Terrible guys ordered £70 worth of food two item come missing more than half such terrible service ordered it from Uber eats .

Displeasure with KFC Eastleigh's Restroom Policy and Managerial Attitude My recent visit to KFC in Eastleigh was marred by a truly unpleasant encounter with the manager, Abby. The issue arose when I attempted to use the restroom and was abruptly informed that it's mandatory to make a purchase before gaining access. This policy, if indeed legitimate, struck me as arbitrary and inconvenient. What added to the frustration was Abby's dismissive attitude. Not only did she insist on the restroom purchase policy, but any attempt to seek clarification was met with silence. This lack of transparency left me bewildered and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Furthermore, Abby's apparent lack of knowledge and customer service skills raises concerns about the managerial competence at this KFC location. A manager's role extends beyond enforcing policies; it involves fostering a positive and accommodating atmosphere for patrons. In light of this experience, I find it difficult to recommend KFC Eastleigh. The disregard for customer queries and the seemingly arbitrary policies implemented by Abby contribute to an unwelcoming atmosphere. A reevaluation of both policy and management practices may be warranted for the betterment of customer experiences.

Amazing service, amazing food would recommend the mini fillets and popcorn chicken taste so delicious.

DEPLORABLE STATE OF FOOD! Do NOT eat here. Absolutely Disgusting Dirty Tables. mustard, sauce, cream etc scattered on the floor. Pointless ordering food from Uber ! They always send re heated food and the chips fast weird ! I gave them too many chances now I will just stop ordering from them . People should complain with Uber for a full refund if the food is reheated or just crap! It’s very inhuman to give food that they will refuse to eat. Avoid Kfc Eastleigh !! They know to sack everybody and get a new team and proper management !! Does kfc headquarters not maintain values and food quality assistance anymore ??!?

I BEG YOU please sell your franchise to somebody who wants to run this place properly.. I’ve never seen such a mess in all my life.. I placed an order only to be eventually told they did not have the chicken pieces but would swap out the missing pieces for mini fillets. They didn't and when I questioned why I only had 6 mini fillets and not 2 chicken pieces and 6 mini fillets the girl said they no longer had the chicken pieces as had given them to another order. She was rude and more interested in going home rather than fulfilling my order, I complained further and was basically just told to lump it, we got the food home and it was all cold, the popcorn chicken was half full and there was only 6 hot wings instead of 8. We basically paid full price for half the food.

Aiden and Abi refused to make my JustEat order for 30 minutes now, because I have asked about it and why they keep leaving my order to the side. After 30 minutes of waiting and asking constantly about the status of the order, Ive been told that they are not aware of it and they dont know if its Uber, JustEat or Deliveroo. It is absolutely PATHETIC to make drovers wait for 30 minutes just because they cant seem to do the job that they were are are paid to do. Disgrace! Should be fired!

The food was almost non existent. Only 10 chips for each meal. The burgers were 10x smaller than normal and not actually that nice. Won’t be visiting here again. £30 for crap like that is unacceptable.

Just received our order - chicken is inedible, obviously been cooked then re-fried to a crisp. The meat is dry and questionable as to how long it's been lying before being thrown back in the fryer. The gravy is watery and tasteless, chips soggy - it's the last time KFC will ever get their hands on my well earned cash.....disgusting!! The bin is the best place for it!!!!

We walked into KFC 45 minutes ago but we have still no food!. It took 15 minutes to even place the order and it isn't even very busy! Nobody knows why this is taking so long. There are about 5 deliveroo people now as it takes so long to be served. All public people that walk in are leaving within minutes without food! What an absolute joke!

Had an order delivered but missing one portion of chips and the portion that did arrive wasn't worth having - not enough in packet, picture exactly how it arrived looks like some have already been eaten.

With our nearest KFC being less than a 5 minutes drive away we expected hot food delivered from Uber Eats. Unfortunately they do multiple deliveries with their orders, ours was just second on the list, but arrived cold. The chicken timer must need fixing, my fillet was over cooked (as you can see from the photo), dry as sticks, not nice. The actual filet of chicken is hardly bigger than a mini fillet now, 2 of them needed to actually fill the bun provided! Even the bun looked weird, a thick white line across it, not made properly. Great to have proper chips, but unfortunately they seem to be going for a very cheap version now (they were much nicer when they started doing them), full of black inedible bits. Skin on is nice, but I was only able to eat about 60% of the chips provided (because of the nasty black bits in them). About time they brought back the bbq bites, the only saving grace of the meal. They should keep them on the menu permanently, even offer them in a wrap with lettuce too. The bbq bites raised my rating from one star to two. Shame the product has really gone downhill, they’re obviously trading on the name and no longer care about customers. They’re bound to lose trade, plenty of chicken deliveries available which are cooked properly and all edible locally. Next time we will order from Nando’s, same price, but far superior food!

Ridiculously high prices, rude staff bad food, always misses out what you order and just gives you what they want poor hygiene and no reason why should be takeaway only plenty of space for socially distanced table service and allyaws skips people's orders deliberately! Also only let's delivery drivers in for their orders and takes a long time until takeaway customers can finally order Total waste of money and time!

Food here is generally good but more likely to get covid than a correct order. ALOT of unmasked Deliveroo inside and not being policed, no social distancing either. Didn't think reading from a list and placing items in a bag could be such a challenge...
