KFC in Sutton

Went for a kfc with my family and was served by Sophia and she was so helpful and efficient would definitely recommend going here

Staff were so friendly and smiley. Food was amazing. restaurant was nice and clean. would definitely come and visit with the family again

Order a load of take away food Christmas Eve and before I even left I noticed that the bag was damp. I assumed they had placed the bag on a wet surface so used another just in case. When I unpacked all the he food I realised the damp was grease and all the packaging was soaked in grease. We tried to eat the chicken but it was revolting, the chips were all cold and under cooked, to be honest, the only thing edible was the free sauces. I contacted the head office who gave me a voucher for just over half what I paid. Absolutely disgusting food.

Got a home delivery and despite the delivery taking less than five minutes zinger burger and mini fillet were stone cold, as well as dried out and leathery. One soggy portion of fries was delivered and two other portions missing.

I have bought 10 pieces of family feast and end up getting 6 drumstick and 4 thighs. Worse place to get food. Gravy is so much watery.

I popped into KFC around 5pm ,me and my mum ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and BBQ dipper and sweet chilli dipper. Both portion of chips were brown,old looking however they were completely raw. Every single piece of chicken was completely rock Solid.and the chicken was solid aswell which tells me that they were kept over night and re-heated. The chicken gravy was watery and wasn't mixed properly.both of our were the same . BBQ &sweet chilli dippers was rock solid and I'm afraid to say that these were definitely not cooked today. Me and my mum threw almost everything out for the fox's and it wouldn't surprise me if the fox's turn their nose up to it. For a new store that's only been opened for a matter of months I wasn't expecting this kind of terrible standard of food.especialy with the cost of living,it's just not on. Also we didn't receive any sachets of salt nor any serviettes. If you are close by and thinking of going in there,save your money AVOID!!!!

unfortunately the chicken were dry especially the breast and were given too many of them - no drumsticks and thighs. Fries were limp! Our first visit to the new kfc in stonecot hill not impressed! Also missing tub of coleslaw!
