Absolutely Terri food. Fries that were soggy and bland. Fried chicken not crisp. Even the gravy looked and tasted it was reheated several times as it was jelly. Straw for the drink collapsed within 4 sips and the time it took to be served through drive thru was excessive beyond belief. The Pilsworth KFC tastes totally different but Breightmet is Poormet

Went here as an unplanned visit. We went in but the tables weren't cleared and the bins were full. It was empty of customers and we were the only ones in, and the drive in only had two cars, so not too busy. We ended up taking away and the food was KFC,ie nothing out of the ordinary. I was surprised at the staff behind the counter not noticing the rubbish. Shame really

335 Chorley New RoadBest food in Bolton Especially the "clove special kebab" Extra tasty The sauces are unbelievable especially the chilli sauce with a hint of mint! The red donner/tikka/shish is amazing The nan breads perfect Going to be orderin one every friday but rhis week i couldnt wait and ordered one for tonight, you get that much meat i eat hslf now and eat the other half later or even tomorrow! Fast delivery and nice people, i would give 6 stars out of 5 if i could! John - poplar avenue

162 Manchester RoadThe worst eceoerience, a guy and girl at the drive thru, were so rude, he said to me at one point if I wasn’t behind a window! I could not belive how I was spoken to , immediately told my husband who ended up the coffee place but fortunately for him , he wasn’t workin at that time! All I can say is the staff are so rude! They need to take in to consideration which idiots they are hiring

5-7 Knowsley StreetThe customer service is nonexistent. I have never seen any of them smile. The manager that has been working there for years with the red hair is always extremely rude, I walked in today and heard her bad mouthing a customer with another staff member. Not good.
