KFC in Trafford

I bought the new kwench raspberry lemonade and it tastes like toothpaste. I wasted £2.50 and I was really hoping to like it.

This kfc always somehow manages to get the order wrong. Yes again, got home and there’s several items missing. Returned for the correct order, no apology and took ages to resolve. I give up, no more kfc for me.

Was told food would be 4-5 mins which was fine, but 10 mins later still no food. Chips was on the tray waiting as was boneless strips complained about chips which they exchanged but when complained about cold chicken was told manager will be there soon, left after 20 mins no sign of manager. Very poor customer service

Staff are exemplary, they are all a credit to you KFC and I hope you recognise this and reward them. Needed a quick bite with my bro after a very stressed day, had been to Mcd's but appalling and will feedback on that too. I don't go to take away or fast food often so I just asked for what I wanted 2 chicken, chips and a corn cob, not a problem. Lady who served us was wonderful and actually brought our food to the table. I then asked for another corn cob and was served immediately. Thanks ladies & gentlemen you are a credit.

We went after being given a code for poor food missing items from a visit the week before where we bought a bargain bucket that just had legs ,the hot wings weren't given as well so they were missing . Are we serial complainers ? No ! When getting our replacement bucket which I'll add was a good move in our initial complaint and somewhat appeased us at the time ,we also bought 4 box meals and paid 35 00 to cover

Great customer service and very quick service. They were very kind, they didn’t rush me when ordering and made sure to have the right and correct order

Food was raw and bloody do not go to this branch absolutely vile. Delivery was late and customer service shocking offering half the payment back. Appalling for a multimillion business.

Never going here again. Ordered online to pick it up in the DRIVE THRU. Once arrived, the man rudely cut us off when explaining we ordered, and sent us to the next window. When getting to the next window thinking we will be getting our food, they were all telling us to come inside to get it. We did, and food was already there so not sure why it couldn't have been passed through the window? About 5 chips, smallest bits of chicken in my meal. Rude staff inside.

I’ve just been ripped off by KFC in Trafford Park. They’ve taken my payment three times. I asked for the Manager who told me there’s nothing I can do. He said “it will probably get refunded in 5 days” but wasn’t sure. Absolutely diabolical service. DO NOT PAY BY DEBIY CARD - DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE APP. It’s cost me over £100 for a bucket of chicken and there’s not a damn thing I can do about it.

Ordered tea from here for a Friday night treat. Never again! Gravy was from 3:30pm (delivered to us at 8pm). Ordered a dipping boneless box. No dips delivered to do the dipping, even though four are supposed to be included. Large bottle of sprite wasn't delivered, even though it's supposed to be included. Chicken was lukewarm, soggy and undercooked. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer, so I gave up after three attempts of letting it ring out. For the cost of £34 the food is unacceptable. The cheek of not delivering everything we paid for is just further insult. Don't bother wasting your money. You won't be 'loving it' and neither will your wallet.

Order taken got the whole order wrong and we was missing chip, we complained and the women was rude to us terrible customer service. i’d rather starve than go there again

Ordered a 9 pc special.Asked kindly if they could not give us a lot of drumsticks,When we got home they were all drumsticks,Second time that has happened,The service girl asked the "cook" because we heard her not to give us drumsticks,They were very greasy. They have lost our custom, Never again

I went in your drive through tonight at 8.45 spent £25.00 fumming when I got home chips cold 2 crshum I got chocolate iv took a picture to show you it was just milk with chocolate drops in and ice not even whipped up it was horrible I bought them lots of time a young girl served me I orders two lots of orders she gave me my first order then shut the window and was running to the front and left me there with window closed Then my next order she gave me got home it was all cold I never complain my fist order was cold when I got home she never apologies for the waiting I through was not nice closing the window and not exsplaining rude iv tryed phoning but no ones aswer the phone please can some one phone me 07598383667 sue

The food was absolutely diabolical, the bread was stale, the chicken was burnt to within an inch of its life, the salad was slimy, had we of not had it delivered and been given that whilst inside the restaurant we would have given it back and demanded a refund, I wouldn't have given it to our dogs to eat,the place wants shutting down for serving such rubbish.

