McDonald's in Bromley

I was this evening to this McDonald's, and I place an order, and it cost me under £40 order no 092 it was a takeaway order when I arrived home, and I realised some of the item is missing. I received slightly more than that half of our food. After that, I called them to find the rest of the order. The manager, she didn't give me her name we call her MANAGER she offering me to refund the money or to redo my order fresh. Just I have to drive back to the shop. I told her no way after a long day I would go back for a refund or to pick up for what I paid. I offered her to transfer me the money back.NO WAY. I ask her to deliver the mising stuff NO WAY NOW THE BIG MCDONALD'S IS OWN ME ACCROSS £10 and I have to go back to the shop, which is charging and doesn't deliver what you paid for. Please check your orders to not be in my situation. Because the corporate McDonald's don't have any remorse to still your money

Came here on a saturday lunch rush yet my food was quick and hot. they did give me 4 garlic dippers instead of 3 but i’m not going to complain 😋😋

I walked into McDonalds today to purchase 2 happy meals for my 2 children and expected a toy inside only to find books that we didn’t ask for! This has happened multiple times and usually I check (even though I shouldn’t have to ) but the one time I didn’t my children got a book! Not only this but the food looked thrown into the box like the food didn’t matter and as well as that my triple cheeseburger was not stacked and looked like the tower Pisa . I am NOT impressed and I would like this problem to be resolved in a timely manner thank you for the cold food , long wait and unwanted books we will not be returning until this is solved.i expect better

I’ve had one of the worst experiences ever at McDonald’s. I was forced to wait 20 minutes for my order – absolutely ridiculous for a fast food place. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but they’ve carelessly smeared chocolate all over it. It looked disgusting. That alone was enough to ruin it, but it gets worse. I had ordered two medium fries, and they completely forgot to put them in the bag. I had to go back myself to get what I had already paid for. And what did I get in return? Just a dry, meaningless “sorry.” No effort to fix things, no compensation, nothing. I’ve never been this disappointed with such poor service and lack of responsibility.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your Orpington branch today. I visited the store to purchase a large iced latte and a large cappuccino, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that the iced latte appeared to be significantly less than what I expected for a large size. Wanting to clarify whether there was an issue with the portion size, I approached the manager on duty, whose badge name was Millie. Unfortunately, rather than addressing my concern in a professional and helpful manner, she was dismissive and came across as arrogant. Her attitude made me feel as though my concern was not valid, and she showed no interest in resolving the issue or even offering a simple explanation. I believe that customer service, especially from a manager, should be polite, professional, and solution-oriented, yet my experience was quite the opposite. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a regular McDonald’s customer, I expect better treatment and a willingness to address reasonable concerns. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I encourage you to provide additional training on customer service and communication skills for your staff, especially management. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

Late, cold food. No option to cancel order after nearly an hours wait.

This is awful. I have just received my order over an hour late and the food is freezing and a health risk. It has been sitting there so long that the mcflurry’s we have ordered are in a liquid state. I want a full refund for this appalling service and you can send a driver to come and collect it all. Disgraceful

Finally, fries were hot and crisp instead of usual warm and soggy. Coke was nice and fizzy instead of usual flat and half full after spilliage during transport.

All of our food was cold, from ordering it took 90 minutes to arrive, the double cheeseburger that we requested NO onions in it had onions in it. Two chocolate milkshakes were missing. DISAPPOINTED

The place was clean. Food served Hot and the staff was helpful. We had some issues ordering food online through the app, but the manager at the till handled it well. Overall, it was a good experience.

Unfortunately our chips were soggy and undercooked.

One mile away, always arrives cold with no stops in between. Perhaps they give the drivers decent insulated carry bags?

I've yet to experience McDonald's Orpington getting my entire order right. I don't understand how they can get my order wrong every single time without fail. On this occasion I received a Sprite instead of a Coke, a large instead of a small fries, and no curry sauce.

This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to delivery times. In fact,, it just carry's on delaying and delaying and then the food arrives cold. It's a case of poor management and organisational skills. The problem is that they think it's OK to originally say the food will arrive in 20 mins and then over 1 hour later it's still not arrived. Organise yourselves better and liase with Just eat to ensure you provide a respectable service to your customers.

Food arrived cold, what is the point of placing an order, that McDonald's clearly get ready straight away, only for the courier for what ever reason arrive late, the food just sits there getting cold, thee has to be a better system than this, it just is not acceptable to deliver food that is stone cold
