KFC Baldock Services in North Hertfordshire

My order never got to me but it said it had been delivered and now I can’t get through to the restaurant and I’ve called over 5 times

the delivery man was good person :)

I waited over an hour almost 2 hours! Had to order twice!! Because my first order never got delivered! Absolutely awful service

I have missing items and they were over 1.5 hrs from order- what did arrive was cold.

I paid £16 more than the food I received and it is the second time of doing… drover no idea but food was completely different and half of what I paid for!!! How can you get a refund as second time this has happened..

I had 10 pcs of chicken family backed chicken was very dry and was smelling so bad I couldn’t eat even 1 piece so disgusting smell.

Half my order was missing! The chicken had a very weird taste and smell and was definitely sat for some time! The popcorn chicken was another lever of spice!

The fries were soft and soggy and the burger had cheese that was barely melted and the chicken wasn’t that crunchy. I was so looking forward to it but quite disappointed!

Had a my meal on my way which is perfectly packed a lot better than my local go to KFC

Wings just seem to be over cooked here/too dark. And the oil doesn’t taste that clean either. Management may need to review more frequent oil changes and timings on cooking. Update: please ask your KFC Hatfield colleagues how to get it right.

Parked lorry,easily staff helpful choice of food is great helpful staff,no bins outside though showers clean a d hot.

I am getting annoyed my address is well detailed but the drivers always show up at the back of the building and expecting me to find them, is only when I tell them I don't live behind the building they come around to the front, even if GPS fail I am very detailed when giving my location so I don't know, the driver did apologise though that was commendable,.

I recently had a meal from KFC, and it was honestly fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside exactly what you expect from a classic KFC experience. The seasoning had that signature blend of herbs and spices that makes every bite super flavorful. I also tried some of their sides, and they didn’t disappoint: the mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, the gravy rich and savory, and the coleslaw was fresh and tangy, adding a nice balance to the meal. Overall, it was a satisfying and delicious experience. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

I've been sent a zinger supercharger tower box with 1 piece of chicken instead of what I actually ordered. nothing I ordered is in the bag. diffent order number on the recipe and someone else's name as the customer.

Initial delivery time came up at 36 mins. Said courier at restaurant/preparing order for about 30 mins and finally arrived 59 mins after ordering. Took so long considering it was a Thursday evening after 8pm so shouldn't really have taken so long.

Forgot 1.5 litre drink and chicken wasn’t very nice, won’t be ordering again, let down.

Delivered within 20 minutes. The food was piping hot and delicious!

Second time we have tried having it delivered, first time wasn't impressed, so we thought we would try again, delivery time was ok, but the meal was cold, chicken pieces were very dry and random. had to reheat in air fryer to make a little better. Not enjoyable at all,in fact a waste of money, it obviously doesn't travel well, never been a problem when we have had it on site. We won't be having it delivered any time soon.

Food was tasty and enjoyed it but was a bit cold (fries) Was annoyed with service charge as there is also a delivery charge, plus I had paid a tip not realising this ( only shows when you open receipt). It may be legal to do but as charge is made for delivery what service was given ???

The order never arrived. I placed a message in the notes saying for the driver to call me once they have arrived as where the house is located it can be difficult to find. They arrived at 20:10 and were about 2-3 mins round away in the estate but were still. After 5 minutes they confirmed the order was delivered. They did not get my delivery code or ask for 4 digits of my phone number so I’m unsure who or where this order went.

Ordered 3 meals, very disappointed when I got home that one meal was a basic burger but I paid for a premium meal, so I got overcharged. If ordering here, I'd check all your orders, looking at their reviews, they obviously do this ALL the time.
