Rosa's Thai Westfield White City in Hammersmith and Fulham

The lunch menu looked good value but I suppose you get what you pay for. The portions were small and the food was bland with poor quality chicken. Will walk past next time. Service was OK.

We had a lovely evening, we enjoyed the food, it was light but filling and they have great cocktails and a nice selection of wine. I have allergies, but the staff were very attentive and helpful. This now my favourite Thai restaurant.

It is a very good Thai food, not fancy and not basic, I am not a fan for a very spicy food and I could find a few options to satisfy my taste, staff is friendly and service is quick.

The place was nice and waitress was very kind,but most important is food. We ordered Chicken Milanese and my portion chicken was undercooked, it was chewy and even my boyfriend tasted it saying its not fully cooked, as his piece was different. We told staff about it and without problem the portion was changed. 90% of it was fully fried chicken breast but still it was parts where it wasnt great. Despite the poor food quality, the rest was ok. It slightly ruined our anniversary.. wouldnt return again.

Fairy slow, rice portions are so tiny... you should not have to order two lots for a dish. Had panang beef and pineapple, on a small specialist menu these should be spot on but were very disjointed. Nice sauces with meat dropped in them.

Very large serving if you are really hungry. Staff are friendly. They show that they are happy working. Speedy service. I like the bread with cheese melt. Alba and team provided us good hospitality.

I went there with a couple of friends. The food was nothing to write home about. The portions of rice were very small. The coconut rice did not really taste of coconut and the service charge was not necessary. People should not feel obliged to pay the service charge because of feeling embarrassed to ask to have it removed. All in all, my friends and I will not be returning. Give me Basaba eat Thai any day of the week.

We came to Zizzi for our mum’s birthday and for us, the overall experience was great. The food was so much, we had to take some home and it was all so delicious! The waiter told us that if we scan the QR code on the paper towel, we could get free garlic bread and we did- which was really nice. Steven, marco and Laura made our visit really enjoyable and even gave my mum a free hat for her birthday (I’m not sure if this is what they usually do for birthdays). However, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for making her birthday so nice!

Lovely staff! The service was excellent. We really enjoyed our meal and had a great time. So many great vegan options. Best place to eat after a long shopping day at Westfield. Manager herself greeted us at the door , very warm and welcoming. We will be back! :)

Visited Zizi with friends for lunch during our shopping in Westfield. Quick service and delicious food. Great quality, warm and lovely staff. Food presentation is great and also the restaurant's atmospeher is very welcoming.

Food was atrocious. My pasta was sour, the pizza was like cardboard and the lasagna was dry. I came with my infant son and we were sat under a cold vent which was freezing. My tea came almost an hour after I ordered and was not hot anymore.

Service was slow and it's freezing cold here, despite sitting inside and I came with a baby. The cutlery was dirty and food was cold, dry and favorless. Pizza is so thin it's like eating cardboard, pasta was sour and lasagna was burnt and dry. Drinks were left out for ages and was cold as I ordered hot drinks.

went out with friends here for the first time and the place was really pleasant. the food came fast and the service was great. the pizza was a good price for the size, we were all full and there was still few pieces left. plus the dessert was amazing. overall, the food was delicious and the restaurant has a really nice vibe to it. i recommend it for going out with friends or family.

I went today for a staff party yesterday afternoon and I just wanted to say that Ioana and Emily were wonderful servers and did a very good job despite the big group that we were. Thank you so much to you both and everyone else that served us.😁

Decent size pizza, tasty and was served quickly. A bit pricey but maybe a sign of the times. I got this pizza for £17.50 and just went for a tap water to not spend too much.

Pizzas were not great. I know the rustica pizzas are thin base but overcooked to the point the base was so brittle it "shatters" when cutting. Extreme lack of cheese, but toppings excellent.

Great Thai food!! I was thinking this might be like fast food Thai, but NO. It was delicious! The pad kee mau was amazing and lots of it and there were fresh pieces in of green beans in it. The Tom ka soup was also soooo tasty. I am not vegetarian but I had the mushroom one, and the texture of the mushrooms with the soup was amazing! I was stuffed after, and I have a big appetite! :D I will say that service was pretty slow and they forgot about us, and had to flag someone down. Luckily, we were talking, so the wait for our food to come out wasn’t a problem, but there was quite a wait. It was worth it! Very nicer servers.

Food was terrible. We ordered garlic bread with mozzarella but came with barely any cheese. The rest of the food was tasteless. Calamari came without the dip… Only positive thing was the waiter that served us, Hamza, kind and polite. The rest of the staff could smile more and be more attentive.

Pizza and pasta is good but portions of pasta should be at least double based on that price. Service is not good as we always need to wait for a long time to get a waitress.

Terrible food for the money. Toilets upstairs filthy and a disgrace.

