Ordered 10 piece family feast - not cheap at £29.99 and received NO FRIES. Can’t blame the driver he can’t check a sealed bag but come on!! NO FRIES!!!!!!

Initial delivery time came up at 36 mins. Said courier at restaurant/preparing order for about 30 mins and finally arrived 59 mins after ordering. Took so long considering it was a Thursday evening after 8pm so shouldn't really have taken so long.

Forgot 1.5 litre drink and chicken wasn’t very nice, won’t be ordering again, let down.

Delivered within 20 minutes. The food was piping hot and delicious!

Second time we have tried having it delivered, first time wasn't impressed, so we thought we would try again, delivery time was ok, but the meal was cold, chicken pieces were very dry and random. had to reheat in air fryer to make a little better. Not enjoyable at all,in fact a waste of money, it obviously doesn't travel well, never been a problem when we have had it on site. We won't be having it delivered any time soon.

Food was tasty and enjoyed it but was a bit cold (fries) Was annoyed with service charge as there is also a delivery charge, plus I had paid a tip not realising this ( only shows when you open receipt). It may be legal to do but as charge is made for delivery what service was given ???

The order never arrived. I placed a message in the notes saying for the driver to call me once they have arrived as where the house is located it can be difficult to find. They arrived at 20:10 and were about 2-3 mins round away in the estate but were still. After 5 minutes they confirmed the order was delivered. They did not get my delivery code or ask for 4 digits of my phone number so I’m unsure who or where this order went.

Ordered 3 meals, very disappointed when I got home that one meal was a basic burger but I paid for a premium meal, so I got overcharged. If ordering here, I'd check all your orders, looking at their reviews, they obviously do this ALL the time.

Fatima actually got my order right! Normally when I come, not only do I normally get dirty looks off other members of staff, they never fail to get it wrong. Fatima listened, actually had a friendly face and the food was delicious! Thank you Fatima and to the team who worked well as a team. Something I don't normally see ☺️

The order was accurate but the quality of the food could have been better. The chicken coating was slightly burnt and the food overall wasn’t very hot!

The lateness was not the issue, the biggest issue was that everything was wet.. the fries were wet and the sandwich was as well

One of the best KFC I've been. Coming here very often. Unfortunately some times you have a Rubbish service. You need to check what's in your bucket. Ordered Party Bucket14 pieces(as usual).-Missing 8hot wings, missing 4corn cobs. Sadly it's not for the first time. Apart from that... It's great.

Items missing from order & just eat only credited a small amount back to the account

food arrived 2 hours after I placed the order just kept getting pushed further back

Wrong order was delivered plus looked as though it had been dropped .. gravy had split and damaged the bag and food was all over the place in a mess

Driver was absolutely fine but the actual food wasn’t even cooked, I can’t even eat it and have thrown it away as it was chicken. Very disappointed
