Byron in Hammersmith and Fulham

I went into this place . It was ok . The petson serving is was so rude . We were treated like we were a nuisance .i have never been spoken to like that and i.should of left but i was fasting . The man serving us was unbelievablly rude and i my opinion shouldnt be serving people if he cant talk to them properly. Just a disoppinting experience and wont be going to there again solely for this person . This person needs to be trained on customer services . It just wasnt worth the money i paid s real let down

Not only was the food overpriced basic slop, they also stopped their vegan milkshakes, which is the only reason I went in the first place!.. but worst of all the service is atrocious, not only did we have to wait so long to be seated (in an empty restaurant) as well as an extra 10 minutes to be served.. but the real ISSUE is when We provided the two for one voucher BEFORE we ordered, then we paid and realised it hadn’t been taken off the bill. He then said it was too late and that we NEVER showed him any voucher. I’m honestly SO ANNOYED and irritated by the whole experience.. quite honestly I want a refund.

Last week I had a wonderful chocolate milkshake, burger and fries. Tasted great going down , tasted less good coming back up an hour later.

Great service, especially with a one on one server, Ahzam. The food wasn’t oily at all, and was amazing quality. We will definitely go again when next in London!!!

AVOID!! Me and my Partner went to eat at Byrons Westfield. We ordered 2 smoky beef burgers. We had been shopping for so long and were at the point of starvation. As soon as we got our burgers something tasted off. The flavours and the beef was overcooking and overall it tasted like bad quality. We both questioned it but continued eating as we were so hungry. Fast forward to the evening we both had the worst stomach aches of our lives, my partner vomited. I personally feel like it has something to do with the quality and hygiene of the food. So disappointed as weve eaten at Byrons in the past and never experienced this. When we googled Byrons it confirmed our doubts about the food going downhill over the years as they were bought out by another company.

Myself and my cousin came here last night about 9pm following a show at the television centre.. Charlie greeted us and was absolutely fantastic throughout. From service to checking all okay to us leaving.. He was very funny and very sweet.. Good was fabulous . It was nice and quiet for a change so was able to have a lovely discussion with family and Charlie.. Well recommended

Sudden crave/ avoiding all people for lunch ;) food was ok but service was awful.. I had to wait for so long to get even a drink after order. Then they gave me wrong fries.. (potato instead of sweet potato..) even to pay .. soooo long 😢

Even though I made a mistake ordering my hamburger, the staff was very kind and keen to help. Overall, the food was great and the service faultless. Highly recommended.

Waited in a long queue with multiple open table from 1-1:30. Sat down at half 1 for food and ordered through the QR code. After waiting 30 minutes we asked where our food was as others around who had ordered through servers got their food delivered. They said the app wasn’t working and they’d chase the food. The food came out 20 minutes later and one order was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes for it to be corrected without an apology.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere very relaxing. But the best part was Ajinas the supervisor, who was nice, polite and delivered the service very quickly and efficiently. Thank you Ajinas.

The food was good but the service was very disappointing, specially when it come from the manager on the day who is Lauren for treating me and my ante as we are not there.

Really tasty and fresh food, served quickly, with a smile and on a clean table. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for service because l felt they were too keen to take your order soon after sitting down. I also felt they asked about allergies too frequently, at the point of assigning the table and then at the point of taking the order, as well as warnings on the menu - l felt at taking the order would be sufficient to ask.

I have been to Byron for ages, so was happy to see that quality of food was as excellent as I remembered. Burger was fab and onion rings are best I have had in a very long time

Love the burgers and fries here. We were assisted by Jason who was welcoming and so helpful with explaining the portions and suggesting the best one. He definitely made our time there worthwhile.

The service was absolutely terrible, bad enough for me to question the other reviews posted on here and lead me to believe they must be posted by friends and families of employees. Also the smash burger is not even a smash burger.

Jason was calm as a water. We were really hangry from all the shopping we did. Yet, J-man was a star. Despite a busy Saturday, he made sure he knew how to handle our impatience and was always there to make sure we got the right food, cutleries and napkins. Shout to whole Byron and Jason for their amazing service. Would be visiting soon!!!

Indiva did everything she could and she was great, but it seemed like the manger had her running around doing quite a lot at once.

Me and mum visited for lunch today. We both got vegan burgers, which were delicious. The food was hot and tasty. We were served by Charlie! He was great! Helpful, attentive and made us laugh! He had cheeky banter! He made us feel like we were at a family owned restaurant. Great service!

Usually in restaurants it takes a few days to get to know a waiter however, Charlie provided excellent service as well as amazing conversation with a fellow customer. I recommend a pay rise for him, he’s the best waiter I’ve met so far!

Yo había estado yendo allí durante años y siempre he tenido un rato agradable con buena comida y un servicio increíble, pero esta vez fue diferente. Los dos servidores masculinos me daban actitud y me miraban gracioso; el que tomó mi pago (creo que su nombre es Charlie) tenía una naturaleza agresiva. Después de pedir que quitara el cargo por servicio (porque el servicio era horrible) tiró mi recibo delante de mí y me metió la máquina de tarjetas en la cara cuando quería ver el total que tenía que pagar. La comida por desgracia era seca y sosa, y sin duda no volveré en el corto plazo. Debería haber ido a Bleecker abajo en su lugar...

Terrible. Ordered bugger, endless fries and milkshake. Service was shockingly bad and to be charged for it. To be honest I paid so I could escape. The burger has no taste and saturated in oil. Falls apart. If you try to cut it in half turns to mushy plate of bread and meat Only saving grace was milkshake. Tables sticky. Toilets full of pooh. Expensive and awful. Not a gourmet burger. Rubbish service. Not a clean restaurant
