KFC in Braintree

I went through drive through and it have to say I'll never go back this is worst KFC I've ever been to No staff long waits and half order missing but worst this is they leave tissue out so forget eating in car I payed and then just threw it in the bin Avoud

What a mess- waited 35 mins for a takeaway- staff incompetent and didn’t care a hoot- fast food- I don’t think so. Food thrown into a bag and pretty much cold when we got into our car- distance travelled 60Metres. I must have used KFC 200+ times and this was the worst ever.

Extremely busy. Felt sorry for the employees. A long wait. Delivery drivers took precedence. Try to avoid Saturday evening unless you have time to kill. Everywhere was busy, drive-thru, diners and customer T/A orders. Our grand daughter loves KFC but by the time she was ready to eat it it was luke-warm.
