Food turn up almost an hour late and cold, and cold drinks warm all in the same bag

The order was not delivered I have a ring camera with proof of this.

unfortunately this meal was disappointing, the order was missing several chicken pieces and the ones that were there were all wings and legs, it wasn't an even and fair selection of cuts/sizes. a great shame.

The quality of the food was terrible. Usually I enjoy eating from KFC but this time it was ridiculous! The wings were pure coating, no meat at all. The burgers have gone horribly small unless they gave me a mini fillet on accident? The popcorn chicken was rock hard and everything was freezing cold! The cans were warm and I just wasn’t pleased.

I'm sorry to say that nobody has trained the staff. Only the managers know how to use the tills and nobody knows how to redeem free food rewards on the app. Check your order before you leave too! Whilst I was waiting 3 customers returned to say they were missing food.

This review is for an order I made after this order. They accepted my order, left me waiting round for over an hour then decided to let the order run until they closed. knowing full well they weren't actually going to fulfil my order. Every other KFC has now closed and I can't even go anywhere else. Why even accept the order when they weren't going to even bother? Absolutely abysmal, if they would of cancelled at a reasonable time I could of gone somewhere else, lazy. 0 stars if I could.

The wrong meals were delivered but the receipt attached said 2 box meals on it but inside was a bucket meal. Always seems to be something wrong when I get a delivery from here. I won’t be ordering from hear again. Can’t get the correct meals delivered.

I waited 25 mins for my order it’s supposed to be fast food I will never eat here again.

No one is available at the till for a long time to place the order, and the self ordering machine doesn't have dine in option. I have been here several times, and the service is very slow. They prioritise the online delivery orders while lots of customers queue in the restaurant.

Delivery time kept being put back and the sides I ordered with the meals didn’t come.

burger was wrong, given a trilogy not a zinger. I asked 1 of the meals to be with a piece of chicken & it came with hot wings and the burger was threw onto each other a load of sauce that wasn’t needed was also there!

No 1.5 ltr Pepsi Max was delivered with order tried to contact customer services unable to get through assume this will be re delivered.

I ordered two gravy's. I instead got two mash, I also for some reason got popcorn chicken which I didn't order. and for one of the things I did order looks melancholic the size of the hot wings is poor. Not happy, wasn't worth my money

It was disappointing. The chicken strips was tiny,the food wasn’t even boxed properly it was just thrown into the bottom of the bag.

Food was hot and tasty, but the cold bottled drink was just thrown in the bag of food it looked like it had been shaken up . Delivery drivers are all around the counter chasing orders .. Not connected to my order. Food left in bags while they waited for more collections, so someone's food was getting cold.

My order was only half complete. No cheese or hash brown on the tower zinger burger and the chicken was more like a mini fillet rather than fillet burger… oh, and the side wasn’t even included. Disappointing seeing as it cost me nearly £10.
