KFC Acton Vale - Uxbridge Road in Hammersmith and Fulham

This isnt the first time and im sick of it !!So disappointed!! Made a big order for the to Send me one meal missing fries, and one meal they didnt even bother sending it at all!! Tried contacting them no answer.

Service is excellent and food is good Especially anusha way of speaking is very good to customers..

Always give this kfc a chance as it’s halal but , it’s the shortest KFC ever ! Horrible peaces of chicken always giving the most smallest peaces I left them a message saying don’t do that and I’m loyal customer who will stop and still the same ! Never ordering from here again and we have very good customers

My ordered got delivered after almost an hour , the food came very cold , it was not editable ,and I end up not accepting it from the driver and left it outside the house !! It is ridiculous from KFC to send orders old after an hour

they saying the shop opens at 11 ,made order on the app and went there the shop is closed ,and they ignore when you try to speak to them like u don't exist,kept knocking on the door for 10 min,and this is not the first time they don't open in this shop ,

The food here is fresh and tastes exactly like what you’d expect from KFC, which is great. However, the major downside of this location is the lack of seating—it only has three chairs. 26 November 2024 i’m a delivery driver and i got an order from them when i went inside the restaurant for the food first The Two Indian Boys made me wait 10 minutes for the food then they ignored me and give order to another driver without asking him for anything or Bag then they told me to start the journey but when my order was ready they refused to gave me and start asking me for bag i told them that you made me wait 10 minutes and now you are asking For Bag but they refused to give me the order and it’s because i’m a Muslim and Indian religious motivated Hindu only know how to annoy Muslims and other people i’m very disappointed and sad about the behaviour of the Two Indian Boys in this KFC and i Hope My words are enough to save the kfc from people like these Indian

Ordered on the KFC APP. from the shepherd's bush branch. Gave me someone else's order and not helpful about rectify their mistake and try to convince me, I'm the actual name on the receipt. then Saying I'll get my order tomorrow and I didn't get my refund either. So no more KFC, like the food was any good anyways in the first place. Scabby chicken

I visited the KFC Acton restaurant. They have a good staff. The food is fresh. Everyone has a good smile. Efficiency at work. The manager solves all problems as soon as possible. The experience was excellent. I recommend the visit.

The quality and texture of this order was shocking , the chicken piece looked under cooked and smelt rank , the burger texture was chewy and tasted bad , the chips looked burnt and old. totlly dissatisfied and disappointed. completelty put me off!

Acton Vale never reads the dietary instructions you write to them, and if they do, they always ignore it. Don't expect them to read what you write. The worst KFC to order from.

Was over 10mins late with my order. Was waiting in the rain. Did not call to tell me he had arrived at another point of the hospital. Had to reheat food. Very poor service!

It took about half an hour to deliver. The restaurant is a couple minutes walk around the corner. Had to give directions for 5 minutes and wave from my window. Driver connection was lost on map. All the neighbours are always receiving orders, address shouldn't be hard to find. But never mind.

I have bought food from this place several times since they upgraded their fries, which is the only good thing I can say. However, my concern is with the other food items they sell. Why are they overpriced? Moreover, the wings are not the best. It seems like there is more batter than the actual wing.

The food come all boxes smashed because they put the bottles of water inside with burger a fris boxes
