KFC Bolton - Bury Road in Bolton

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and fries.the chicken was fine. The chips where very spars 13 chips and not big chips less then a inch long. If i could post a pic i would. Shocking

we order our food and it got delayed. then the food was col one small portions . the driver said he was sent to places far apart .

Order on time however missing some of order not enough chicken or gravy

On the last 2 orders I've placed, my 1.5 ltr of coke has been missing from the order, which ive pre paid for. I even asked the delivery driver and he said it was in the bag and it wasn't 😞

Ordered the variety bucket but all the 6 pieces of on the bone chicken was breast and no legs. Jo variety at all!

gravy missing £2.99 for gravy and it isn't here

missing the burger part of the burger meal. refund only available on credit and not back on card. rubbish.

order the supercharged wrap, came with no sauce so was basically a plain wrap

Nobody really wants the legs, but when you order a 4pc you expect at least one - two if you’re unlucky. I got four. The staff know that’s not on, but as it was a delivery they clearly didn’t care. Outrageous.

This place is useless make sure you check they have put everything you ordered in the bag before leaving as they have the habit of not doing so absolute clowns

chicken pieces were tiny and unsatisfactory, everything else was spot on

One of the zinger box meals came with the wrong chicken, and I ordered an extra piece of original recipe chicken for the mighty bucket but we didn't get one.

The food was cold,the drink can was put in the bag with the food also so it caused the food to go soggy aswell.

The food was delivered fast and still hot delivered on time enjoy it

ordered £64. half my order missing, literally. full meals missing. I did ring snd they offered to rectify and me collect and I don't drive.

Only ordered a four piece meal at the drive in. The chicken was overcooked and certainly wasn't finger licking. Will probably not visit again.

I ordered mash and got gravy two times in a row with this same KFC. It’s the only one in my area that even offers mash and they don’t even send it lol.

It’s bin an 1h40 min and my order didn’t even arrive it cost me £56.42 and delivery not even turned up

Items missing and no slaw on wraps.

Food was very dry, the wraps had nothing but sauce and chicken very disappointing

not everything turn orderd 2 big gravey with my order no place to be seen ring kfc ....told it be 2 days before they contact me ...want it now with my food

Food was cold; chips were soggy; bites had about a teaspoon of sauce on and the wrap was clap cold 😔

I left the restaurant a note stating that I would like my bucket of chicken as all leg pieces & also asked for extra sauce on the buffalo bites & the request was dealt with appropriately & I was happy the fries was seasoned lovely x

So me and my Wife couldn't be bothered to cook after along day at work so I decided to head to KFC for a takeaway so headed to KFC Breightmet drive through. Fantastic Customer Service, We ordered A 6 Piece Family bucket(6 piece Chicken Drumsticks, 4x Fries, 2x Large Sides(Opted for Gravy and Coleslaw) and I ordered a boneless Banquet(4x Boneless Chicken, Fries, Popcorn Chicken, Gravy, Garlic Mayo and a drink). Service was ok, Had to park up and wait 5 minutes for my food but no issues at all. 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆

Fast service and finally food that is hot and not cold.

Every time you get to this KFC you have to park up and wait while the staff are chatting and laughing and having dramas. 3 times in the last 3 months I’ve come and still the same thing would not recommend rather drive to town centre to get fast service with hot food

1st time I have used just eat and very impress ed from ordering my food to delivering the food in a timely manner.

Really quick delivery, delivery driver was very pleasant. Chips were cold and soggy, chicken could have been a bit crisper and sauce was missing.

mixing meals up, parts missing, ordered 3 cookies for 3 of us, daughter upset now 😢

Paying £10+ per meal you expect a degree of quality but the food and burgers are thrown together with barely any salad and no resemblance to the advertised product. It wasn’t even busy.

Driver was given food by restaurant at 18:43 but did not turn up with it till 19:21, i only live a few minutes away. He even marked it as delivered at 19:03 so he obviously did this just to cover himself, so no idea what he was doing for all that time. Food was stone cold and ruined, just eat was very unhelpful, shocking service.

I always find the idea of a kfc nicer than eating one. Nevertheless staff was very friendly and helpful food was quick and fresh. I do think the company should include more veggie options...

Disappointed with the selection of chicken in the family feast! Considering their should be at ange of chicken pieces we received 7 drumsticks & 3 thighs! This is not as expected and we received no wings, ribs or breast chicken! To add to the disappointment we did not receive the 1.5L of Pepsi max but got 1.5L of Diet Coke in its place! I would like the cost of the bucket replacing. This was a special meal for an achievement of my daughter and we now feel let down as a family.

The food we ordered was excellent quality but I ordered 2 bbq bites and was incorrectly given 1 bbq and 1 chilli which was too spicy to eat and left us short
