KFC Camberley - London Road in Surrey Heath

Ordered a takeaway ticket number 11078. Got home 7 min away and found food was too cold, chips were old, chicken clearly old aswell. No contact number to make a complain. Not impressed at all.

Order short and delivered cold. 3 portions of chips instead of 4. 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6 and no gravy how can they get it so wrong would definitely not recommend delivery service food that did arrive was cold

Order was wrong, staff were rude and hardly spoke English. Order machine didn't work and no table service available. Wouldn't come here again. 0 stars

Ordered for delivery ( confirmed). It was taking a while so I checked on website - cancelled! Thing is KFC or Uber don't message or email to say this - you have to scour the website to find anything. Oh and their phone number 'is not recognised'. Still waiting for my money back too! Horrendous way to attract customers. If I want fast food from now on - I'll order elsewhere!

What a complete rip off - £4 for delivery, £1 service charge and each menu item can be between £1 and £2 more expensive than the in-store menu. And the food is mediocre at best. It is truly scandalous! (and in case you're wondering - no I didn't order anything from KFC, instead ordering from another - better - local chicken shop)

Served a Luke warm wrap which gave me Crippling food poisoning. Steer clear

Chips are coated with some nasty spicy powder. No option to have standard chips when ordering. Staff make you feel like an inconvenience asking for plain chips

Gone downhill recently, missing fries, undercooked and tasteless.

Awful place. They cannot get an order correct. In my last 5 visits, something has been wrong. My food is always cold and they have the worst chips ever. Ordering from Just East makes it worse. They had my food sat on the counter for over 30 minutes before a driver could be found to deliver . Why prepare the food if no one is available to deliver it. Staff have bad attitudes as well. I have had repeated issues with Just Eat because of this.

I only usually visit KFC as a treat when taking my mum out for the day. Today we stopped at the Camberley branch and were shocked at how rude the young blonde female worker was, not only to us but other customers too. Ordered via the touch screen but forgot to get sauces. When I went to collect the food I had some change and asked if I could grab some butter milk sauces and asked how much they were. The female worker with the most monotone voice said 'No' and just stood there... I thought she was just messing around at first and just repeated myself and showed my change and again, she said 'No'. She then told me that they would "Get in trouble if they use the till" which I laughed and said "what? That makes no sense" I just want to get some sauces for our meals, I have cash to pay'. She then turned around and said 'No', pointed at the super charger sauces on my tray (that I didn't ask for as I don't like spicy stuff) and just said 'You have 1'. Told her how ridiculous that was and made absolutely no sense. After I sat down to eat she came out from behind the counter, removed the rubbish from the bin and then just left it in the middle of the restaurant before disappearing. The bag didn't move the whole time we were there. Have never had such a bizarre experience in any restaurant before.

Hot tasty food service is just a bit blunt

Just bought a fillet burger (not a meal) from KFC on the A30 in Camberley. When I opened my box it was a bun with a dry piece of chicken on it. No sauce no lettuce no tomatoes. I can supply photos as well.probably the worst meal I ever got from KFC.

I ordered 3 legs today the guy in front ordered a whole bucket so waited about 10 mins before him in car then lady told me to pay £5.49 I did n I sd legs must be cold not fresh now she took her time opened bag then took the other bag out inspecting n I sd it's Gona get more cold like dat she wudnt give my food to expect myself like!! Total let down again! Got home only to find we were one bit of chicken missing and 4 portions of fries missing . Just what you need for a birthday treat 😡 Will avoid in the future as this is not the first time!

We went in and ordered today, it was a very quiet time The server had literally no manners or customer service skills whatsoever! No please, thanks you, nothing at all! Literally didn't give a damn!

Went to get a festive chicken burger as I finished for Christmas early and was told they didn't do in anymore even though being advertised as offer ending Jan 1st so asked for chicken fillet burger meal instead but got 3 boneless pieces of chicken with chips instead asked to apply bluelight card discount as I work in NHS and was told I needed to request on KFC app! Why if I have a bluelight card in my hand do I need to go through an app?Anyway person on window say do it next time as too many cars were waiting behind that was because only one window open to take order, payment and give you your food. So ended up being rushed along. Very bad service in my opinion and will avoid in future.

There has been a few reviews already about this young girl with glasses who works there. But everytime I go there she is always so rude and has absolutely no customer service skills, think she needs retraining or maybe dismissing. She was working 21/12 at around 7-9pm on drive thru

We went through the drive through and decided to get a family box as it works out better value individual meals just mount up a bit too expensive for a family take out but the service was quick food was piping hot and all of it was in the box/bag happy days 😋 🍗

We usually use this branch through convenience and most of the time the food has been good but for the last few times we've had items missing and judging from how many other people who have had the same experience, I find this hard to believe this is by accident. My latest, and quite frankly, last order from here was missing the chicken (you know, the one thing you'd expect to be in your meal from KFC). I ended up with a stuffing and sauce burger. As tasty and quirky as that was, I didn't ask for a vegetarian version. The staff dealing with the drive through need to learn some manners. Very rude to elderly customers and people who are a little slower at ordering. In all, I'll be finding another store further afield. I suggest you do the same.

