A really bad home delivery service, they send the wrong thing. Useless.

The worst experience of my life at this KFC. The staff was extremely rude. They were not welcoming at all. Every thing that we asked that denied staright away as like we asked them for toilet soap the lady(Sushmita) told us that we don’t have soap. After that, we ordered food. They served us extremely bad quality food. The burgers were cold and not properly made. There was no difference in fillet burger and zinger burger as you can see photos. The shift manager was seems like gangster as he was starring us all the time in very angry mood. The manager should teach the team. The lobby was very worst as we sat there about 40 minutes but no one came to clean the lobby.

Worst ordering experience. Ordered during work lunch break via the self-ordering machines. Payment was approved and I received a receipt and order number so I waited for my food. After about 15 mins I asked where my order was, and the manager checked and said ‘it didn’t come through’, shouting and raising his voice at me. I proceeded to show him my receipt, order number as well as my bank transaction, but he just kept repeating that it didn’t come through to his system. This is ridiculous and they didn’t even process the order again for me. I just had to leave with no food and 25 mins wasted, oh and no refund. Just because you are a huge chain, doesn’t mean you should ignore customer service. Will not be going back to KFC again.

The mini chicken fillet is deadly salty nobody can eat it!!! And it’s almost 8£, I had one bite and throw it away for the rest of them, disappointed and wasted my money!!! Very disgusting!!!

Very poor experience, tables and floor was covered in mess, bins were over flowing with rubbish, went to use toilet and no toilet paper or soap to wash hands! This is not acceptable!

Really disappointed here. I ordered their BBQ chicken meal combo and only after opening it did I realise it was cold. The food tasted like it's been sat there for a while too. I wouldn't recommend going in late at night as they'll probably just give you what they have on the shelf rather than make it fresh. Understandably the staff are probably not getting paid much but as customers we deserve more. I paid nearly £14 for a meal for one and the soft drink was flat too. I'd defo check your meal before accepting it. Try better please guys. Update: Kfc did make an attempt to resolve the issue after reaching out, however if I do return I'll aim to be a bit more cautious and check my food instead of blindly assuming their standards.

The driver did not make the delivery but registered it as delivered. The restaurant is now closed. A simple refund is not good enough in this situation. Your customer service in circumstances like this is a disgrace. If the driver made the delivery

The Chicken was old and cold. Chicken Wings disappointing The Buffalo bites drowned in orange sauce. Not nice. My Burger was the same cold and far too much sauces. KFC isn’t what it once was. No napkins. Sadly I will not be ordering anymore.

Dined in. Lady serving couldn't understand when we asked if they served an unseeded bun. Got wife's order then had to order mine after because she didn't understand I wanted a fillet tower meal! Tables were dirty, asked for a cloth, she said not enough staff to wipe tables, handed me some sealed hand wipes which when opened were so old they had dried out. Toilets unisex smelt of spilt urine and were far from acceptable. AVOID.....

I recently dined at kfc and was extremely disappointed. The food quality was far below expectations. The a bucket of chicken and sandwich was bland and undercooked, and the portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price.Unfortunately, the poor food was not the only issue. Spoken to like dirt .I was told to order at the machine and not at the till ,then I asked politely what chicken piece I want with my box meal for the staff member to argue with me saying I don’t have a order number (when I clearly do ) and then when he found out I did he shouted at the staff member blaming them but not apologising to me .My sauce was missing that I payed for so when I asked for it he told me I have to pay .The rudest staff members I have ever experienced at a KFC after spending £30 and ruining my experience I will no longer return and I will advice everyone to never return here again .The shop was also filthy they don’t clean the tables

Why website shows food delivered before driver arrived?

I haven't seen a worse KFC branch in the UK. This is my first bad experience at a UK KFC. I am ashamed of KFC management. Your staff are very unprofessional and treat customers like a burden. Additionally, they are not cleaning the tables and toilets. Why are you keeping these kinds of staff at your branch? It would be better to either improve the service or close down the branch.

