AVOID !!! Ordered through uber eats, half our order was missing. Spent over £40 , tried calling for half hour, they don't have the decency to answer !!! Appalling service

Absolutely useless in there. Ordered via the app which is a shambles if you need to get a refund DO NOT use the app. Ordered 4 extra hot wings which we didn't get. The Pepsi tasted awful, no gas in the pump. Krushem machine and coffee always broken, or so they say. Very unhelpful. The toilets were disgusting. Will NEVER eat from there again. It cost us £33 and all we have was 2 box meals!!!! Avoid if you can.

Wanted to order at the counter but the till wasn’t working took the staff about 20 minutes to get to us! In the end we decided to order online, Was told there was no gravy but the person who ordered after us got gravy! Very unhygienic! The last few times we’ve gone there was good but after this experience I will be waiting a while to go back!

Made a hefty order that included 2 McFlurrys (yes I’m shocked they had them also) Both were filled less than half full with one of them you could actually see the bottom of the container. When questioned on this the manager decided to tell me that the next time I complained to make sure I didn’t eat any (which was obviously not the case!). Her customer service was abysmal and when asked for her name to make a complaint she would not give which said it all. Knew exactly that she was in the wrong.

Gelli-Hirion Industrial EstateVery disappointing hot chocolates. At first we thought the hot chocolates had been made with water and not milk as they were so dark but discovered this was not the case, they were just too strong and still had a good half an inch of chocolate ' sludge' in the bottom of the cups. Sorry Tesco they really were awful

113 Broadway Treforest, Pontypridd CF37 1BE WalesOrdered toasted sub online, the man realised it was meant to be toasted. Takes it to the back where I can see him still and pretends to toast it. I get home to a stone cold soggy sub and they won’t even pick the phone up. Shocking