Ordered through Just Eat, they took my money but no delivery, no phone number to call, no updates, had to order due to having knee surgery, never again!! Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely shocking, ordered online and received nothing and nobody to call as number online does not exist, very angry and hungry as can't leave the house as just had knee surgery 😳 so so thank you very much kfc..been eating at kfc all my adult life so very very disappointed with this restaurant and appalling service,some compensation would be nice

Had a chicken Burger with chips and a Coke and 3 pieces of chicken and chips. With Coke but awful, hardly any chips. The chicken was tasteless and a Burger. Look like it's been on the floor it was awful

For the second time in a row there was an item missing from our order. When I went into the shop to ask for the items I was ignored and it was only when a delivery driver came to the counter that anyone approached. I said excuse me as they were going to serve the driver first. I then had to answer several questions and effectively ’prove’ the item was missing. I was handed the box without any apology or kindness. YOUR mistake became my problem and that is not ok. By the time this was resolved my food was cold. Will not use this branch in future.

Mixed opinions! While the food was fine and the service was quick. It was very expensive for quite small portions. I am still not convinced we got all the food we ordered but the machines had no receipt paper and there were no other menus in the restaurant. The staff were nice enough but again if the food we got was everything we should’ve got there is many much cheaper alternatives that would’ve been better!

Delivered an hour late, food cold. Chicken box of 3 items, 2 legs which I don't like, 1 other piece which was more like lower carcass which I also could not eat. Tried phoning London Road Camberley to complain, told it was incorrect number .... wonder why that is although not too hard to work out. I am done with KFC now because this is a repeat experience plus never receiving my order. END.

Not a bad KFC, the parking can be a bit confusing for the first time but you figure it out. I’ve been here a few times, occasionally the service at the counter can be a little on the rude side, a smile with a thank-you wouldn’t go amiss. Generally an ok KFC though.

Going to drive through and they got my order. Upon collecting they said that we need to wait for 20 mins as the chicken are not cooked yet. Drive trough are for people on the go and they did not even told that they dont have chicken. Now we need to wait in the parking for 20 minutes for our order. Horrible service

Went there at 10 states it was open inside until 11pm and drive thru until 12. so i walked down, turns its only drive thru.... ended up going to mcdonalds instead. Im not the only one who tried getting in

Chicken overcooked and warm (not hot), like it had been left out for too long, chips limp. Thought we’d try this outlet again had similar experience last time. Trust me won’t happen again learnt my lesson

Ordered wraps... no salad in the wrap barely worth it. Are they trying to save ? Always use farnborough and others and have never needed to complain. Very disappointed.

Had to wait forever to order food then proceeded to next window and when handed coffee they managed to spill on my hand and all down the side of my car inside and out nearly burning my hand without an apology then had to wait another 10 minutes for food then when I went to eat found they had forgotten sauce and fork of spoon to eat the beans so had to go back in to ask for these but girl behind counter had lost her tongue. we usually go here, but lately we have started to get an increasing lack of food as well as horrible service. there is much less salad in the rice boxes and salad boxes + the service at the drive thru was horrendous. seemed to be only one worker doing both customer service at the till and managing the drive through, eventually had to wait about ten minutes to actually order our food and had to wait 5 more for them to prepare it

Got 2 x triology box meals and they forgot the chips!!!! As its drive thru didnt realise until home. The phone number on the website is WRONG. So poor poor poor!!!!!

Easy to miss from the main road. Nice new terminals for ordering, good and cosy benches, enough space - most people won't complain. Portions are fair, and taste is alright, so food was freshly made - most probably. Downsides: This is one of these KFCs where you have to ask for everything, salt, straws, napkins, etc. Service is not terrible, but rather poor. Noticed a cleanliness issue. I wouldn't mind if the floor was dirty, but if someone gives me something that I will eat in dirty packing... that's a bit disgusting. So some improvement needed

It's a KFC so you know what you're getting... Tbh the food was very slow coming out but apart from that no complaints.... Oh and my order was wrong but the guy soon fixed it.

Been a few times, feels like a place where all care and hope goes to die. Food is barely cooked, takes time to get it, for the cost you're better off just getting McDonald's nuggets down the road and pouring pepper on it for a third the price. Also have to question why the entrance was just locked while people are inside eating, with over an hour left until they shut. Had to leave via the emergency exit because apparently no one there cares about that?

