Late, cold food. No option to cancel order after nearly an hours wait.

2 double cheeseburgers on order were not delivered. Refunded but did not help the immediate situation of 2 children not having their food. All other food was cold.

This is awful. I have just received my order over an hour late and the food is freezing and a health risk. It has been sitting there so long that the mcflurry’s we have ordered are in a liquid state. I want a full refund for this appalling service and you can send a driver to come and collect it all. Disgraceful

Got delivered 3 medium fries when I ordered 3 large fries. Put in a complaint and haven’t heard back. Quite disappointed really

I didnt receive my mozzarella sticks

Missing some nuggets and wrong milkshake sent not happy. Was ment to be my son’s dinner had to go get him something else. I’m now out of pocket

Finally, fries were hot and crisp instead of usual warm and soggy. Coke was nice and fizzy instead of usual flat and half full after spilliage during transport.

Last two orders there was an item missing so not pleased.

All of our food was cold, from ordering it took 90 minutes to arrive, the double cheeseburger that we requested NO onions in it had onions in it. Two chocolate milkshakes were missing. DISAPPOINTED

The place was clean. Food served Hot and the staff was helpful. We had some issues ordering food online through the app, but the manager at the till handled it well. Overall, it was a good experience.

Unfortunately our chips were soggy and undercooked.

Chips were hot and fresh and the chicken in the burger was lovely and juicy! Just what I needed…. Thank you 😘

One mile away, always arrives cold with no stops in between. Perhaps they give the drivers decent insulated carry bags?

I've yet to experience McDonald's Orpington getting my entire order right. I don't understand how they can get my order wrong every single time without fail. On this occasion I received a Sprite instead of a Coke, a large instead of a small fries, and no curry sauce.

Orpington branch comes up trumps again. Ordered double cheese burger and remove dill pickles and no. Dill pickles in there, onions removed. How hard is it to read and follow an order.

This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to delivery times. In fact,, it just carry's on delaying and delaying and then the food arrives cold. It's a case of poor management and organisational skills. The problem is that they think it's OK to originally say the food will arrive in 20 mins and then over 1 hour later it's still not arrived. Organise yourselves better and liase with Just eat to ensure you provide a respectable service to your customers.

Food arrived cold, what is the point of placing an order, that McDonald's clearly get ready straight away, only for the courier for what ever reason arrive late, the food just sits there getting cold, thee has to be a better system than this, it just is not acceptable to deliver food that is stone cold

I ordered food at 5.45pm and the food did not arrive until after 7pm. The food must have been sitting at Mcdonalds for an hour before being delivered. It was stone cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. I will never order online again.
