RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Placed order at 6pm, app said 20 minutes. After numerous texts etc. Order was cancelled at 19:45

Not worth is for the price,small chicken pieces.service poor

Service is fast. There are many kiosks available for ordering. You can also pay cash at counters after ordering through kiosks.

Food was nice quick and the place clean

chicken burger was fresh, but I ordered 20 chicken wings and they were solid and felt like they had been left under a heat lamp for 2 hours. what a disappointment!

Hate using self service machines I have never been given a receipt with order number on, I know now I should take a picture to remind me of order number, lady got annoyed because I told her and I needed a receipt for work

The toilets were so disgusting that long after I had left I could still smell the disgusting smell on my clothes. If they have a cleaner, that person needs replacing. Food was fine although took a while. Staff seemed very abrupt and a bit rude but perhaps the nature of working in fast food.

Totally shocked food arrived hot and fresh. Expensive but tastes great.

I pre ordered this to be delivered at 5:30 but didn’t get here until 6:00. What’s the point in pre-ordering and the food was cold also.

The food online is really poor. Need to fixed the food online system. I'm trying to order my food and pay but it'sn work. You need to go back and sign up or log in, asking email address again and again. When I give my email address but still isn't work and asked you to used another email address and another contact no. When I put a different email address and my contact no. still isn't work. The company should to fix it their food online system. It's so difficult! 😩

Very poor branch. Ordered cheese with my fillet meal and didn't come with it. Just dry chicken in a bun. Not sure why as I didn't order a plain fillet burger. Queue was so long I couldn't be bothered to take it back. Won't bother with this branch again. Disappointing.

Order from Just Eat.missing item, called the restaurant, but no one answer. Very bad.

I can't review the food as we walked out before we could order anything. You only have machines now. No staff coming to help despite the lady next to me shouting for it. It would only let you order take aways rather than eat in. When I go to KFC I order a couple of peices of chicken asking it to be thighs as everything else is dry and inedible to me. I can't do that now. So we gave up. Won't be coming back till you bring back some counter service. Not everyone is Gen Z.

I am not a fan of fast food, but my children are crazy about KFC, their favorite chicken wings in batter, my children's favorite dish. Rarely do I manage to dissuade them from it. The service is impressive (the staff are friendly and polite) quick examination 100%

Shocking service today, staff cannot cope with a lunch time rush. Ignoring people who were asking where their food was when their number had disappeared from the screen. A young boy was very upset as he was basically ignored when he asked numerous times where his meal was.. need to let customers know if there is a delay with their food instead of ignoring them. When I finally got my food it was wrong aswell and I didn't notice till I was back at work with it!

Cold chips, lukewarm chicken, warm drink. Felt like the last drop off on the route

We did not receive all products and trying call KFC Bromley but it was closed. Trying leave message lot of time to just eat but they also did not contact to me.

Half of items missing from order

Order was not delivered to my address. Your website says it was delivered to 64 Romney Drive a few hundred yards from my address at 36 Orchard Road even though the people living at Romney Drive wouldn't have had the code

Missing items in my order again!!!!

Bought a mega box, which as gone up by 50p. I received an abysmal amount of chips and the gravy was so watery that I had to drink it (wouldn't stick to food). The chicken was cooked well, although the portions were smaller than I remember. All in all I won't be shopping here again. KFC has lost another customer to better competition.

I’ve received someone else food today and I think it’s rather not fair I would suggest that when using Just Eat customers should check their receipts.

Service is okay and they give your food fast. Food OK as normal since every KFC is the same. But the toilets? HORRENDOUS!! ME AND MY SISTER COULDNT EVEN GO TO THE TOILET!! And I mean it's a public bathroom so obviously its gonna be nasty but the fact they don't clean it disgusts me!! CLEAN YOUR TOILETS PEOPLE!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the food. Got home, opened my 10 piece bargain bucket to find 7 legs & 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Honestly horrified, I don’t even like the leg. I just cannot believe they put 7 legs in the bucket. Not a single piece of white meat, it was greasy & fatty - just revolting. The worst KFC I’ve had in my life, really let down & shocked they’re serving this kind of food. I will make a formal complaint but my advice is to AVOID - don’t waste your money.

The driver failed miserably to at least contact me as he spent 30 minutes passing my Home continuously after I eventually had to go and meet him. Food ruined - wasted £30 as it’s in edible

I redress the bucket for mini fillets not two strips and two hot wings so I’ve paid for extra hot wings to get two more it’s a joke and a rip of I want a refund

I was there today and tried to place an order from a couple of kiosks, when it came to actually paying I got an error. I ended up ordering at the till where I tried to order a £7.49 meal and got a £7.99 bill. When I asked why they told me the price rose today. Ok but the £7.49 price is on those screens and I guess this is an IT system so the new prices should reflect? While I was eating there I noticed several ppl were trying to order at the kiosks too having the same issue with me, including a father with her 2 young children trying to place a large order twice. Absolutely no care from the personel to put a label or turn them off. Also the personel closed the entrace going downstairs to the toilers. I've noticed them several times having their toilets closed or locked. I think KFC just lets them run the place and they do whatever fits them, probably bored of cleaning the toilets. Thankfully the food was ok, the typical KFC stuff.

toilets were in a diabolical state. the disabled toilet has no lock, just two holes in the door, and both gendered bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with brown smears on the toilet seat in the womens room, and huge puddles of liquid on the floor of the mens toilet, as well as visibly dirty toilet seats. the food was average, as i planned to eat in but had to go elsewhere to use the restroom before eating, which resulted in the food being cold.

Ordered 2 piece meal and the 2 pieces of chicken were so small it was like something from a kids meal. Probably given the remaining dregs from an earlier fry up. Feel really conned out of so much money for so little

I asked that it was important!!. that my order didn’t have mayonnaise as I have an allergy to it!. But my order come and was swimming in mayonnaise!!.

The vegan burger is good. Chips are cooked with the chicken, so they are not vegetarian or vegan friendly. Was told I couldn't order from the counter then saw someone buying from the counter after.