Food was standard for KFC until I found a hair which put me off, as well as the unhygienic dirty tables which is inexcusable given how quiet it was inside... Staff were intolerable, rude, interests in everything but serving customers their KFC experience apart from one younger lad on customer floor whom was very welcoming. The manager on shift in a pinky purple shirt was dismissive of me when I tried to complain about the hair, having the gut to say I put it there myself... Refused a refund or exchange despite numerous times of asking politely, then watched me clean up my seating area which made me uneasy then threateningly followed me out of the building to my bus, standing 10 or so metres away from me for almost 10 minutes, staring at me until my bus arrived. And they get paid for this! I tried to phone up later in the week in hopes of speaking to a different member of staff but seems they've turned their phone off/deactivated their phone/blocked my number. Do not visit this awful place. Head Office and HR investigations will follow my report and the Environmental Health Agency will look further into this.

26/05/23 - 20:30pm. Service was so rude, the girl at the till entered my free reward on a seperate receipt/order and so they had made it before I even finished ordering our actual order and expected me to sit and wait with it getting cold while my actual order was in the queue to be prepared. When I asked for it because it was missing in the bag, she said we were calling for you for ages! Yes, maybe you were! While I was still at the bloody till!! Useless! They need to add a "no ice" option to their self service so we no longer have to interact with the idiots they pay to work there.

When we visit this store we got great service.

I had 2 pieces and fries. Not hot, very dark brown not at all crispy. I suspect it had been cooked and re cooked. Won't be calling there again. Very disappointed

Awful. everytime me and my boyfriend come here they’re so rude. We ordered boneless chicken they gave us bones. That’s okay everyone makes mistakes however we went back and waiting 10 minutes to be served ( no one was busy they were waiting around and talking) My boyfriend walked up to them and asked if he could be seen. he explained that the chicken wasn’t bones less and then they proceeded to refuse for a refund or an exchange. they told him he had to pay £1 for them to fix there problem they made? they also told my boyfriend that next time it happens they will be charging full price? it’s appalling. rude workers, poor management and awful communication. Can i also add the boneless chicken we ended up getting after the argument, was also cold! never come here again.

Good, hot and fast. Staff are very polite and one of the better KFCs I have gone to, small issue of parking but drive through removes that problem for me.

I used to live KFC. But now it’s just a chore. Constant out of order items. You have beg for salt and ketchup and napkins. Food is usually ok but Krushems are never available as the machine is never working. Just remove them from your menu than constantly disappointing your clients. Covid is over people get your s—t together.

Only ever use the drive- thru, efficient service and the food quality has improved in recent months I've noticed- chips are no longer just soggy cardboard, they're slightly salted now 😂

Easy drive through quick and great food and service

The staff are generally nice if a tad disorganised at times but the food quality is often good and errors rectified quickly, making it one of my prefered kfc locations. My only note would be that parking is a tad limited here so drive through is likely the way to go.

Absolutely mortified! So I went on Thursday 16th mar 23 about 6pm. So got to the drive through bit and there was a young girl she had so much attitude on her firstly she just wasn't interested in taking out order then when trying to explain I wanted a zinger wrap on its own she abruptly told me to wait whilst she huffed.. at the moment I was just pure amazed! I drove to the window and she rolled her eyes at me I aske did you roll your eyes at me and she said I have glasses I don't know if that was a point of her making an excuse for her disgusting behaviour. I asked to speak to the manager she said he wasn't in then asked to speak to a supervisor she huffed again!! The cheek! The supervisor came made no attempt to apologise and I asked are you going to speak to this young lady and he replied what do you want me to do. In absolute shock I left. It's ashame as kfc is out go too and with that experience in mind I don't think we will be going to this one ever again!

Standard KFC , get what you expect

They still from the orders. I bought today from Drive thru and I ask if is all in but at home I discovered that one menu is missing and the other three are incomplete. My boys and I are very disappointed. After a day at work now I spend time writing this review.

2021 I am always dissapointed with the fries and the chiken is always soggy and oil that is cooked in seams to be over used. Also staff is not fluent in the English. 2023 Feb. Well, it is a little bit better. Fries have improved a great deal. Chicken a little bit. Since the Brexit the composition of herbs is totally different compared to past years. I thought is was me but no. It is not as good as it used to be. Sorry for the negative feedback. KFC used to be great now all I see is the same as other large corporations the bottom line is more important.

Wrong drinks, chips for cold, chicken fine. Toilets stank and need a good clean. Place inside was generally grubby, KFC need to go to Macdonald's for cleaning training.
