Didn’t give me everything within my order

missing most of the order and this isn't the 1st time this has happened

Clearly asked for the spicy wings insted of chicken strip ckicken looks dead and was missing drink never buyer from this location

Food was all broken out in bag had to throw it away

Delivery stated 15-20 minutes, once it got to 16 mins since order another 22 minutes wait was added. Some parts of food barely warm, drink forgotten

No sauces that were paid for yet again

They put two fillets in your burger Rather than the chicken filling it shows on the menu. Fries are oily and never fill the bag. Chicken wings were cold. I would avoid this KFC.

I never normally have an issue but this time the order delivered was not what I ordered I was disappointed as what I did get I didn't like. I am aware mistakes happen after all were only human just spoilt my evening this was also a birthday meal.

Food arrived the quickest ever, driver alright, food was perfect, order notes read and carried out, Brilliant thank you!

One of the worst kfc in the West Midlands. Chips tasted like they were sitting for a while or maybe even overnight. Chicken was fried twice or left out for too long as the skin and batter became way too crispy. Chicken had an off taste indicating it could have been left out too long. Only decent thing was the mash and drink. KFC prices for food has been going up yet this great bridge branch the food quality is always going down I'm guessing it's due to lack of trade and the uneducated people who work there thinking it's okay to profit off old food.

Deliver driver pleasant, order arrived as we'd asked for upon restaurant notes, we all enjoyed our meals, only gripe is that we ordered 2 x Pepsi 1 x Tango, KFC sent 2 x Tango 1 x Pepsi, so drinks order was incorrect, that's no biggie really.

food and delivery great,but yet again something missing don't no why I keep giving them another chance,we had 44 pound party bucket and 4 hot wings short and as you all should know once code given you can't as for refund which is so wrong cuz driver can't leave quick enough and who's going to stand on doorstep and count all the contents in buckets so unbelievable 😤😤😤

30 pound for takeaway and when you go to get it yourself you get popcorn chicken with that deal so why not online orders its the same sharing bucket plus no choice of dips for some reason

one meal not delivered, one meal we paid for bbq sauce that was missing. I counted 22 chips, so expensive £10.50 for a meal. Also we should of received free chicken bites these never came.

I found the food and cold and missing part of my order the chicken was very dry

I left a note on my order. I mentioned several times not to put mayo in my daughter‘s burger meal and they did the opposite. She’s allergic to mayo The burger was loaded with mayo and other sauce and I strictly told them I’m well let down they can’t be trusted. They have no idea how serious that is.

Delivery man was polite and helpful. Food and service from KFC was as we had ordered, order notes were read and adhered to. Family meal with some of our Grandchildren we all enjoyed our meals 👍🏻Recommended we never go anywhere else for our KFC's

Food cold and items missing, when called said about going into store which I can’t do!

This store really needs to do a fire safety course. We visited and there was a car on fire on the car park right next to the drive through. They still stayed open serving customers while there was an active fire putting peoples life’s at risk.

I received an offer of free regular popcorn chicken after paying for some as an extra to my family bucket but only received one portion of popcorn chicken

You may not believe this but at the grand age of 64 this was my first taste of kfc! Thoroughly enjoyed my tower burger meal served quickly and with a smile. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks to all.

I didn't get my order. The courier was in front of my house, He talked on the phone for a few minutes and drove away.