We ate in, food was good but had to clean our own table as every one was filthy. The bins were piled high with rubbish, the floors and toilets were filthy! Very poor hygiene, needs a health inspector visit.

Been to this kfc for the past 2 days and Bradley on the drive through order window was so lovely.. made me laugh and had a right good personality. Best thing about kfc is Bradley what a guy

We joined the fairly quickly moving drive THROUGH and ordered 2 boneless banquets. Asked what sides we wanted = 1 gravy and 1 beans. Wasn’t offered choice of dips even though they are included in meal. Requested garlic Mayo for both meals. At pick up window, had to ask vacuous girl 3 times for some plastic cutlery (she seemed think that a drinking straw would suffice). Drove away and found space in car park to eat meals. No beans but substituted with gravy and NO DIPS included! This is not the first time this has happened at this and other KFCs. Where do they find these stupid brainless staff? And, why does the foregoing problem keep occurring? Are we supposed to check item by item that we have what we ordered? Very poor experience.

Popped in for takeaway. Great service. Visually Impaired accessible. Food served quickly and order perfect and hot. Thanks.

Bargain bucket of 6 pieces of chicken for two, plus corn on the cob and coleslaw, with a soft drink and a coffee. Good portions. Clean table and toilets, recommended

KFC’s policy to buy people off with a £10 voucher just doesn’t cut it. They tried that last time but I refused it unless they acknowledged that their employee has stole off me. So another one of their sites, Urmston. I drove up to the drive through order hatch and it was empty. So when to the dispatch hatch. Spoke to a spotty youth (not the face of the company I’d want to greet my customers). This guy refused to take my order at this hatch. He couldn’t tel me why, he just couldn’t. So I alighted my vehicle and walked back to the first hatch to give me order. The same numpty has walked around to that window. So I attempted to give my order. He refused saying he couldn’t take my order because I was on foot. I asked why and just repeated I’d have drive back around a re-queue. I asked for his manager Razza. Another jobs worth idiot who refused to serve me. Although I love the taste of KFC, there staff are ruining the brand. I drove around. Requeued behind several vehicles and when I got to the front they numpty refused to serve although I was in my car. He just shut the window and walked off. Through the intercom the voice threatened to call the please if I didn’t leave. I asked them what crime I was committing be the voice refused to answer. Absolute joke.

Need to wait for over 10 minutes before they serve me. Only one person serving even when there are more than 10 customers in the queue. It was 21:15 on Friday night and most of the things on the menu were not available.

Used the drive in. Burger put in wrong box No napkins or salt provided Badly constructed food / box of fires that was half full and lukewarm. The first server was so eager to shut the window he did not give my receipt. Frankly I can see why KFC should replace these people with a robot or touchscreen. The human interaction was terrible. No hello, thank you, good bye just no manners. I asked the second server who gave me the food for this, and the look they gave me was not pleasant. And you’re still using plastic straws. Used the KFC at Old Trafford the following week 100% different experience. How KFC should be

I am amazed the staff here can get dressed in the morning. After ordering a large bergen bucket & bottle of Pepsi, I asked for some tap water for my younger son who has to avoid fizzy drinks. I was faced with a multitude of excuses why they could not do this, so got the manager (Emilia) and she was equally as unhelpful and came up with some dog muck excuses also. Honestly, what has the world come to when people can’t even give out a cup of tap water. I guess this should be expected given head office could not even choose a delivery company who has actually got experience of delivering food.....let alone employing staff who understand customer service.Nando’s take away next door for us next time. Well done chaps....

Quick service as the drive through was empty even though it was just after 1pm.liked the new chips they were hot and much better than the previous recipie. My husband had a 3 piece bucket all cold. I had fillet burger again cold. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Called here thinking it might be quicker after a visit to Trafford Centre. How wrong was I. Service very poor and in traditional style... several errors with our order.. Consistent with many other KFCs.. but the food is good!
