YO! Pontypridd Tesco Extra in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Made a hefty order that included 2 McFlurrys (yes I’m shocked they had them also) Both were filled less than half full with one of them you could actually see the bottom of the container. When questioned on this the manager decided to tell me that the next time I complained to make sure I didn’t eat any (which was obviously not the case!). Her customer service was abysmal and when asked for her name to make a complaint she would not give which said it all. Knew exactly that she was in the wrong.

Great place, shame they don't deliver over the mountain but still always collect a great pizza.

We have been stuck in to a virus so decided to treat out little girl. Thank you to Lissa, you really made her day she loves pickles so much. Brought little happy tears. Sandwiches were amazing, one a few places I feel safe to east due to a dairy and soya intolerance also. I'm so greatful for exceptional service.

Compulsory use of the self-ordering machines is complicated and not user-friendly. Get rid of the machines and return to staff counter service. Takes a long time between order and for the food to arrive. Food is basic and the panini was not toasted. Won't be going back.

£10 for a sub that was just awful .
