The driver was the only good part of this Mayor. He delivered it on time and polite.

My order was incorrect I did not receive my fries and drink. Again it was cold. I don’t want a part refund I would like a full refund this time and a reason why this is the second time it has happened

2 hours late, stone cold! Can't get hold of the store or just eat to complain or get a refund. Do not even bother ordering from there.

chicken was cold and it was all dry and horrible no chips I will not be ordering again because of that

Ordered food by Uber eats they forgot the chicken. Once I went in person waiting over 30 minutes for the food, 4 people serving they didn't have a clue what to do, once the food was ready they forgot to put the chips. I know is fast food place I don't expect 5 star service, I just want the basic.

Buffalo burger not great or the original recipe chicken ( gave me drumsticks no thigh or breast not that tasty tbh:/) hot wings nice, popcorn chicken ok and chips ok, mash quite nice

wraps are fantastic so chips were bit cold

Coleslaw had weird bitter taste, couldn’t eat. Sweetcorn just mushy and soggy really quite disgusting. Won’t be ordering again

waited 1 hour and 30 mins for our food, only for it to be the wrong order!!! driver said he gave our order to his previous customer!! not happy

Absolutely shocking, chicken was brown and sludgy, stunk of rotten meat. Staff extremely rude when we tried to rectify the problem, management really need to have a look at their restaurant and their staff, place needs shutting down.

It’s a KFC at a service station… hence the two stars for atmosphere. It was a Sunday afternoon whilst travelling home from father in laws with my son, we were hungry and decided to stop for a bite to eat. He wanted KFC so we indulged… service was simple (touch screen) and food was prepped and ready within 5 min. The food was also piping hot.

Great food , friendly staff with a smile 😀 ..can’t wait to go back again.

it wasn't the eat delivery man , it was KFC, they took a month of Sundays to supposedly cook the meal , it still arrived cold or luke warm, if I order from them again, hope the meal arrives hot

The driver got lost and went to Stevenage first ?? We live in letchworth he went past our town to another town then came back food was cold so had to reheat it delivery could have been 20 minutes earlier

My order was missing an item (chips)

Order said it was delivered and was never delivered. No Quick response from Just Eat as of now 40 minutes after it said it was delivered. Will not use again.

Ordered 2 meals. Food was cold and I now believe that some of one of the meals was missing. Asked for sauce and was told it was extra 50p. I said keep it and he then threw it at my food bag. Guessing if he sold 100 of those on his shift it was an extra £50 in his pocket. We’ll give it a miss next visit.

3 main items missing, 1 burger and 2 different chicken orders. so I thought maybe the driver had forgotten 1 out of 2 bags as the order was large, but 1 out of the 2 ordered corn on the cobs was missing so they didn't even get 1 bag right. 1 hour late as I'm including how many times the delivery was pushed back from the initial promised time and nearly 40 for a late 20 bucket with bits missing. shocking.

I pay for 4 pieces and you send only 3 - why? nobody ever answers the the phone. what is this? you are a fraudulent outfit and I will report this to the authorised as well as Just Eat

I waited for over an hour to get my food. the only thing that was hot was the corn on the cob. At least this time I got the burger I had ordered

Vegan burger not showing on self serve tills despite displaying on the menu. Wasted time waiting to be served (long wait of being ignored) only to be told the item is not available despite being clearly advertised.

Ordered a large sharing bucket meal but received absolutely no fries at all, seems like whoever is putting orders into the bags doesn’t actually check they are putting everything in. A lot of money spent on food and service charge to not get all the food and to receive a poor service.

Ordered 2 gravy mega boxes and a boneless banquet box meal. Chips were soggy, cold and had no taste. How about some seasoning! The gravy was more liquid than chicken fat and our fizzy drinks were quite the opposite of fizzy. Also.. For a place with chicken literally in it's name, maybe make some chicken that mcdonalds can't compete with. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to ANY other fast food place here.

Ordered from here today and my dad’s chicken was pink. We took it back and told the manager who was lovely and gave me a refund. I had already eaten mine so didn’t know if it was pink or not also. A few hours later I started feeling really ill. I’m having bad stomach cramps with sickness and bad belly so assuming it’s food poisoning!!

Ordered 4 pieces mini chicken fillets and only got 3 in the boneless meal!!

It’s KFC! Was there on a Monday for lunch. Ate it in my car before driving home. I got a boneless banquet and an extra piece of chicken. The service was quick and efficient although no receipt from the kiosk. The strips were really good. The gravy was decent. The mayo stuff was good too. Not sure what it’s like when it’s super busy but as KFC, at a services goes, it’s decent. Would go again.

KFC Baldock is my local chicken go to. The service, quality of food and the portion size is always disappointing. 8 out 10 times my order is wrong and trying to resolve any issues is tough as some of the staff are rude. I would avoid this place until they raise their standards!
