The food was cold dont bother ever ordering

Didnt contact me couldnt find house i had to contact the driver food warm not hot due to delay

Food was stone cold, missing items- had to drive up there to sort it out. Spoke to manager- no apology. Avoid!

Over an hour late and stone cold

I was absolutely discussed with what a witnessed yesterday 17th March 2025 around 15:30pm. A member of public return a box meal (via the drive through) which she had opened, seen it was the wrong order and drove back. The member of staff put the opened contaminated food back into the hot food storage so it could be served to another customer. This is wrong and everyone should know about this. Management need to address this

Food was ordered and took over an hour from when I ordered to delivery. Showed driver delivered in opposite direction 10-15 in opposite direction food was cold and unable we spent £30+ on food and was cold.

the food has arrived and it is STONE cold, its not even edible, extremely disappointed when the delivery driver made a delivery to an address much further than mine. £25 wasted on something we cannot eat! not acceptable at all in honesty

Absolute joke. Should of known better than to order it bad enough when u go there in person going up there now. Time given and put back. Plus large pop corn chicken missing I would love to no how it's very basic it's on the receipt. Prices are enough

I have order and returned the food because its not eatable and just-eat refused to refund all my money.

1 whole portion of popcorn chicken missing every time I order for delivery instead of collection there something missing. genuinely believe you train your staff to miss out items therefore saving you money and increasing your profit margins.

Food was ok , no serviettes were given with the meal so had greasy fingers till Id finished and then grabbed so e off the counter, and It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant, I took my drink away to the car to warm up!

I put a lot of requests in the notes section and they delivered every single one the food was tasty and hot and fresh would defo order from this branch again

Shocking wrong order yet again

Wrap was missing from meal. I had to give my autistic grandson my meal. He was not happy. Just eat actioned my query super fast. No contact number for restaurant to call for them to bring missing item.

Driver rude would not give me my order as didn't remember the code so had no food

Food wad alright but not as much as I wanted it to be and they were acting nonchalant

I had 2 corn on cab missing and 3 pieces of mimi chicken flit as well

Sent me another customers order and didn’t have the decency to help me when called and just lied to me never will I ever order from this branch again

rude woman on front desk, needs training in customer service. Rude way of speaking to people, will not be returning because of this issue. wish i could rate service a 0.

Really put us off KFC now! we had the 20 Hot wings well…over cooked and very dry taste like yesterdays….

Great service and excellent location.

Food was cold and not freshly made. Almost as though reheated by the dryness of the chicken and staleness of the burger buns. The wings presented very anaemic, it would interesting to know the source of produce. Gravy was missing too!

Ordered thigh piece nand sent drumsticks we don’t eat drumsticks

Went there for the first time yesterday 5.30pm. The lady who bagged the food kept rubbing her nose, which is not hygienic at all. Five tables were unclean with debris left on there. The floor was slippy underfoot some sort of spillage like oil, The place was unclean so much so I will not be using this place again.

my order came and when opened missing was. 1 signature fries..... 1 mini fillet. this was absolutely shocking as that was part of his treat at Nanny's and nearly half was missing what are you going to do...

It's a KFC. Service can be a little slow but that's mainly due to lots of ubereats and justeat orders. Staff work very hard to get things out as quick as they can.

The food was stale like cardboard and stone cold, this is after a failed 1st delivery that had no food and someone else's drinks, how is that even possible, no food?

Wrong order delivered. Person ended up with a zinger and my ears were zinging after the complaints. So here’s my first complaint on just eat.

they put ketchup on the burger when I asked for them not to. this isn't the first time this has happened. what's the point of being able to give notes about your order if no-one going to read or take notice.

I had fillet Tower burger and there was no hash brown on it my mini fillet was rock hard like it had been fried a thousand times not happy at all

Yet another part of my order missing, no point in complaining as it never gets rectified. KFC head office should seriously consider investigating this branch is workers and managers as there is no quality control, hate to say this but they either can't read a simple order or just don't care about the reputation of their employers. Genuinely will be the last time I use this so 'restaurant'

food arrived cold despite the restaurant only being a short drive away and had multiple items missing. i had to ring four times before somebody actually answered the phone, explained the issue and was basically told that it was my problem as they were unwilling to refund or replace the missing food.

Usually food is fine, this week had 2 pieces of chicken & 4 chicken legs, usually get 2 chicken legs and 4 pieces of chicken

Horrible greasy food all delivered in one paper bag. The food was cold, the drink was warm. I had to put the food in my air fryer oven to burn off the excess grease and make it hot again. I will never use them again.

food was hot and nice but the delivery was rubbish the driver dumped the food by my door, got back into the car and drove off with me being not able to walk down stairs to collect the order off him due to an injured leg

No drink with order & food was cold

my food was over cooked and inedible, had to through it out. The fries were just crispy with no potatoe in them and the chicken was over cooked an was unable to eat it.

So so tasty 🤤 enjoy every time.
