Ordered on the KFC APP. from the shepherd's bush branch. Gave me someone else's order and not helpful about rectify their mistake and try to convince me, I'm the actual name on the receipt. then Saying I'll get my order tomorrow and I didn't get my refund either. So no more KFC, like the food was any good anyways in the first place. Scabby chicken

I visited the KFC Acton restaurant. They have a good staff. The food is fresh. Everyone has a good smile. Efficiency at work. The manager solves all problems as soon as possible. The experience was excellent. I recommend the visit.

The chicken fillet within the burger was cold. Can of soft drink arrived hot/warm.

Issue: Lack of available food options and inadequate service. Staff Interaction: The staff member on duty displayed a lack of patience and did not make an effort to serve me or address my requests. Given the timing of my visit, I anticipated limited options but expected basic service standards, which were unfortunately not met. It is disheartening when the staff is unprepared or unwilling to assist customers, especially during late hours when options are limited. Resolution Sought: I would appreciate an explanation as to why the service was subpar and what measures are being taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. Additionally, I would value some form of compensation or goodwill gesture to rectify this disappointing experience. I am hopeful that you will consider this feedback constructively and take the necessary steps to improve service quality. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I said thigh pieces only and they gave me a breast and a leg. I am a very fussy eater and therefore could not eat the pieces of chicken. Very disappointed! The staff do not care to read the notes

The quality and texture of this order was shocking , the chicken piece looked under cooked and smelt rank , the burger texture was chewy and tasted bad , the chips looked burnt and old. totlly dissatisfied and disappointed. completelty put me off!

Acton Vale never reads the dietary instructions you write to them, and if they do, they always ignore it. Don't expect them to read what you write. The worst KFC to order from.

Was over 10mins late with my order. Was waiting in the rain. Did not call to tell me he had arrived at another point of the hospital. Had to reheat food. Very poor service!

Freshly cooked chicken abd delivered on time... I had a perfect dinner!

It took about half an hour to deliver. The restaurant is a couple minutes walk around the corner. Had to give directions for 5 minutes and wave from my window. Driver connection was lost on map. All the neighbours are always receiving orders, address shouldn't be hard to find. But never mind.

I have bought food from this place several times since they upgraded their fries, which is the only good thing I can say. However, my concern is with the other food items they sell. Why are they overpriced? Moreover, the wings are not the best. It seems like there is more batter than the actual wing.

the driver was around my building for a very long time and I had to go downstairs to find him and get my food from him. The food was cold by that time. Drivers must be able to read and find the addresses and call the customer if they cannot locate the delivery address. this driver couldn't speak English and I was looking at him on the map wandering around the building without calling to ask how to find the flat! I didn't have to run around to find him to get my food from him.

One of the burgers was opened and drink squashed into the burger, the chips was in the bottom of the bag, not in own their packaging. Delivery person had no idea where he was going, also shouting at his phone saying ok I am coming, then looked at me and said I am really busy today sorry and left

Sort out the website or your admin. I tried to call 3 times and it rang out.. I will still use you for day orders but never evening orders again
