When ordering the delivery time started 10-20 minutes after ordering it kept increasing in time until it was an hour wait for my food. I wouldn’t have ordered if it was that long of a wait hence choosing a shop with a short wait time initially. How can i apply for a refund?

Orders missed up and didnt put all the items in the bag

my order clearly had allergen information on. not to season fries, twice now they have season my fries on two separate orders. I went to your chat and no one will help, no refund, the first rep just cut my chat dead and the second has done the same. chips are nearly 3.00 a portion it's a expensive mistake for us. and you won't do anything to rectify it. so unhappy with this service

When I ordered was told 20 mins arrived an hour after ordering food was cold

Took about an hour and a half from ordering, which is way too long for “fast food”.

food was stone cold by time it got here.

Food was inedible, cold and probably the worst food I’ve ever had, extremely unimpressed.

What a joke, 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver, a cold meal to my children!?!?!?! It’s 6 mins drive there 6 mins drive back, approx 6-8 mins to order/prepare, so 20 mins round trip. Instead of using this app and paying additional delivery costs, and a service( what service??? ), charge, I could have driven to this restaurant, ordered, collected and driven home 4 times. PLEASE CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE &/OR A MANAGER CALL TO EXPLAIN WHY??

Never arrived went down there no help what so ever

Unfortunately the order took over an hour to arrive and when the food finally arrived it smelled of cigarette smoke. Sadly this was the second time in a row both arriving very late and smelling of cigarette smoke. We won’t be ordering from here again.

The tables and floor were filthy, and the toilets were disgusting. We needed help ordering, but the young girl couldn't work the ordering screen, she and other staff can't speak English. I'm not sure how they do their food hygiene training. I just left and will not return

Food was 45 mins late and not hot

On time but still took like an hour on a wednesday night at 9 pm .. food cold when arrived

Food looked like it was from a returned / refused order. We all (4 adults) became ill overnight

The cookies are now vile. I used to order KFC over Maccies simply because of the cookie. But now they are vile processed wrapped - chemical tasting. Not going to order again. The fillet burger was TINY what has happened to KFC just all round horrible.

Took well over an hour with no updates and chips were undercooked massively and boneless chicken was so greasy the breadcrumbs fell off in the bag!

Shouldn’t accept an order which is going to take over an hour to deliver first expected delivery was 18.45 it arrived at 20.00, unacceptable

1hr 30 min delivery and the food was stone cold

It wasn’t that the delivery was late it’s that the driver stole our food and now we have to go through the refund process which won’t work

says delivered. but has not been delivered. should of been here at 6.30pm, it says delivered at 9pm (which hasn't even happened yet) but no food has arrived

The food has arrived cold, the drinks have arrived warm. The bag the food was in was all wet and almost ripping. Very poor service all round, not impressed

The food was very late the delivery man had been waiting ages, when it arrived it wasn’t hot, very very disappointing, eating at 9.45 was awful when food was ordered at 7.30. Would definitely not be using this service again.

Wow, I came here to a regular kfc for lunch after my football (for my team) and I have to admit the service and the food is amazing! Super Restaurant

Omg what can I say staff here are hopeless. Wanted an extra coleslaw, so the asked the lady sering can I pay for 1 at the till. No you have to order at the self check in. Worst thing was I was the only one there. They are just so rude. Got my food but didn't tell me my drinks were on the side to be collected. So asked them and they were talking amongst them selfs and then later worked out where they had put them. Kfc you need to train your staff some customer skills

Not great, ordered double bucket, and was delivered in bags /not bucket and the chicken was soggy ,

Delivery drivers constantly get lost because the app only allows me use the postcode which takes you much further up the road. Delivery driver was great by the way!

Original delivery time of 715-725ish from a 649 order. Kept changing and arrived 756. Gravy had time stamp use by 804.

Only 1 of 2 bags were delivered. £60 not refunded and now blocked from the website for trying to get a refund. Even caught the driver before he left and he said he only got one bag. Restaurant number doesn’t work! Shocking service all around!!

Absolutely awful. Cold. The bargain bucket chicken we were given 3 wings, 2 drumsticks and 1 rib. All of them were overcooked with barely any chicken on. Disgraceful. Just sending out all the rubbish.

Hi ordered from kfc london road camberley and even though u have a code the driver still went to the wrong house and delivered how is this possible its a disgrace you spend all this money and some one can not even get the delivery right

Wow impressed the chicken was delivered hot and it was well cooked; fries were tasty.

Really poor amount of chips supplied(around 11 chips in a bag that cost £2.99!!!) complained to Just Eat and they did absolutley nothing, would not recommend KFC Camberley or Just Eat.

They said is delivered but i have t received anything. I am waiting for 2 hours This is very disapointed I want a refund!!!

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to order food from outside and was a bit late.We made an order at 22:45 and the delivery time kept changing with further delays.We kept calling just eat and KFC repeatedly from 00:00 in a view that the store close at this time. Unfortunately we had no response. The order was delivered around 00:45. They would have as well cancelled it. Atleast expected a courtesy call from just eat to inform of delay.Food had the left over look with last bits and pieces sent

Delivery was quick enough but I’m sure the food was thrown together from the opposite side of the kitchen. Luke warm at best too. Do we expect more from kfc?
