KFC Birmingham - Great Bridge Retail Pk in Sandwell

That’s twice i’ve ordered off Just Eat and they’ve missed my items… Not happy with this at all!

I have never eaten kfc so bad. everything is inedible I could not finish my food the chips are too seasoned I chicken too spicy and I eat a lot of spicy. in conclusion the worst meal I have ever had. I do not recommend it

Yesterday ordered 6 piece chicken and fries I couldn't believe how tiny some of the pieces were just a bag of bones I'm discusted never again what a rip off

Everything is fine and the food fresh and delicious

I ordered 2 breasts, 2 thighs and a bucket. The drink was a nice and wet Fanta orange. Came with wipes.to.clean the juices off your fingers.

I found the food and cold and missing part of my order the chicken was very dry

Delivery was a tad slow considering it was Friday I can forgive that, order notes always read and adhered to, food is hot on arrival and delicious, however delivery driver pleasant, we do not order from any where else, recommended by our household 👍

I left a note on my order. I mentioned several times not to put mayo in my daughter‘s burger meal and they did the opposite. She’s allergic to mayo The burger was loaded with mayo and other sauce and I strictly told them I’m well let down they can’t be trusted. They have no idea how serious that is.

wrong food and no joy explaining on the phone one employee answered phone and put the phone down on me twice told him to send driver back and i will give him the food he said no because the driver will not get paid i said i will pay him 35 pound out

The first time eating at kfc in great bridge and will definitely be my last I bought a meal there and then on that same night I had the worst food poisoning.

Delivery man was polite and helpful. Food and service from KFC was as we had ordered, order notes were read and adhered to. Family meal with some of our Grandchildren we all enjoyed our meals 👍🏻Recommended we never go anywhere else for our KFC's

Food cold and items missing, when called said about going into store which I can’t do!

This store really needs to do a fire safety course. We visited and there was a car on fire on the car park right next to the drive through. They still stayed open serving customers while there was an active fire putting peoples life’s at risk.

I received an offer of free regular popcorn chicken after paying for some as an extra to my family bucket but only received one portion of popcorn chicken

Food was cold and took over an hour from ordering. The preparation time was ridiculous clearly not the drivers fault.

Delivery driver was abit rude, said " Give me the code " when the door was open , but food was hot and tasted great as always.

Delivery driver is pleasant, all food arrives hot, never no sauces when sauces should be provided with certain meals, we always enjoy all the meals we've had so far, good portion size :)

First of all the food arrived late, secondly there was one item missing from the full order.

You may not believe this but at the grand age of 64 this was my first taste of kfc! Thoroughly enjoyed my tower burger meal served quickly and with a smile. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks to all.

I didn't get my order. The courier was in front of my house, He talked on the phone for a few minutes and drove away.

Located in great bridge in retail park, can be very busy at times, staff can be a little rude at busy times. Food has been cold on a few occasions, Drive thru and parking available.

The tracking was stuck on driver at restaurant for 30 minutes, i wrong restaurant and was told the driver left at 6pm the order did not arrive till 6.30 food is freezing cold and unedible

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. They constantly miss items out of the order. The boneless chicken is always chewy and whenever we have been it’s barely edible. The chips are undercooked, the gravy’s so watery and the mash doesn’t exist! Terrible food and uninterested staff. If you can’t drive and fancy a kfc, you should still walk to junction 9! What a shambles this place is.

Both of the gravy pots had spilled in food bag and caused the fries to become soggy. Wasn’t happy about this. Even the delivery driver said “something has leaked inside your bag” won’t be ordering for delivery again very disappointed.

Didnt receive gravy .. the mash we ordered came as rice .. the burger i ordered came wrong was ment to be the same as my daughters ... THEN she was just going to try the burger and its not even cooked all the way through!! And is hard. Full refund !

Worst Kentucky Chicken we have eaten . !!!Smell of food most unappetising - had large chicken fillet burger meal - Chips were cold and greasy and flavoured with some flavouring ! My Husband had large fillets of chicken and chips which were so hard he couldn’t chew them I wonder what hygiene rating is ? The smell of the “food “is STILL permeating the house . Needless to say we definitely do NOT recommend this eating establishment as most of the “food “went into the bin

Late delivery and cold food. Spent £28 and get reimbursed £6 as a ‘good will gesture’. Don’t want good will, just the edible food I paid for. Will not be ordering again!
