Always great food and tasty! The airport branch have their prices a little inflated than one you can find in London and can be a bit overpriced for what you get.

Probably the worst Pret branch I’ve had the opportunity to order from. Their number doesn’t work, so you can’t contact them. They take ALWAYS take half a day to make two drinks and a ready made sandwich. Drivers will always cancel as they’d rather pick up a few orders rather than just yours. You will get your money back or credit if you got Uber one as they never deliver within set time frame. I will not recommend them to anyone at all, an embarrassment of a chain of Pret. We live local to the 2 miles from this branch. They take so long the drinks become watery and instead of coffee you will get brown water. Especially if you order ice drinks such as latte’s. The drivers ALWAYS cancel and can’t speak a word of English, so when you try ask them to give it to the person taking our order they just reply saying cancel, cancel, I cancel. 🤦‍♂️

Macaroni cheese had a strange smell and tasted strange as well. I had a stomach ache afterwards. Please process a refund.

The eggs were off they smelt so bad, I had to throw them away.

The drink had spilled everywhere.

Ordered some fruit and it arrived essentially rotten. Apples were soft and visibly wrinkled with black spots, bananas were the same. I had to throw them away

Food is great, best croissants ever. However half of my order was missing. On Christmas Eve. Very disappointing

too much ice not enough of the drink, the majority of the cup was ice

I had one item missing. A bacon and tomato croissant at £4.50 can I have a refund please?

I don't think it was the delivery driver's fault, but for a good 15-20 minutes this website said my order was cancelled. Then out of the blue, it was delivered. I nearly placed another order for something else. The website functioning is very inadequate.

Be aware!!! These guys have racked up all the prices for every item plus they don’t accept subscriptions. Be aware!!!

Just a very small Pret . But they have charging points for Electric cars and it is good to have something on the station where one can grab some food .

I like the Pret filter coffee, and regularly visit this Pret, who never have the filter coffee working. Occasionally I get offered an Americano for the same price, but not often and it's not what I want anyway. Can you please just turn the machine on!!!!!

Food - horribly expensive. I was really surprised , single Macchiato priced £2.95 . 😨 From now on i will use the costa coffee machine which is already there! There are 3 of them. Service - 1 person at the counter doing the whole work of service cleaning maintenance. What can u expect . Atmospheres: it’s just a take away place in the petrol station. 🤩

The prices are very very very expensive

I asked for filter coffee. Lady rudely replied that they don't do filter coffee for a 3 month. No alternative was offered.

Becoming ridiculous as it’s happening a bit too often. Today, I ordered an oat latte and got sent a cappuccino with chocolate (I am diabetic). Missing food items. These people are rushing and not paying attention to the order. Has happened a few times; a few days back got sent a sandwich although I ordered a baguette! Fix up people.

Wrong drink delivered with my meal

This branch is the most dodgy pret a manger in London ! Ordered for a salmon sandwich but was sent a breakfast half baguette which is half the price of the sandwich. Last time it was missing items.

No red onions, no capers, no spring onions!!!!! Hardly any mayonnaise. Horrible fishy taste. Poor value for money.

Disappointed that Pret did not contact me to say they have run out of the Nutty Brownie. They sent me one sweet waffle and a coconut bite. Why not a plain brownie? Couldn’t eat half as don’t eat coconut.

Only recieved 1 item that i ordered if the stuff i wanted wasn't available i'd appreciate being notified i wouldnt have bothered ordering

The quality of the sandwiches was extremely poor, very dry and stale bread. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

The cold baguettes are better than the hot food

Hot wrap was absoutely cold and dry. Do not recommend.

Pet is always better in store or if you pick up. Wasn't as good when delivered. Bit soggy and not as warm.

delicious, as to be expected from Pret. Only issue was that the hot wrap was completely stuck to the cardboard around it, making it tricky and messy to eat.

Coffee was horrendous extremely strong even though I asked for one less shot of coffee

No egg and avocado breakfast roll given, instead given an egg mayo sandwich which I don’t like!

I ordered a mozzarella and Pesto Losange but received a Humous & Chipotle wrap instead. I also ordered a Raspberry Bakewell but received an Orange Chocolate cake instead. I would like a refund for the items I did not receive. Happy for the unwanted items to be picked up.

Soup and sandwich was cold , sandwich is like cardbored. Waste of money.

I received notification that my food had been delivered, however no-one had knocked my door. I searched for Just Eat contact and Pret a Manger contact numbers online and in the app but none were provided for either. A neighbour then knocked my door show me my food had been left on the doortsep on the ground. Disgusting service. Delivery driver did not knock, just left my food on the floor as if delivery was for an animal. Completely unhygenic, along with cold coffee. Terrible. If I could find a way to make a formal complain I would. Paying customers should not be treated in such appaling ways. 0 out of 5 stars for Just Eat and Pret A Manger Redbridge customer service.

Items missing when reported was not replaced/refunded. Won't be ordering again.

Estimated delivery time was 8-8.15am and it came by 9am. I could have left the house. Obviously when you order a hot drink it should arrive hot. The drink was cold and undrinkable. Great! At least when you see that the delivery driver is late, as a restaurant you can provide them a new drink to deliver.

1 hour to deliver a ready packed sandwich....
