Worst kfc about Customer Service stinks Gentlemen that served me had very little English but on tills 😂 Food was just covered in salt and son found a Hair in hot wings I think you need to think about hair/beard nets

The delivery driver went to the wrong place despite saying he was in the wrong place he marked the order as delivered. I did not receive the order and there was no way to contact anyone to help. Instead I have to submit a refund request and wait for seven days. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. Even worse can’t resolve this issue immediately.

When my food arrived it was cold & wet, the bag had a hole which left chips falling from the bag on my staircase after delivery. It appears to have been dropped during delivery, i had followed the driver on the app & noticed him heading in the wrong direction. When they got closer i watched from my ring cam & saw two males on one scooter riding erratically, it was my food nearly an hour late. Very disappointed & will never use this food outlet again as the food was in a terrible state.

The food was ok. I wish the chicken could be fresher. The hot wings were nice and everything else was fine. But chicken needs improvement.

I wish I could post photos of the size of 2 of the chicken fillets, I’ve paid almost £28 for a box of 12 fillets and 2 of them was as thin as my fingers. The person who served my order is shameless for doing this to the clients.

What’s the best KFC I’ve had in a long time and delivery driver was very polite.

It was roasting hot when it arrived. Only complaint is 6 legs and two side wings. They must give all the legs out to online orders.

KFC is the most useless Restaurant to order for since yesterday 10:20 PM. They did not bring my order. They keep on saying everyone one hour to deliver my order please people do not order KFC from Camberwell Green because they service is the most useless in the whole wide world.

Never recieved the food as it was delivered to the wrong address. Just eat has not issued a refund which shows a fundamental floor in their service. Delivery bikers can drop your food anywhere and mark it as delivered and Just eat will take your money. Never using this app again.

Ordered classic rice box, got a zinger, complained and they could only say "sorry, hope it's right next time" - not sure what planet that's cool on...
