KFC Bolton - Bury Road in Bolton

We did not get what we ordered there was only 3 chicken pieces we did not get are gravey and the courier was so rude

lovely delivery driver, very helpful as couldn't get back in to my app. The chicken on my fillet burger was horrible, tough and chewy, just couldn't eat it. The two other burgers were good.

Took almost an hour from ordering to get to us and it arrived barely warm and one of my items was substituted with another that i didn’t order.

ordered piece meal chicken pieces very small not value for money anymore

Went in shop and waited more than 10 minutes at the counter with no other customers in the shop and 3 staff behind the counter,wasn’t approached by any of them to be served so walked out.

yet again we have two meals but 4 drumsticks and a thigh. it's not acceptable when you spend £25 plus

Order was wrong as I ordered a 1 piece of original recipe chicken with my meal and a side of hot wings and that wasn’t what came it came with 2 potions of hot wings instead, after that the delivery driver collected my order, he then proceeded to go to the Aldi next door (I screenshotted this) and spent over 10 minutes in there and then went to another shop across the car park from Aldi where he spent around another 5 minutes so when my order eventually arrived at my home it was all cold.

I asked for hot food and when it was delivered it was cold and stale

Placed an order for almost £60 through just-eat. waited over 30 minutes to realise that it says my order was delivered which it was not. tried to call KFC but nobody answers the phones and as the driver marked it as delivered just-eat wont do anything about it even though i have 2 x CCTV cameras as proof it was not delivered and obviously they can track it. but why would they do that when they have the money already. If ordering any food from Just-eat be sure to pay by cash or you wont get your food.

Shocking now waited nearly 20 minutes the other day (behind one car at the drive thru nobody behind me either) good job i hadn't already paid off i went there were only 2 people sat eating inside too they are far to bust stocking up "uber eats" etc and couldn't care less about the main reason it's there Go elsewhere

Ordered from the drive through at Breightmet where I was very rudely rushed to tell them my order. Wait almost 20 mins for my order to get home and the chicken was dry and stale and sauces I had been charged for were not in the bag. Very disappointed ☹️

My experience with this KFC was not nice, i waited for my order for at least 15 minutes yet people arriving and ordering after me already had your orders done and when I complained I was told to wait another four minutes we’ve had my order is done I think because I am coloured there is definitely a bit of prejudice going the rest of the people arriving before me were mainly white. I have decided never to step for in that place again, and I will mention it to Lord of other people the way I was treated

Shocking!!! The food delivered was not what we ordered. Courier went to the wrong house first and then just said he was just a courier when I said that wasn’t our food. Also no one ever reads the notes that say no sauce on burgers. Put 1 star but worth no stars

When you can tell the staff don't want to be there. The food has been sat under heat lamps too long. Half one of the meals is missing. Service with a scowl. Will not be using this store again

Store closes front of house at 2100, which isn’t specified anywhere at the store or online. This needs to be rectified to make people aware of this very recent change, this is an issue for those who live in close proximity to the store and are wanting to have a take away tea and not wanting to pay for delivery fees, this is diabolical and needs rectifying either have the whole store open until the specified times closing just the seating area (as other restaurants do) or make it aware both at the store and online that FoH closes at 2100.

Half of the order didn't turn up

Ordered the offer of 2 burgers 2 fries and added extra beans and gravy ... no fries in the delivery so no use for gravy or beans. So annowhen you can't contact anyone. Thanks for spoiling Saturday night

Forgot my drink and the restaurant told me to take it up with JustEay which I didn’t appreciate

3 times my order has been wrong the last time I ordered large gravy and got large beans. Honestly, it's like chimps serving

no gravy came when we ordered two and sent the wrong drink. delivery guy started shouting at us for the code mere seconds after asking when I was checking it.
