KFC Bolton - Bury Road in Bolton

When you can tell the staff don't want to be there. The food has been sat under heat lamps too long. Half one of the meals is missing. Service with a scowl. Will not be using this store again

Store closes front of house at 2100, which isn’t specified anywhere at the store or online. This needs to be rectified to make people aware of this very recent change, this is an issue for those who live in close proximity to the store and are wanting to have a take away tea and not wanting to pay for delivery fees, this is diabolical and needs rectifying either have the whole store open until the specified times closing just the seating area (as other restaurants do) or make it aware both at the store and online that FoH closes at 2100.

The mini chicken fillets were uncooked and raw.There was 2 tables filled with trash - couldn’t find a place to sit.But,the workers were very kind.

I ordered a mini fillet burger and instead of getting salad on it I got ketchup on it

£65 !!! for 4 adults and 2 kids absolute outrages but more fool us for ordering it the smallest of portions !! Chips in large meal same as the kids meals. everyone still hungry never again !!!!!

Ordered the offer of 2 burgers 2 fries and added extra beans and gravy ... no fries in the delivery so no use for gravy or beans. So annowhen you can't contact anyone. Thanks for spoiling Saturday night

Forgot my drink and the restaurant told me to take it up with JustEay which I didn’t appreciate

3 times my order has been wrong the last time I ordered large gravy and got large beans. Honestly, it's like chimps serving

no gravy came when we ordered two and sent the wrong drink. delivery guy started shouting at us for the code mere seconds after asking when I was checking it.

No sauce included as per meal order. chicken full of small bones no drum sticks. very disappointing

It was freezing cold and there was a mini fillet missing it was uneatable

first time ordering and they messed it up. I only ordered one item so how can you get a bucket for one mixed up with a portion of 6 fillets and chips. my chips were cold and soggy I didn't bother eating any of it. I won't be ordering from here again.

So called lettuce on my burger was the core of the white hard un edible centre surly they must have to throw this away and use the better leafs of lettuce . Have pics if needed to send . Put me right off my food

driver left kfc with order. went home to charge his phone and came to deliver 50minutes after leaving kfc. told me i take it cold or refuse order he didnt care either way. all caught on ring door bell. then completes the order, which I don't know how as I never gave him a code. so left paying £30 for no food. just eat won't do anything as marked delivered anand I can't take a photo of anything as have no food.

10/10.....red hot...crispy....nice cold bottle. to be honest i got a nice fresh meal.

Don't like the fries as much as a few years ago. Prefer them without the skins on but still love the chicken, the coating and the gravy just as much

We were missing a large gravy that we were charged for and the chicken was dry and overcooked

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and fries.the chicken was fine. The chips where very spars 13 chips and not big chips less then a inch long. If i could post a pic i would. Shocking

On the last 2 orders I've placed, my 1.5 ltr of coke has been missing from the order, which ive pre paid for. I even asked the delivery driver and he said it was in the bag and it wasn't 😞

Ordered the variety bucket but all the 6 pieces of on the bone chicken was breast and no legs. Jo variety at all!

Nobody really wants the legs, but when you order a 4pc you expect at least one - two if you’re unlucky. I got four. The staff know that’s not on, but as it was a delivery they clearly didn’t care. Outrageous.

This place is useless make sure you check they have put everything you ordered in the bag before leaving as they have the habit of not doing so absolute clowns

One of the zinger box meals came with the wrong chicken, and I ordered an extra piece of original recipe chicken for the mighty bucket but we didn't get one.

The food was cold,the drink can was put in the bag with the food also so it caused the food to go soggy aswell.

I ordered mash and got gravy two times in a row with this same KFC. It’s the only one in my area that even offers mash and they don’t even send it lol.

It’s bin an 1h40 min and my order didn’t even arrive it cost me £56.42 and delivery not even turned up

So me and my Wife couldn't be bothered to cook after along day at work so I decided to head to KFC for a takeaway so headed to KFC Breightmet drive through. Fantastic Customer Service, We ordered A 6 Piece Family bucket(6 piece Chicken Drumsticks, 4x Fries, 2x Large Sides(Opted for Gravy and Coleslaw) and I ordered a boneless Banquet(4x Boneless Chicken, Fries, Popcorn Chicken, Gravy, Garlic Mayo and a drink). Service was ok, Had to park up and wait 5 minutes for my food but no issues at all. 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆

Fast service and finally food that is hot and not cold.

Every time you get to this KFC you have to park up and wait while the staff are chatting and laughing and having dramas. 3 times in the last 3 months I’ve come and still the same thing would not recommend rather drive to town centre to get fast service with hot food

1st time I have used just eat and very impress ed from ordering my food to delivering the food in a timely manner.

Really quick delivery, delivery driver was very pleasant. Chips were cold and soggy, chicken could have been a bit crisper and sauce was missing.

Paying £10+ per meal you expect a degree of quality but the food and burgers are thrown together with barely any salad and no resemblance to the advertised product. It wasn’t even busy.

fast delivery. polite delivery person .couldn't eat the chips tasted like warm up cooked earlier..tiney bit warm .

Driver was given food by restaurant at 18:43 but did not turn up with it till 19:21, i only live a few minutes away. He even marked it as delivered at 19:03 so he obviously did this just to cover himself, so no idea what he was doing for all that time. Food was stone cold and ruined, just eat was very unhelpful, shocking service.
