Usually pretty good, but this is 2nd time now parts of my order have been missed out and food is mediocre temperature feel like it’s poss been sitting around in the shop for some time

Ordered food via Uber eats arrived very fast but unfortunately food was cold and old and not fresh! Old bun and half of chicken wings, unless they only do baby chicken wings! Portion of of fries was about 10 fries in the bag!!! All cold

beans were upside down in bag and spilt , didn't get a drink and food Luke warm , not one of KFC finest hour

All wheat no meat there's no wonder KFC can afford to do 20 wings for £10 there's zero protein content 🙄

Order was NOT delivered!!! This was for a resident in a care home...shameful. Resident requires his money back ASAP

The food today came and it was just barely warm which is surprising as it’s normally hot from here

1 of the burger had hardly had any chicken very small. Does none in rush disappointed.

This kfc is nasty my order today from uber Eats was cold baring in mind I live up the road so it was packed cold and stail bread, missing items when we only ordered two meals like how does the staff get it so wrong bunch of idiots, in the past we have had brown Lettuce, I'm never getting food from here again thought would give it a try again as its been so long, wouldn't waste your money here.

They have missed half of our order. No drinks or chicken fillets were delivered

We had the ultimate BBQ chicken burger box meal. Massively overpriced! It was nothing like the photo that goes with it. For nearly £10, you get a small (very salty) burger, about 12 fries, one mini fillet, and a drink. Sides are extra.

Delivery was fine from ordering to delivery but very disappointed with the KFC !

Food was cold and part of the order was missing.

We ordered two meals and only got one portion of chips so perhaps you should refund the missing portion. Also, may I suggest that the order is checked properly before you pass to the driver. This is not the first time this has happened.

There is no where that says this burger came with sauce now I can’t eat it

Be aware, this restaurant refuses to take orders at the till and therefore does not offer Blue light discount. For those emergency workers, as you may be aware, the blue light discount can only be obtained when ordering at the till. This branch told me that they no longer take orders at the till. When I informed them that I had a blue light discount, they said I had to pay full price on the kiosk and that they no longer offer blue light discount. Better off going to Surbiton branch!!

Bearly any chips, small chicken wings and as if the wings had been standing for a while, but hard.

KFC should shut this branch down. Brings down the reputation of the whole chain. Food expectations vs reality is a joke

Incorrect order items and took half a century to prepare the food. Staff are very unorganised.

Quality would have been so much better if you hadn’t packed cold food directly on top of hot food (suprise suprise the food arrived only just warm) and then add a cold drink in the same bag……

Wrong burger missing items cold food

Somehow whenever I order here theres always something wrong with my order so I have to always comeback and get the rest of my orders after a 10minute drive which is ridiculous. Staff are very unhygienic and dirty as some would even eat hot wings in front of me. Takes forever to get some service here. As some of the chicken comes out so old and gross definitely not worth the money.

The quality and delivery time are no reflection of the fact that half my order was missing. Wasn’t even a big order. Ordered for 1 and they ballsed it up

The food was delicious and very hot. Our house is difficult to find, due to appalling signage. While I ate my meal I upgraded our signage, win -win !!

Just awful 1)Kids meal missing sweetcorn & popcorn chicken so just some soggy chips. 2)Adult meal missing drink. 3)The clientelle are so so rude to the staff & each other it's hell just being in the pokey little waiting area. 4)You have to watch deliveroo orders actively get prioritised over walk in customers.Staff were packing stuff into one order but then emptied that bag in order to fulfil a deliveroo request that just came in. 5)Food cold, greasy & soggy. In summation;1 adult meal (minus a drink) and a tiny bag of chips cost £18 & despite pre-ordering still has to wait 20 minutes. Avoid.

Asked for no legs for the chicken. All pieces were legs! Food tested dry and old. Disappointed

Guy was understanding about the delivery location as it’s confusing and still managed to be on time

We were initially given an estimate of 16:55 - 17:15, (we had a previous engagement at 17:30, so this estimate was perfect) this was changed a little after 17:00 to 17:10 - 17:30. the food arrived at 17:25. When the food arrived the chips were nearly cold & the extra portion of chips that was on the order, was missing. On a positive note - The request for the cookies 'No white chocolate, only milk chocolate' was carried out.

Far to much black pepper on the chips

This kfc is appalling 3days ago I bought a 6 piece bucket and you could tell the oil was dirty and old as hell. TODAY I go to pick up a mini fillet and they have given me stale bread and stale lettuce. I am fuming 😒

Christmas burger was 5 star however the chips were cold and it came with no salt and cutlery.

Food was freezing cold. Did not receive the soft drinks. Called the store and they said they will resend order. Still waited another 45 minutes for order and nothing has arrived.

Burger bun was stale in chicken burger and the chicken batter looked darker than normal which makes me think the chicken was over cooked.

Tasty food and delivered super quickly. Would be great if you would add napkins/ salt / pepper into the bag that’s why I’ve given not full stars.

Delivery driver TEXT me asking for my door number and advising he was returning £50 worth delivery to the restaurant, simultaneously, without giving me a chance to give him my door number. I called Chessington KFC - apparently my order was indeed returned and I was welcome to come and collect. Roshini was clueless and passed me over Maria (manager) who asked for my home address so that “her friend” could deliver the (now cold) food to me. Maria was apparently too busy to talk to me when I tried to discuss discounts and hung up on me. Leaving me to get a refund from Ubereats (which took ages). AVOID. I’ll be reporting this to the head office.

Hi I ordered 6 hot wings but I only got 4

Never showed up tried to call and didn't understand me, cut off the phone and when I tried to call back to Help the delivery driver, didn't answer then proceeded to say it was delivered when it wasn't!

Over two hours late and cold! Kept having to phone them - three times - all they kept saying was that the rider must have given my order to someone else! All the app kept doing was giving me a later and later estimated delivery time! If the app had allowed me a zero for delivery time, that would have been my score!

Absolutely terrible the buns were stale , we had a missing burger. The chip's were tiny and horrible, corn on cob dry. The only nice thing was the gravy. Ordered but no gravy - always missing from KFC

Rock hard bun on fillet burger, no lettuce. Had to remove the chicken and eat on its own. Clearly left in warmer for hours!

Quick fast service food hot and tasty parking is the only issue

Fantastic service we could get the app to open, the colleague tried to help as much as possible but in vain. She gave us some extras for being patient. Great service.

I love this branch! Love it? …… but you gave them a one star review? I love them as they are so incompetent I’ve ended up with £70 worth of kfc for free tonight…. Winning ! Mind you neither of the orders are what I actually ordered……useless.

Ordered family feast last night, plus 4 mini burgers, got home they only gave me 3 mini burgers but charged for 4, this is not the first time they've got my order wrong, never bothered to complain before, but the chicken and the chips tasted disgusting, the outside of the chicken was almost black colour and the chips were so oilily and a couple of them had a strange after taste, this has put me off ever eating KFC again, I won't be going back there again, don't order from here and waist your money!!!!

They usually miss something off of the order and we have to go back and then the food is cold. Also, machine rarely working to use blue light card and get rewards. Food is usually good which is why I keep going back.

Not nice food. Cold, bland, but my drink was warm, lol 😆.
