KFC in Basildon

Food was really nice . Service was fast & staff were polite although no one seemed to be local so not sure how recruitment works here. However, the food was lovely as I’d expect from Kentucky Fried Chicken. Only tip would be the chips could be a bit crispier.

Spent over £40 on chicken , very disappointed. Tasted like been boiled without salt or spices . But mashed potatoes were lovely.

Worst food quality I have ever eaten in my entire life the hot wings were dry and tasteless the drink Krushem I ordered was filled to half the cup never going here again

It would seem that everything I chose they were out of. Pepsi, barbecue dip. The card machine wasn't working properly - a bit of a diaster really. When I did get the boneless banquet it was tasty, though they forgot to give me a straw - that's just basic stuff!

6 piece chicken bucket,fries were raw and something wrong with chicken and ended up with food poison.

Had a mega meal for dinner the chicken was very dry the hot wings was over cooked and this has happened a few times now

Thieves... DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH: Stuff will be missing. Check. Check thoroughly. Look inside your boxes and inside your burgers. Stuff will be missing. Had a Zinger Stacked. Looked so forward to it. No salad. No sauces. One square of cheese shared between two dry burgers. Dry as a nuns crack. Nasty.

My daughter went into KFC tonight to order some food and the service was appallingly slow. There was also a lady trying to ask for a fork who was totally ignored on several occasions by staff.

To put it simply. The staff are indifferent, have very poor customer service skills and have gotten most of my orders wrong. I’ve simply hand enough. From missing items, unhygienic staff and incorrect meals. Whilst I appreciate this is a fast food restaurant, the obvious lack of pride in the service is so apparent it’s shocking. It’s now so bad that I will now be refusing to get anything from this KFC. If you want a decent KFC visit any of the other Basildon restaurants. At least your order will be correct.

We pick up food late this morning after long flight back to UK. Server called John is absolutely amazing, my husband and me was so positive surprised with his positivity, smile, patients, he was 100% amazing and people can learn from him how step of service look like,well done John making our day better.

Tables are always really dirty and messy even when there are no customers around. The food is a very poor standard and am sick of eating at this venue; it's new and should be GREAT!!!

Dropped by on the way from work as a treat so used the drive through. Was queuing in car for half an hour as seemed to be massively understaffed. Ordered some hot wings and a chicken breast with small fries. The wings were dry and tasteless, chips cold and stale and the chicken breast was soggy and full of fat. What a disappointment won’t be going back

Went to this new venue, and was appalled to find dirty tables x12, messy floor, overfilled bins. My food was overcooked and the fries were cold. My drink had 24 ice cubes in it. I have made an official complaint to the Head Office, and used this experience, today at College doing Customer Service course.