Horrible people working there really bad service

I ordered from this KFC having high hopes for a great zinger meal but to my surprise as soon as i ordered not even 5 minutes pass and my order was ready, sketchy cause it takes time to prepare a burger, 2 wings and fries. It was definitely previous chicken as the taste and look alone of the wings looked stale and tasted terrible, not even juicy. The burger was disappointing, just luke warm or cold, not hot at all and the chicken was stale and also probably left out for some time. The fries were alright, but not great, my friend let me try the popcorn chicken and i think i was chewing gum cause they were tough to chew through, horrible. The gravy that came with the meal was warmer than the burger and the fries, embarrassing to say the least. Probably the best thing in this terrible KFC was the drink. My opinion; Never order here unless you want to waste money and be disappointed.

Got ignored for 10 minutes then was refused service because I was paying cash and the person couldn’t be bothered to service me and just kept waving me off to the machine, maybe take the cash only sign of the counter to not waste people’s time ended up just walking away definitely won’t be coming back as this isn’t the first time it’s happened

They sent me the wrong burger it had spicey red sauce inside and cheese essentially couldn’t eat it so wasted money. Disappointed

I visited kfc at London bridge two days back. It was my first time visiting there.I went to the toilet but one of the cleaning staff followed me and he was so aggressive and insulted me infront of others for using the way for going to toilet.There were no indicators that I shouldn't use that way to go to toilet ,therefore I used it.He keep on cursing me until I left the shop. I think the staff should be taught how to deal with customers properly. Poor customer service,disappointed

very annoyed. when I looked to order it said delivery 15-20 minutes. so I ordered and it still said that time. then it changed to 55 minutes! I obviously would not have ordered it if I'd realised I'd be sat up until 2.10am!!! And there were items missing. You need to be truthful about delivery. I do understand times can alter, but you should by now be good at gauging how busy you will be and not accept orders if they are going to be so much later!

Wings were so burnt and crispy they'd have been fully cremated if they'd cooked any longer. Dip wasn't buttermilk as advertised. crispy fillets also crispy enough to break your teeth. Also everything was practically cold. Very disappointing.

The chicken uncooked, no printed recipes not even a trey for eating in, toilet closed. Communication nonexistent tables unclean, half of the chairs taken by delivery guys… Ah , not more than two napkins per customer is allowed here.

Chicken no cooked properly. Inside all wet and soft. Texture of the chicken just off. Something weird and red on the outside of the chicken? Seems to be a hit and miss with KFC nowadays of if you get uncooked chicken or not. Not risking it anymore. I been put of KFC for good unfortunately.

Ordered for my son and I. We both thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Everything was perfect.

During our recent visit to a restaurant, my friend and I had an unpleasant experience. A person approached our table, asking for change for his TFL repeatedly. We suspected that he might be a scammer. We politely told him that we didn't have any cash, but he still sat next to our table. Unfortunately, no one in the restaurant intervened, even though we felt uncomfortable with his presence. Because at that time, we were the only girls in the restaurant. Eventually, I gave him £2.5 to get rid of him, but he still attempted to make a fist with his hand. We refused, but he grabbed my shoulder, which made us feel even more uneasy. We were surprised that such an incident happened inside the restaurant, and it made us feel that there is no security in London anymore. To avoid such situations in the future, we suggest that KFC should have at least one security guard at the door.

driver was amazing and came early. Also the driver was able to find my actual location with no difficulties (that doesn't happen often)

Dumb delivery driver and missing wings

Unprofessional staffs, rude behaviour. I have been standing there to pick up my order. The staff’s behaviour with delivery drivers was so rude. Delivery drivers are not any slaves. They are running in wind, rain and storm to support themselves and family. They too have self respect. A guy in the staff abusing him as if driver is tgere slaves. Afterall these staffs are paid hourly and drivers paid depend on drops. So teach your staffs to respect the time of delivery drivers. It was so disgusting and rude behaviour from kfc staff borough high street. Male slim staff worked on 25/4/2024 on evening shift and time was around 8:00 to 8:30 pm. So disappointing

Do Not Come to this KFC! Really bad service! Never coming to this KFC again! Keeps getting my order wrong, was very rude. Staff was messing about with each other. The coleslaw leaked and one of the staff pick it up and wiped it on the other staff’s backside!! He was going to put it in my order!
