really, this one is the worst, shame the others are a distance away.

The only reason I ordered was because I was scammed into it. You sent me a 50% discount voucher code (J8XV9QJ5KF4FTPN6) a few days ago, which said "Voucher is not active yet" when I tried to use it. Had to pay full price, no support, no details. BS!

It was the wrong burger. I ordered the Buffalo burger but it came with BBQ sauce. I have tried to tell them via the "something wrong" section but what a surprise it's not working.

This kfc is nasty my order today from uber Eats was cold baring in mind I live up the road so it was packed cold and stail bread, missing items when we only ordered two meals like how does the staff get it so wrong bunch of idiots, in the past we have had brown Lettuce, I'm never getting food from here again thought would give it a try again as its been so long, wouldn't waste your money here.

We had the ultimate BBQ chicken burger box meal. Massively overpriced! It was nothing like the photo that goes with it. For nearly £10, you get a small (very salty) burger, about 12 fries, one mini fillet, and a drink. Sides are extra.

Delivery was fine from ordering to delivery but very disappointed with the KFC !

We ordered two meals and only got one portion of chips so perhaps you should refund the missing portion. Also, may I suggest that the order is checked properly before you pass to the driver. This is not the first time this has happened.

Be aware, this restaurant refuses to take orders at the till and therefore does not offer Blue light discount. For those emergency workers, as you may be aware, the blue light discount can only be obtained when ordering at the till. This branch told me that they no longer take orders at the till. When I informed them that I had a blue light discount, they said I had to pay full price on the kiosk and that they no longer offer blue light discount. Better off going to Surbiton branch!!

Quality would have been so much better if you hadn’t packed cold food directly on top of hot food (suprise suprise the food arrived only just warm) and then add a cold drink in the same bag……

Wrong burger missing items cold food

Somehow whenever I order here theres always something wrong with my order so I have to always comeback and get the rest of my orders after a 10minute drive which is ridiculous. Staff are very unhygienic and dirty as some would even eat hot wings in front of me. Takes forever to get some service here. As some of the chicken comes out so old and gross definitely not worth the money.

The quality and delivery time are no reflection of the fact that half my order was missing. Wasn’t even a big order. Ordered for 1 and they ballsed it up

The food was delicious and very hot. Our house is difficult to find, due to appalling signage. While I ate my meal I upgraded our signage, win -win !!

Just awful 1)Kids meal missing sweetcorn & popcorn chicken so just some soggy chips. 2)Adult meal missing drink. 3)The clientelle are so so rude to the staff & each other it's hell just being in the pokey little waiting area. 4)You have to watch deliveroo orders actively get prioritised over walk in customers.Staff were packing stuff into one order but then emptied that bag in order to fulfil a deliveroo request that just came in. 5)Food cold, greasy & soggy. In summation;1 adult meal (minus a drink) and a tiny bag of chips cost £18 & despite pre-ordering still has to wait 20 minutes. Avoid.

Asked for no legs for the chicken. All pieces were legs! Food tested dry and old. Disappointed

Guy was understanding about the delivery location as it’s confusing and still managed to be on time

We were initially given an estimate of 16:55 - 17:15, (we had a previous engagement at 17:30, so this estimate was perfect) this was changed a little after 17:00 to 17:10 - 17:30. the food arrived at 17:25. When the food arrived the chips were nearly cold & the extra portion of chips that was on the order, was missing. On a positive note - The request for the cookies 'No white chocolate, only milk chocolate' was carried out.
