Ordered off the app from this store and the food never arrived.

Disgustingly asked just 4 chicken hot chips as well not good !

Always decent freshly cooked food. Easy to access and rarely a long queue.

Nasty spiced chips!! You need to have the option to have the chips plain

Ordered from this branch online via just eat… took over an hour to arrive and was cold by the time it got to us, if you’re going to use a delivery service make sure it arrives on time!

Lots of parking and food was hot. The toilet was very dirty and no soap.

Very poor customer service you now can only order at the screens. No one at a till I won't be coming back in a hurry.

Neat and clean area. People have smiley face and they were very helpful. Food also very hot and tasty.

We visit KFC Camberley at least twice a week, and my little one absolutely loves it! The service is fast, staff are friendly, and quality is better than other branches we’ve tried. Unlike other locations where you have to ask for forks, tissues, or straws, everything here is readily available, making the experience so much more convenient. Only minor issue is that the popcorn chicken boxes sometimes feel under-filled, but overall, it’s a great spot!

Spacious restaurant, services pretty efficient

Normally I would go to the drive tru but today I did a delivery by just eat and what a nightmare!! My order came half eaten! My bucket of 10 chicken arrived as 6 and 1piece half eaten , 2 portions of chips instead of 4 chips and 1 less gravy side. The driver obviously did not like hot wings he didn't touch the 20 wings!! But I drove straight to the branch and thank you to Pipat for making it right!!! Customer service right there!! I hope the ring footage helps identify the JustEat driver!! Check your order is clearly sealed when it's delivered to you everyone!!

kfc london road is some joke it took an hour and 44 mins for delivery n it came cold and the chicken was pink

Food is very lovely and Makayla who served my mum was very polite and friendly always get food from KFC chicken fillets are nice great restaurant and amazing staff keep place clean and health and safety always for customers ☺️☺️😁

Delivery Driver was so kind as for some reason Our address doesn’t match the map so they were driving up and down our street looking for our house and they were so apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault.

Again I had my order wrong, really disappointed

Food was good (ordered 2pc chicken, chicken wings and chips) and was about what you'd expect from KFC. Couldn't fault it other than the Tango drink I ordered because it was flat even when served 'fresh'. Visited for the first time and ordered via the KFC app to collect from the drive-thru. Straightforward ordering process and collection was simple. It's worth noting that the beginning of the drive-thru is a bit narrow, so just be wary if you have a larger/wider car. Took about 10 mins in total from entering the drive-thru to leaving with my order (this was around dinner time).

I placed my order at 6.55pm and delivery was showing as 15-30 mins (this was one on my deciding factors for ordering KFC)… the time kept getting longer and was finally delivered (cold) at 8.05pm. When checking the App, the delivery time was still showing as 15-30 mins. Had I have known how long it would take I wouldn’t have ordered.

My brother picked up my order but he didn’t mentioned about the bottled drink. He kept in the fridge straight away and I didn’t checked so I thought it was missing from the order, tried to call resturant no answer So applied for the refund. Later I realised the missing item was on the Fridge. So the food was great, delivery driver came on time, all good. Happy customer.

I am hugely disappointed as we are once again missing items from our order. This is unacceptable, as we have paid money for these items that we are not going to receive. Disgraceful service and outright laziness.

I had placed an order at 945 and after my ETA being pushed back several times with screenshot to prove it I finally had my order delivered at 10:50. not only had I waited far too long but the food was near stone cold. with no customers service and no working phone to the restaurant. my disappointment is beyond words and I'm disgusted by the service I received.

Told me that my food was delivered so went to go check outside, however went to go collect there was nothing there. Tried calling the delivery man two times but would not answer. Had to go hunting for my food for 20 mins where I found it cold on the side of a house where the bag was open.

the company needs to give the notes to the driver as this gives exact location where to go in relation to the shopping centre entrance is once were closed

Came stone cold. The beans and gravy had a layer on top clearly where they had been left for so long!

One of the worst KFCs you would ever visit in the country.The staff are unhelpful- their tills never work and you are forced to order on the machines. They never pay attention to the customers standing at the counter. The food is cold and very salty.I eat the same food at the Woking KFC and they taste totally different. Avoid this place unless you like to be put off KFC food !

The driver said the sat nav took him 5 miles away. Food turned up half an hour later than we were told.

Delivery driver lost and confused had to go out and look for him, they updated that it was delivered when it hadn’t been delivered, and the delivery driver made no apology attempt at all and overall disappointed once again to have to go out looking for a delivery driver