Italian McDonald's, service was awful and food stale

I had a late lunch with my family today at this Zizzi branch! Food was good but lacked ambience and service was very poor! At the entrance for some time no one acknowledged us. There were 5-6 tables at that time, so no busy. We were seated in the nice area, but had to wait for someone to take our order! The app wasn’t working! We managed to wave at the waitress and then asked her about a dish and she looked like she started to work “today”, she had no idea! We placed the order, food came first instead of drinks and then we had a waiter with attitude who brought one bottle of sparkling water instead of bringing one still and sparkling water with 4 glasses! He said we don’t have still water!!! We asked for an extra glass for sparkling water and ordered a coke and he replied that there is no coke as well only zero coke! The attitude was zero, not just the drink! We asked for the bill and there was a still water which we never had on the bill and they added a service charge which we refused to pay! No sorry, no check back, nobody asked us how was your meal, no ambience,…very poor customer service!!!

Poor service, waiting on the reception more than 10min. To go on the table, waiting a lot for kids starter and actually for the kids food, I finish my starter, when the food for my son arrive. Dessert and Mains arrive before we finish with the food and the ice cream was melted. The food was burn and doesn't taste good. We visiting before a lot of times and this is terrible. Service is really bad. No one cleaned the table, no one cared about the guests and the restaurant was not that full. We were feeling ourself like they pushed us to go. Really unprofessional. Everything was so bad this time and I hope that we never come back. Really bad.

Awful organisation service The kids had to wait 47 minutes to their main since we ordered !!!and after chased them twice . My main was not hot

Pleasant friendly helpful staff and good Italian-style food

When we arrived, no one acknowledged us for a few minutes, the waitress saw us yet proceeded to walk past us without saying anything, even a “be there in a minute”, bearing in mind it’s not that busy. I then had to say something otherwise we would have just been standing there being ignored for longer. I ordered sweet potatoe fries and garlic & pork meatballs starter as I wasn’t that hungry. The sweet potato fries were very under cooked, very good portion size but i probably ate a 1/4 of it. The meatballs lacked flavour and just tasted like they smothered the meatballs in a 38p can of tinned tomatoes from Sainsbury’s. I then got to the bill and I kindly asked the waitress to remove the service charge as it is optional as stated on the receipt. The waitress then gave me a sassy attitude instead of remaining courteous and professional.

Great relaxed place. Perfect for family and dates too. Food is absolutely amazing 🤩. You have to give it a go if you love Thai cuisine. My favourite dishes are: duck tamarind, chilli and basil prawn, pad Thai, duck curry and sharing plater to start with, perfect way of trying a little bit of everything. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did 😊

Anamul Hoq was very accommodating and friendly and we had a lovely, relaxing meal. The massaman was delicious!

Pannang curry was quite good and so were drunken noodles. Kids meals came in sumptuous quantity. Staff was sensitive to my wife’s allergies as well. Overall, good experience.

Great food, atmosphere and service, would visit again.

Zizzi was bustling, and in light of the crowds, the place was kept clean and walk ins were available. The carbonara was ok. There was not much taste. The bacon did not really suffuse with the egg, and there did not seem to be much taste of the cheese. The creaminess of the egg was just egg, not the original consistency. The pizza was very thin but not reminiscent of a roman crust. Flavours again were normal. The waiters do need to remember to be more welcoming and warm, without rushing people. Atmosphere wise, it is what one would expect for Westfield on a Saturday. Good for families and shoppers generally hungry, prices are normal.

Lovely noodle soup. Too bad tho they didn’t have mango&sticky rice today but hopefully next time they will. 👍

Spaghetti Bolognese didn't have any meat in. Just looked like onion with colouring. I would class it as a starter at best. Left hungry. Will I be back.... no Would I recommend..... no

We loved this place. We had dinner twice here on our short stay in London. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The food was from top quality! If you visit Westfield, make sure you get to visit Zizzi. The pasta is freshly made, which you can taste. And the Chicken Scaloppe Milanese was delicious. The Spinach and Zuchini veggies were a combination I have never heard of but they were really really good. Thanks a lot for having us!

Food was amazing as always, I do love a Zizzi. Customer service was good, had a better night of staff than the last time I visited. A lot of younger people working with not much of a drive of before. Would consider a staff move around. Only thing which really gets me is the fact they add a £5.30 tip on ‘optional’ service but do not tell you about it. That is absurd. Any waitress / waiter is always obligated to state any tips, and not to give them out without mentioning. If you don’t want to pay a tip, remember to tell the waiter/waitress to remove the tip unless you want to pay. Overall 3/5

Lovely meal and great friendly staff

The zizzi wasn't the best. The food was overpriced and ok at best.

The customer service was absolutely abysmal. We waited for what felt like an eternity to be seated, even though the restaurant was practically empty. It was infuriating how we were blatantly ignored. Just as I was about to express my frustration, a rather unpleasant staff member suddenly materialized out of thin air and demanded to know if we had a reservation. The entire experience was a complete disgrace, and it's clear that this restaurant has no regard for its customers, displaying sheer incompetence and a lack of respect.

A nice oasis in the Westfield London shopping centre. We enjoy the food, the service was quick and polite. Important so we could go back to our shopping 🛍️.

Not very impressed that we added a tip when paying by credit card and weren't told that it had already been added to the bill. A bit sneaky Zizi, the service definitely wasn't worth paying double for!

