The lady taking out takeaway order was one of the rudest I have ever come across no manners and not helpful at all a complete miscredit to your team

Food was fine, received quickly and order was correct. Disappointed by the cleaning standards as the bins were overflowing and there were no clean tables. The customer volume was low at the time so there's no excuse. The 1 staff member out front was ducked down behind a divide on their phone and not being productive. Do better!

Walked in to grab a bite, to then witness a homeless person allowing his dog to eat discarded chicken bones off the floor, near to dining families, whilst staff just stared and did nothing. Had a go at the staff and duty manager who all just shrugged/didn't know what to say. EHO close down places for less. Sort it out!

After sitting in a at best half full restaurant with everyone eating,we waited 15mins before I asked where our food was,the answer I received was I had to wait another 5mins which was not acceptable how can they class themselves as a fast food chain when I asked for a full refund apparently that takes 5 days ,fits in the the theme of this so called business, safe to say I won't be stepping foot in the place again.

Been here 3 times now and finally went inside to eat. Big mistake. Absolutely disgusting. Not one person cleaning. The outside is even disgusting. Chicken seems greasier then it should be. I think this will be the last time.

Not sure how they manage to do it but they make soggy, soft, sweaty fried chicken. Like it’s steamed. There’s no crunch at all in the original recipe chicken.

I used drive through buy takeaway. There was as long human hair in fries, I returned the order, staff did not apologise at all, he just prepared the meal and handed over, looked unhappy. I was disappointed as well to see hair on fries 🍟

I put on the wrong address they usually ask for a code delivery didn’t ask for code or tried to not to deliver it

Hello, I am furious with my order. My order was delivered 45 minutes late! My kids were starving and they needed to be in bed. Furthermore, I was missing a number of items. I am not happy and I expect a full refund. Please let me know if you need any more information

Went to the drive through tonight as it was my son's 13th birthday and all his friends wanted a KFC. Ordered a boneless bucket meal, zinger tower meal and chicken strip meal with 3 pop corn chickens. Got home had no chips and no sides with the food. Cost £50 and didn't even make it a meal for the kids. Was the only one in the drive through as well, so cannot even blame it being busy. Perhaps who you employ needs looking Into because this isn't the first time this has happend to me at the particular KFC.

your delivery staff need better manners

My food was cold and was not delivered to my door. Delivery driver stayed in car and phoned me to go out and get it. I expect hot food and better delivery service when i order. Hugely disappointed. Why bother paying for food thats inedible?

Delivery was half an hour after the original estimate and half of the order was missing. What food we did receive was stone cold.

Completely wrong order - phoned spoke to a manager called Oliver he apologised but told us to do another order… personally was not going to waste money & have phoned bank to pull funds back

The vegan burger is VERY good but the portion of fries they send out is ridiculously small. High time you offered a larger size or just gave people more darn fries, it's a tiny tot's portion size

This used to be great. The portions have shrunk, you have to pay for tomato sauce, which I find bizarre, and these days you're still hungry after your meal. You're better off finding something less expensive, less greasy and somewhere where the management actually care about the customers. I see you've replied. I shall add that KFC is now very ageist as everything is on a touch screen with the main menu removed at the serving bar removed. Another stupid idea by head office. Also, the chips/fries are awful. Tip. Benny's chicken in Albany Road is far better than KFC and Jollibees in Queens Street is better than both but far more expensive.

Visited yesterday for some lunch with my husband, we both ate the same things all day yesterday and after visiting kfc we spent the entire night stuck in the bathroom. Ive never felt so ill and will NEVER again eat at a kfc

The food is great, the problem is that you can never guarantee that you'll get what you've ordered. Missing items and different sides is the big problem, it's like they just give you what they have !

Ask if the company Internet is working, had a voucher that was date specific but couldn't use it as the Internet wasn't working but they still had delivery orders being sent through and collected.
