Things missing and the variety of the bucket was not even . Very disappointed with the restaurant.

This KFC is without a doubt the best in the area by far!! Delicious food, lovely and hot!! Exactly like I would get eating in the KFC restaurant. Really impressed with this branch again and again. If you want decent chicken just order from here.

My food was cold, the grave was watery and cold, I only got one wrap and some tiny portion of chips concealed in a large fried bag

Used to be good but is terrible now. Bad customer service who are not helpful. They don’t even have the chicken ready during a lunch hour. Avoid and save your money.

Bad tasting food the chicken was all black inside

Delicious chicken as usual for KFC, but the chips wow what have you done, best chips I’ve ever had from KFC, KFC’s chips are usually rubbish but not tonight:)

Quick delivery and nothing missing

Ordered our food and was really surprised when it took almost an hour to arrive! We were absolutely starving by time it arrived, and when it arrived they had given us the wrong sides and none of the sauces we ordered. Really disappointed with this KFC. ☹️

Food is good and quickly served. However many times it happened to have the chicken fillets raw and had to throw them. Apart of that everything else is good.

The burgers are now very small as compared to what they used to be. The prices have gone up massively. The drinks are heavily watered down so the taste is almost like drinking water. Very disappointed with this branch.

Ordered 20 wings and gravy but send less wings and beans. If I wanted to order beans don’t need to order beans. Very poor service and quality. I'm not sure if they sent us chicken that was cooked a day before or if they forgot to add salt and spices. There was no KFC smell, and the wings were soft (which I understand). It didn't feel like KFC wings at all. Money wasted.

I requested 4 drumsticks and 1 thigh. I did not receive the 4 drumsticks. The pieces of chicken we had were dry which get stuck in your throat. I took a picture of what I received and the receipt which displayed what I ordered.

The driver told me that he told them the drink was missing and they did nothing, it was large coke bottle. He was absolutely useless and rude

although the chicken sandwich was fantastic the chips were disgusting. literally like mash potatoes.

Tasteless and overcooked burgers and chicken. Never again from Barkingside branch. This used to be a very good place 5 yrs ago. No idea why it is gone down hill!!

The only complaint I have is I ordered Oreo Krushem.. it was full of ice and very less Oreo. I remember when it used to be full or Oreo and icecream. But now it’s like drinking chocolate water and biting ice. Really not happy with this. Even the zinger burger had a very less sauce so it was very dry rather than saucy.

terrible, after having a bad experience a fee years back and thinking they would improve with the recent refurb. food was disgusting. firstly the bag was open and should have been sealed. the chips were mushy old tasting and the bag was fulll of oil. the bucket was mostly legs after requesting thighs, breast and anything else other than legs. the food had a very strange taste to it and full of oil, which tasted old. complete waste and 75% of thr remaining food will go in the bin. complete waste

The chicken was dry and it was pink, I literally started throwing up the next morning, I would like a full refund please

My order was cold by the time it came to me, driver had two deliveries so my order was cold. This is such a bad service, why take two delivered. I’m so not happy eating cold food.

driver was near my address, he stoped 20 metres away from my house and marked it as delivered.

This is the outskirts of London / Essex. I don’t think a cycle delivery is appropriate especially when the ‘driver’ has to go atleast a mile in the other direction first. Hence the food was cold and nigh on inedible. Not very happy!!!

The estimated delivery time kept changing and each time it changed there was 5 mins added on and by the time it arrived it was cold and the driver didn't even say anything he just gave my order to me and left. I couldn't eat half of it because it was too cold, the whole point of me ordering takeaway was to save me the task of cooking after a hard days work.

Very tasty food but our fries were missing.

The delivery address was wrong despite me changing it. I'm sure someone enjoyed my order, just not me. The advice was to contact the restaurant, but if they don't pick up the phone what can I do?

Wow ! That has to have been the quickest, hottest delivery of KFC that we've ever had ! Everythng was HOT including the fries. Well done KFC Barkingside, fantastic service.

I ordered the food about 6:50 and it came 1 hour it took, I have screenshots of my courier of sitting even further away from my house and the restaurant just in Sainsbury’s car park for 30 minutes. The food was ice cold been thrown in the bin. This is appalling! A refund is a must!

the driver stopped barkingside high street for 10 minutes then turned into horace road followed the road back into the high street then arrived 20 minutes later saying he had been to upshire but all the time he was in barkingside and our food was cold.

I paid for an extra piece of chicken in my rice box and only received one...

Food was freezing upon arrival and not edible, driver took a different order at same time and went opposite way to my house and was there for 15 mins driving my order around for 25 mins before being delivered to me freezing cold, less than 18 degrees.

Burger was ruined because there was far too much tomato sauce on it . Bun was drenched , as was hash brown , cheese , chicken & lettuce so basically just tasted of tomato sauce. Went in the bin.

watched driver go in completly opposite direction with my food and then return to KFC befpre delivering a twister wrap meal which was not mine. deliver then marked as delivered.

Rider was on a push bike. Food bag was torn and food spilling out. Food was very cold. When I contacted just eat they have only refunded me half on the meal and haven’t even refunded to my bank account they have added as a just eat credit. I have reached out via email with no response
