Food always wrong cold soggy chips. Staff on another planet slow service, tables not cleaned.

Keeps missing items on orders and they arrive cold, when you complain they do not want to help you.

They frequently get the order wrong or incomplete.

Kids love McDee. spacious, clean and very well maintained. Lately, it has become a place for teenagers to fight which is not a good sight for small children. 3 star for atmosphere because of teenagers getting into physical fight inside and outside restaurant. Staff are very helpful though.

It's just a McDonalds in London.

A good stop to feed a couple of fractious grandsons. Peace reined after that.

Ordered single breakfast meal and was left waiting 22 minutes for it, as they had cleared it off the screen and forgot about it. Food was warm at best. The saving grace was the lady who took over the order apologised.

So much better than the one in Sevenoaks, food was hot and they didn't get any of the order wrong. Very happy customer

Visited as a group of 10 and it was very busy but the staff were amazing at helping us find somewhere to sit. All 8 kids were together and the staff even brought over colouring for them all to do while they waited. Great experience can't fault them at all.

We celebrated our sons birthday at this Mac Donalds. The staff were friendly, food served quickly and they also gave free face painting for the kids. Elana and Taya were patient with the kids and made sure kids loved their face paint. This was so unexpected...the kids were super happy and made my son's birthday special . Cherry on the top, manager offerred free ice cream for kids. Which we had to politely refuse as the kids had already too much fun.. Great service...highly recommended

Time kept changing and no hash browns

Food was cold!!! Im disgusted everytime we use just eat food comes terrible and also missing items!!!!! McDonalds shouldn’t be on just eat can’t even get customers orders correctly or correct temperature delivered!

Delivery driver split my coffee all over my porch and over the doughnut, no refund given as apparently I can still drink a non existent coffee and a latte flavoured wet doughnut!

Not too crowded, table service was quick and correct. (Classic) music was nice but a bit too loud...

Morning staff are rude and far from helpful including the manager they are also not very clear on the deals present deals and are not willing to make it right McDonald need to retrain there staff as the principal of costumer service has gone down hill

The food is stone cold. The drinks spilt everywhere but 8m not surprised because it was delivered on a push bike. Absolutely ridiculous meal was ready at 18.22 arrived 20 minutes later.

Fed up of ordering and not getting the full order . Today they decided not to put in any hash browns to the order ! How hard can it be to follow and check an order . All good and well you get a refund but no breakfast ! Useless don’t bother !

The hot chocolate was a good temperature for drinking and the food was fresh. I would have liked more tartar sauce on my gilt-o-fish and a bit more salt on my fries but that’s personal preference.

I have missing food considering I spent 15£ and I had to wait 45 minutes for the food just for it to be cold and have missing items. Idc for the food I coulda made something myself but I spent money on McDonald’s just for items to be missing and cold. Disappointed.

As the local mcdonalds, it does a fair job! However there was a problem once where they accepted my delivery order and cancelled it after 20 minutes of waiting, which did make it troublesome to rethink my options available at that time of the day.

This is a typical McDonald's restaurant. There's plenty of seating. They have tablets available for the kids. Toilets were ok. Food was served piping hot. Enjoyed the meal. Worth noting that although the Google maps record shows that parking is available, there actually isn't any on site parking. You will need to park on the public parking on the roads nearby. We were there on a Sunday so parking was free but note that you will have to pay on other days.

Delivery was fine apart from the food asked for 2 bacon double cheeseburgers to be plain just the bacon and cheese and they have come both with onions
