Favorite Chicken & Ribs Beckenham in Bromley

I ordered a meal and extra with a drink. But the drink never came I called up about it they said that they will send a delivery guy out with my drink but I waited 2hrs and 30mins for nothing.

The quality of food is not good, dry chicken that seem to be old, forgotten items. Tried calling but no answer, visited shop worker was rude. Won’t buy from there again

Open late and the chips are fantastic

The food was good unfortunately gravy was missing hence loss of stars, and without it, the meal was pretty dry

My friend gave the cashier £10 for a £5 meal and got no change back. She asked again and was told “you have to wait for the change” (with the change right in front of him) and didn’t give the change. He only gave her change (and not all of it) after I asked for her. Do not pay with cash.

Overall, enjoyable food. Gravy tasted burnt and was a bit congealed, so discarded but everything else was tasty.

The chips and the chicken burger were not that hot.

Food was awful. Greasy, unseasoned mushy nightmare.

Fries never came, also wasn’t any lettuce in either of the burgers

I have just had my delivery, it seems I have three wings and three VERY small pieces of chicken which do not seem full size. has there been an error as I would have expected three large pieces of chicken like I had this week. Not happy at all

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the appalling service provided by the staff at Favourite Chicken. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing and frankly, unacceptable.

I'm an uber eats driver and whenever I pick up at this place I feel sorry for those who are going to eat the food, the staff has never heard of hygiene, he puts his finger in his nose and takes the food with the same hand, too disgusting

I'm sorry to put this as normally get high marks the chicken was off. Did not taste right at all. I don't like writing this as your normally fantastic.

All the food arrived except the 6 chicken wings and was given a doughnut which I didn't order

I have got in to favorite chicken today, I asked the worker if it’s halal, and he laughed into my face disrespectfully and said yes it is halal, the other staffs did not correct him while they were watching us, when I asked for the halal certificate, I was told they have pork cooked there, I have got suspicious so I asked again are you sure if the chicken is halal and they kept on repeating yes but they cannot provide a halal certificate! This is very suspicious! BeAware People!

Except the gravy taste burned, others are good as usual.

I write this review at 6.30am whilst I’m being sick from this places food which I had last night. I have been here twice now, first time chicken appeared to look pink and now this time it’s kept me up all night throwing up! Dont go!!

Should be renamed Least Favourite Chicken. Greasy, low quality food. There are so many better places to eat in the high street. Staff very nice and friendly however.

Lovely food, immaculate restaurant - only negative is that it is very expensive.

The restaurant failed to deliver my desired items and won’t pick up any calls. The number for the restaurant on Google and their website is wrong/outdated. Food was cold.

Just received my order. I'm so disappointed. When you're paying so much for your meals, you expect to get what you ordered. Well, I've got things missing and you can't even contact the place. I googled the number and got a mobile number but the person doesn't even work there 😡 Now, they got away with taking my money and I'm left with missing items. SO ANNOYED! Really horrible. Bad service. Vile food. The 7 up was OK! I don't eat chicken , my friend did and said was moist but very greasy. Gravy tasted liked burnt and waterery mush. My fish burger was the worst ever. Hard rubbery fish, of bad quality. Never going here again.

I asked for no breast. I got ONLY breast. So didn’t eat any of it. Also got chips which were awful but I didn’t ask for. Corn and chilli bites were lovely. Shame as I know their food is good and usually they get the order correct.

Disappointing compared to my last order. The chips were cold, undercooked, pale and not crispy. My chicken was cold, the coating was gloopy and not at all crispy. Burger was cold and tasteless. The only thing that was nice was the beans. How can there be such a vast difference in experience?

The Chicken Wanted to Die! What happened to Favourite Chicken Beckenham? They refurbished, the conditions were hygienic and they served the best chicken wings meal I have ever had…then this! The server ignored the customers and prioritised the deliveries. The menu has changed and my 6 wings meal and the 2-3 piece chicken meals are gone, however nothing can explained the over-cooked greasy carnage I received so called “Wing Dinger Meal”…it’s certainly not a “Dinger”. Absolutely disgusting service and even more disgusting food……grease is the word!

Very disappointed with the bad service from Favourite Chicken & Ribs - Beckenham and you need to follow it through with them as it is a bad reflection on the business , they had to phone the site I have made the order for and ask them to collect it while it was showing on the Just Eat website late delivery with no update . I had the send member of staff not working on that day to get it collected as we had issues with the chef at site and we have been making orders through Just Eat. I phoned Favourite Chicken & Ribs - Beckenham few times with no reply, by the time we got all the food to the site for the residents it wasn’t of any use, and we had to dispose of it. We are using Just Eat every single day for a day-to-day delivery within our business and we are very disappointed with the Favourite Chicken & Ribs - Beckenham service on this occasion. This will need to be investigated with an urgent update what you can do about it otherwise we will cease our business with you for ever. On Just East website for that order all showing good and it wasn’t the case. I will never order from them anymore and may have to move the business to another supplier unless something is done about it. The delivery time was very quick but unfortunately the meal not so much. The chicken wings were hard and I also paid for a large meal, there was no difference to the normal sized meal.

Delivery driver turned around at my location with out dropping my food off then drove off and said he had delivered my food.

Food was absolutely awful on this occasion, the chicken was tasteless and greasy.

Lovely friendly driver 😁 shame about the food though. Why is it the later it gets the quality of food goes down. The chips are reheated and not very well the burger bun tasted burnt on the inside and the wings are rock hard!! If the shop wasn’t closing I would be asking for them to pick up the food because it’s not edible

The food would of been perfect if the batter on the chicken was cooked properly. It was a bit soggy. But the chips and the beans were great. This place do the best chips

The food that was given is not the usual packaging from favourite. The food is completely different, the chips are skinny when they should be the medium size chips and are not the original chips from favourite. The chips were also cold and only one packet of salt was given.

It arrived piping hot and chicken popper portion size was great. The chips portion was really small tho… must’ve been a one off as normally it’s much better!!!

If I could give the delivery time zero stars I would.

Wow! Best kebab I've had in a while, generous portion, hot, salad and sauce were separate. 10/10 will order again.
