In the time it took to get here, I could have walked down there, ordered, walked home and eaten it, and still had time to spare. And it would have arrived warmer too. If I wasn't unwell I would have just gone myself, and for the extra price JE makes you pay, I should have.

All the chicken and chips where cold. Sent out the wrong drink. No sauces. Warmest thing was the mayonnaise on the burger.

Delivery was great. I asked for 2 of the 3 burgers to be plain but they all arrived as standard. So waste of money and time. I had to reorder from another food chain and wait again. It even said on the receipt on the front of bag what I’d asked for!

We have ordered a few times now, one thing is consistent, despite the dips being included in the meals when you buy, they never arrive as part of the order. disappointing but won't be ordering again as never had a correct order yet.

Fast Delivery and good quality food

Delivery was great. The food was wrong. Despite ordering correcting and leaving notes specifically stating no peppery mayo - it arrived smothered on both wraps rendering them both inedible.

Terrible experience - ridiculously busy with staff who are overly stressed and can’t get orders out. Ordered 2 box meals that were both completely wrong (got different burgers, gravy instead of beans) chips were cold and only about 10 in a large. Hot wings inedible. Weve contacted head office and on multiple socials, expect a full refund and more.

The order was made at 18:02. The food arrived at 20:15. Called KFC at 19:11 and they said food had been picked up by driver, time not specified, so food was over an hour late. KFC staff really helpful but delivery service not acceptable.

Chips cold , chicken wings had little meat on tgen and some sort of fabric/ paper in the skin of the so called wings , so chips and wings in the bin, burger not very juicy , kfc has gone down hill so much , and as for the service charge is an insult

I never received one of my boneless banquets and the other was stone cold and clearly had been sat out waiting for a long time as it wasn’t even slightly warm when it arrived and when i called the store to ask if it could be corrected the staff were rude and said no. i would like a refund for this please as i think it’s unacceptable.

A really simple order hot wings and the 2 zingers and 2 fries offer and they forgot the fries. It’s not rocket science - check off each item in the receipt as it goes in the bag

No delivery. The efficient driver delivered somewhere else or decided to eat it himself. I even gave a tip on the App. Won't tip again. Some people aren't capable to do things properly as they should.

The use of a 3rd party app led to some confusion and issues, but after speaking with the actual in house team and their great customer service skills showed through. The problem was solved and all the food was prepared; not a single missing item.

Never do I write a review but everytime I've been to KFC in Birkenhead it's never been the right order as always had to go back for something but tonight I went at after spending £30 the food was not wrapped properly and the customer service is absolutely shocking (not a smile please thank you or nothing)