Very slow service, items missing from our order (that they tried to bill us for), bland and overpriced food.

Took more than 20 minutes to waitress show up on our table to take the order, after all had order wrong cocktail that we ask for and the right drink arrive we are almost done with the all food.

Greeted very unfriendly way, even though restaurant was empty as a couple we were offered a high table next to random guys. Ordered pasta and pizza, pasta came differently and cold, pizza came without the requested topping and cold. Only paid for drinks as returned both foods

Where do I even start with this review! Absolutely appalling service this evening, which for a Friday wasn't that busy. We had waited a very long to be served and the man who was dealing with our section seemed to ignore us even when we made clear eye contact and he was clearing tables close to us. Our order came out pretty quickly but before our drinks had even arrived which we had to chase down and question, I'm pretty sure it's restaurant etiquette for the drinks and complimentary appetiser to come before the mains? We had to Also change the same waiter down for condiments and pepper which should have been offered to us when our food arrived anyway this took far too long and my partner was already half way through his meal! No apology or explanation was given to any of these incidents and we were not impressed. When we wanted the bill it seemed like every server had disappeared and no one checked on this section at all with dirty tables and other customers waiting just as long. We love the food at zizis but this branch is definitely one to avoid.

Zizzi's is always a great choice. I consider myself a fussy eater but always have many options to choose from. The service is wonderful and the food isn't any different. I'd recommend the Ravioli Di Capra as a vegan option, and the Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie for dessert (not sure if it's vegan or not). You're able to pay from your phone using a QR code on the table

Food was ok but was a little bland tbh, deffo more seasoning required, took a while to attract the waitresses attention to ask for salt, pepper & cheese to make the food more palatable. Also there were no salt & pepper pots on the tables, they should have been there.

Special hello and thanks to our friendly and patient waiter who was superb with the kids. The food was not too bad. Especially the bolognese tasted better than it looked on the picture. :)

Good food, plenty of seats and reasonably priced. Friendly enough staff.

To be fair i did not have the pizza . Else i would hsve given 2 star.... however the pasta is not nice. . Had spagetti pomodoro.. pasta is overcooked n sauce is watery.. the sweet potato fries were alright, at least better than the pasta i had.

Avoid like the plague! Have a dairy allergy and they served butter with the clam. Pasta was all stuck together and extremely hard, when commenting they said it was "just like that". My daughter had the tiny tummy menu and had an upset stomach the next day too. I don't make reviews often but felt it necessary to share this is a terrible and dangerous place to eat.

Went in during peak time dinner time, servers were fast bringing at bringing out food and the food was great

Worst service ever to the extent that when we asked the waiter to put two tables together because we were three, he gave my dad the worst look ever although my dad was over 60s. Then, he said that the each table is separate and cant join them. No respect to the elderly at all. We left the restaurant as soon as he gave us the look and went to search for another restaurant that is more respectful and visitor friendly.

Exceptional customer service, our server did a great job ( unfortunately didn’t catch his name), tasty food - I had the salmon risotto which was delicious. First time dining in here and surely not the last.

It used to be a good place, but something's wrong with the new chef ! food quality dropped. He managed to burn 2 pizzas, one of them was not even in proper shape, they had the nerve to serve it to us like that !!

The food quality is superb. But the service needs improvement. The restaurant was not at full capacity, yet the waiters were all rushed and busy. One of our orders was very late, and it took a long while for someone to come to our table to pay the bill.

Eran was extremely pleasant and served me and my family very well. We came in a group of 7 to celebrate a relatives' birthday, and we received an exceptional service by him. The restaurants atmosphere is very relaxed and outgoing, and I would definitely recommend bringing your friends and family over for a pleasant gathering! The dishes were delicious, from the tasty crispy snacks from the excellent sundaes (with a king prawn linguini in between). Thank you very much guys! We had a great night

Was served by a wonderful lad named Hamza, and for someone in his second week here, he did an absolutely spectacular job! The food was wonderful and out on time. Despite how busy it was, I didn't feel once pressured to eat quickly, and Hamza's recommendation of the Pomegranate Aperol Spritz was genius. Zizzis is always my go-to place to grab a meal alone or with family, and this furthers my point!! Brilliant job xx

Shopping with your family is so easy and fun, excellent baby changing rooms(Jane lewis) and washrooms(clean and modern). Several restaurants, branded boutiques and shops, we literally had everything we needed in one place.

Absolutely dreadful, won’t be back. Staff were rude, grumpy and very unhelpful. No one spoke a kind word to us for our entire visit. I’ve had better ready meals from the supermarket. Refused our blue light discount with scorn and derision, as if how DARE we ask. To top it all, we watched the manager drop a takeout meal on the floor, scoop it up and then the chef decant it into another box. Disgusting

Service was horrible ,very slow and disorganised.Dishes and glasses are not washed properly. Bringing food without the cutlery.Also, charging optional service tip without even mentioning it. They take advantage of being based in the shopping centre as a lot of people are passing by.Staff needs more training. On top of that,I had an upset stomach after eating there and normally I have no such issues.Strongly suggest to avoid this place!!!
