Ordered 3 meals, very disappointed when I got home that one meal was a basic burger but I paid for a premium meal, so I got overcharged. If ordering here, I'd check all your orders, looking at their reviews, they obviously do this ALL the time.

Fatima actually got my order right! Normally when I come, not only do I normally get dirty looks off other members of staff, they never fail to get it wrong. Fatima listened, actually had a friendly face and the food was delicious! Thank you Fatima and to the team who worked well as a team. Something I don't normally see ☺️

One of the best KFC I've been. Coming here very often. Unfortunately some times you have a Rubbish service. You need to check what's in your bucket. Ordered Party Bucket14 pieces(as usual).-Missing 8hot wings, missing 4corn cobs. Sadly it's not for the first time. Apart from that... It's great.

This KFC is below par for expected franchise. Always closes early and letting customers down. Staff don't care. Unclean and Unworthy of anything over a 1 star rating.

My order didn’t arrive although it said it had been delivered , but the payment was taken.

2 hours late, stone cold! Can't get hold of the store or just eat to complain or get a refund. Do not even bother ordering from there.

Ordered food by Uber eats they forgot the chicken. Once I went in person waiting over 30 minutes for the food, 4 people serving they didn't have a clue what to do, once the food was ready they forgot to put the chips. I know is fast food place I don't expect 5 star service, I just want the basic.

Buffalo burger not great or the original recipe chicken ( gave me drumsticks no thigh or breast not that tasty tbh:/) hot wings nice, popcorn chicken ok and chips ok, mash quite nice

wraps are fantastic so chips were bit cold

Coleslaw had weird bitter taste, couldn’t eat. Sweetcorn just mushy and soggy really quite disgusting. Won’t be ordering again

Absolutely shocking, chicken was brown and sludgy, stunk of rotten meat. Staff extremely rude when we tried to rectify the problem, management really need to have a look at their restaurant and their staff, place needs shutting down.
