KFC Camberwell - Church Street in Southwark

Cancelled my order after accepting it and saying on the app you are preparing it. But you take my money for what reason then don’t pick up the phone.

I asked for a LEG. This was not added. I am disappointed.

Very friendly driver, food was hot and delicious. Would definitely order from Camberwell KFC again.

Order never arrived? And it’s saying delivered.

The order was delivered on time but was inedible due to the food being all spilled out in the bag I’m assuming there was an accident all the rice and salad was out of their containers covering all the other food in the bag

my rice bowl ended up in the bag because the lid had come off.

order was not delivered at all or refunded - I gave the code to the driver and then he realised he did not have the food. support staff have said I cannot get a refund.

The chicken was horribly stale with barely any taste like it was there for hours or the whole day, same as chips stale and gravy no taste

Hello, I received the wrong order, and the food I got doesn’t even have my name on it, so I don’t see how the driver could have mistaken it for mine. This is really frustrating as I paid for something I didn’t receive. I would like to be compensated for this mistake. Please let me know how this can be resolved. Thanks, David

Discusting I order 3 bucket 10 chicken and fries and 2 x 20 wings only got 8 puece of chicken 3 fries wheres my wings ? ask the driver that was dodgy and dismissive and told me to contact camberwell which I tried several times ,they don't pick up whatsoever really bad place plus food was cold and rubbish

Not right amount of wings, overcooked, chips hard and cold

Chicken bucket meat was very tasty, very juicy and top notch. fries were amazing to. The two fillet burgers were awful, dry and felt like eating something that was sitting around all day. Not at all enjoyable and regretted ordering them.

Fried chicken wings have a strong and nauseating smell, the bread in the burger is not fresh, and the meat patties are fried too dry, which is terrible

I haven't had a KFC for more than 15 years & now I know why! Chicken over cooked & really dry, hot wings ok maybe the sauce preserved them. The only item that was OK was the coleslaw that was in a sealed container straight from food factory. Avoid.

I try not to order kfc anymore because the chicken is always tiny. I had a taste for it, so I ordered a 3 piece meal today and you had the cheek to give me 3 legs. who does that, so you've managed to put me off again. Thank you

Food needs to be more affordable at KFC. Extortionate.

Very good. Would order again. Was pipping hot and they honoured our request for more thighs. Plus they gave us two extra pots of gravy for free!

Nothing missing and everything was at perfect temperature (except the canned drinks).

I think I'm done with KFC, last couple of times a couple of chicken pieces where nearly the same size as a wing.... Tried a different branch and all 6 peices of a bucket where leg peices. Only good thing it was all hot and seemed fresh but actual pieces received have been a joke.

The courier was not only impolite on the phone but he literally stole my food!! He told me he was outside when on the maps he wasn’t even near and just eat has yet to refund me. I’m upset I’m hungry. If this isn’t resolved I’m never downloading this app again.
