Ordered delivery. Missing dip and wrong wings. I called and they apologised and offered to replace and send the missing sauce. Took 30 minutes to arrive. When they arrived, they were the wrong wings again! I drove to store to get a refund and had to argue with both the manager and the area manager to get this as they told me it was company policy to not refund unless I brought all of the food back. I explained that we had eaten the pizza (albeit without the sauce we ordered to go with it) whilst waiting for them to send the wrong wings for a second time! Really poor service in the circumstances.

Ordered food a few times from here. Ordered tonight the delivery time was 35min after 45min I called and was told they hadn't started to cook it yet. I asked for a refund and they put the phone down. I called back and told a refund will take 5 days. Don't bother with this franchise. Find another where they treat customers better. I'll be waiting for this refund as I'm not even sure they'll bother.

Wrong base pizza delivered. Contacted the restaurant and made them aware, they listened, apologised and informed me that if I was able to nip to the restaurant (which is thankfully only 5 mins drive) then they would make the pizza again for me. Free wedges added for the inconvenience which was a nice touch. All in all, very pleasant staff and as always the food is spot on.

Spent over £50 between couple of us just to get home and pull 30cm long strand of hair from my mouth, I go back with pizza and hair to complain and ask for some refund back. Told manager not in do I want a replacement. As if I felt like another pizza after almost throwing up from last one and family not interested anymore in their pizza. 5 days later and several phone calls, manager still never been in touch. Poor customer service, poor handling of complaints. Would stay away from Dominos Horwich, not safe to eat.

Found hair in food, pizzas aren’t cooked for long enough, fries soggy. Manager really nice, and food does arrive really quickly & hot.

My partner has a dairy allergy and have only ever been able to order from domino’s as they do a vegan base. We ordered from Domino’s horwich just over a week ago and everything was fine. Vegan base with meat toppings. This evening I rang prior to placing the order to warn them that we were placing the order. The lady on the phone told me that I needed to place the order before she could change anything, so we placed the order. After placing the order we were then told that we couldn’t change the base to a vegan base. I mentioned that I had ordered a week ago and was able to do it, so she said she would speak to her manager. She didn’t put the phone on hold and the manager was extremely unprofessional whilst communicating with the lady I had spoken to. Apparently it is company policy that meat products cannot be used on vegan products??? We cancelled our large order immediately after hearing the way the manager was speaking, and after hearing of the ridiculous policy. We have always had such a great experience within this branch so I’m not sure what has changed? I must add that your manager needs some work on his communication skills.

Would of been 5 stars as pizza as always is amazing however, they advertise they started doing fries 3.99 for 2 people stone cold and I collected so no excuse and not enough for one let alone 2 people forget fries Domino's and stick to pizza it's what you do best

Ordered by phone in advance pizza and cheese potato wedges. Food arrived hot and ate inside with family. Was expecting a dip with the wedges as they were neary £7 i asked but was told no. The food was great . We asked to wash hands use toilets as they were offering dine in facilities but was told no customer toilets. Not great for a venue that offers dine in.

Overpriced glorified cheese on toast. To be honest wish I had cheese on toast. Very expensive with discounts on the same par as DFS. Staff rude when you try to phone up. Very poor quality by people who don’t even know how to cook a pizza

I Would give zero stars if possible. Extremely rude member of staff answered the phone and just started saying order online. When I explained I have tried but I can't place an order without paying online she said well we're busy and then just left the phone on and presumably walked off only to come back a minute later to hang up. Tried calling back and no answer.

Hi I've just ordered pizzas from the Horwich store, for my daughters birthday. It was excellent, piping hot and here super quick. I phoned to ask if I could remove the mushrooms off the mighty meaty, was no trouble what so ever. The driver remained socially distant, he stayed at the bottom of the drive until we recieved our pizza's. Please would you pass this onto the Horwich team, they are doing an amazing job!

Pizza good... Service not so good

After delivery driver had dropped off my pizza and been paid, he then returned saying my £20 was fake and I had to pay him again. Pretty sure the crumpled £20 he returned (which was clearly a fake) was a different one than the crisp note I’d handed over....Noting it here incase this is a common theme !!

got pizza wrong, delivery driver very rude has he had to come twice, has they couldn't get the toppings right and i found him disrespectful to be honest, the last driver who came was very apologetic and friendly. And we won't be calling back here i give one star

Not had Dominos in a while and received a menu with some special offers so decided to try it. Best pizza ever, not the cheapest but certainly you get what you pay for if you use voucher codes works out great value!

Is what it is, pizzas great, service rubbish unless you get the occasional decent person that doesn’t sound like they hate their job. Delivery drivers are the best thing about this place, always cracking, well mannered and decent guys!

First of all the order was wrong and late. We received 2 of the same pizza, when we asked for 2 different ones. The pizza was very bland and didn't taste nice at all. The potato wedges were very clearly microwaved and cold. We were very disappointed with the whole experience. I have ordered domino's for years without problems, but it seems to me there making cutbacks in quality.

I only visit this overpriced pizza takeaway as a treat for my daughter once in a while. Tonight I placed her order for garlic bread with cheese and potato wedges. They wouldn't deliver because I'd not met the £10 minimum. Fair enough, so my husband went to collect. It was 20 mins later than told and when my daughter opened the box it had tomato sauce all over it. She is allergic to tomatoes. I called to complain and they said another would be ready in 5 mins. I went to collect 5 mins later, waited half an hour, got the order and decided to check it before I left....it was a plain garlic bread. I complained again and waited a further 20 mins for the right order. Diabolical organisation. There were 10 people making pizza and they couldn't even get a small garlic bread with cheese right. An hour and a half after ordering, my daughter was asleep when I got home with her food. Dominoes horwich is a joke. There were 5 other people waiting, equally as dismayed.

Wrong order sent. Rang up to sort out, was assured correct order on way. 3 days later still not arrived. The polish manager was a joke, customer service non existent! Pay peanuts get monkeys

Pizzas are good, though a bit overpriced... Even when going for deals. They can definitely have added their seasoning available in India here to make it a big hit

I ordered a dominos on Saturday 16th and they had got the order wrong, I rung up and complained and we got a complimentary pizza for the next time I rung up and ordered, today me and my friend got it again, Sunday 17th, the pizza was again wrong it had mushrooms on, I am allergic to mushrooms so this was quite risky for me it was my friend that noticed the mushrooms, the pizza was also burnt. The cookies were cold and not cooked properly. This isn’t the first time my dominos has been messed up. I am shocked with the products and services recently and as a regular customer I am very disappointed and I will not be ordering as much as i usually do. On the plus side, the food was delivered on time.
