KFC in Edinburgh, City of

Ordered £50 worth of food they listed it as delivered and nothing showed up. Even if we got the full refund we wouldn’t get the full price back considering delivery fee. Please don’t order from here

Awful experience I found a chicken FOOT in my boneless fillet absolutely disgusting!! I will not be eating any KFC ever again.

I am from the USA and this was on my way to Old Town so I thought what the hell. I admit I was curious to see if it was the same as in the USA. And it was not. It was MUCH better!!! I boneless strips were the best I ever had at KFC. Even the fries were very good. Service was fast and order was correct. Don't understand all the bad reviews my experience was very pleasant.

El pasado 24 de enero acudimos sobre las 20.30 horas o sobre eses espacio de tiempo las nueve de la noche al restaurante a pedir comida toda la familia, no es trato racista porque sabemos que si hubiéramos pedido libro de reclamaciones hubiéramos quedado mal ya que todo el.personal es de fuera de escocia pero bueno es lo de menos, mi queja fue mal trato, comida fría, pocas ganas de dar buen ambiente en el local, mesas sucias y sin recoger comidas etc. Pero que quede claro que no es tema racista sino de toque de atención hacia los empleados hacia los clientes. UN SALUDO, y espero para la próxima.no llevarnos la.misma opinión del lugar. Gracias

Been here waiting for my order for over 20 mins staff don’t give toss , excuse after excuse . Avoid at all costs

We visited this KFC this evening, all the order screens were full so we went up to the counter to order, ‘can you order at the screen’ we were told, we ordered and paid and it says take a number but there were no numbers to take. Then got told they don’t have some of what we ordered so had to change it, after already paying for it. The floor and tables were filthy, floor unswept, tables full of rubbish and dirty so we went downstairs. Found a table that was less dirty than the others and just as we sat down and poured our drinks, we got told they are closing downstairs in 5 mins, so we have to go upstairs. I said everywhere is dirty and she just looked at me. We go upstairs and it’s a disgusting mess. I asked for some plates, so we could divide the food, because now we had to sit on different tables, and they give me lids for buckets because they have no plates. They said toilets were closed so couldn’t wash our hands so I asked for wet wipes and they gave me one. I said there are four of us, so they gave me a few more which were completely dry. Honestly this was by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. Awful

I’ve given it a one but it deserves a 0!! We didn’t get a receipt from the SS machine just a number, when we were called I went over and didn’t think it was my order! I hadn’t ordered pineapple for my grandson and I wanted a fruit shoot he had a medium Pepsi max?? I pointed this out and she was flapping the paper about I said I don’t have a receipt, she was neither listening or bothered by what I was saying she was already on her next customer ! Our portions were so small my grandson who is 5 wanted more so I had to go back and get a large chicken popcorn as the beans and pineapple went in the bin! Definately won’t be back nearly £17 for nothing and terrible service!

After spending a bunch of money on an order they had put the receipt of our delivery order on someone elses food, so after spending £25 we got a small meal. Not delivery drivers fault purely careless staff. I advise to not order from this KFC at all costs.

Online order well over 1hour late. Refused to pick up the phone after. Literally the worst place to order from. Low quality food. Even lower quality service.

Do not visit this KFC. Three times over a week we asked for just 3/4 specific pieces in a 10 box meal. Every time we were told "we can't guarantee it". Yes we know that, but at least some chance would be nice or an offer of assistance with the request, you know, BASIC customer service. The people at the till have no intention of helping you in any way at all. And to top it all off - every time we went, the 10 box bucket was already sitting there made up. SO HARDLY COOKED FRESH FOR YOU!! - Don't waste your time go to McDonalds next door. KFC need to inspect this outlet.

Bought some takeaway food and ate at the neighboring McDonald's. Great taste as that of a KFC. The location is convenient.

This has got to be the worst experience ever. You ask for one thing and they give the other. The chicken was so overfried the outside was hard and oily and the chicken breast was super dry. The chips tasted old. My wife wanted tea but they didn’t give any milk. When she asked for a milk they turned round and said well she should have asked for it then go there’s no milk. Several of the table had past rubbish which the staff didn’t seem bothered on cleaning. All I could see was the staff behind the counter chatting and laughing among themselves. Seriously if you want better kfc goto the one nearby in Waverley Mall

Hi so I just had the worst experience in the KFC at St Andrew’s square. For starters the order is wrong. I ordered a boneless banquet, zinger box meal and a mini burger and mini wrap. The food I’ve just been given is the worst tasting food I’ve ever had from a KFC. The chicken tasted terrible. There was no crispy crusty chicken. I’ve come to love KFC meadowbank for their quality of food but what I’ve just received from your St. Andrews square branch fit my first visit there is horrendous. The boneless banquet was missing the popcorn chicken and the chicken strips or tenders just tasted so weird …. off they went straight into the bin. The zinger BOX meal didn’t even come in a box??? And then the ZINGER box meal didn’t even have a zinger burger in it??? Like how do you mess those up it’s literally in the name of the product. The wings that came with the meal were so dry and looked like they had been cremated. The chips were stale and gross like how are you messing up chips like that. The coleslaw was grey looking and unappetising I dunno how youse are selling that. The tango drink was rank I dunno how much it had been watered down but it tasted absolutely terrible and the Pepsi max was flatter than an ironing board. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had from a KFC and I wouldn’t even feed that to my cat and I hope you can honesty fix up cause that whole meal just went in the bin, what a waste of my time and money.

Lovely tasty food with not a long wait and extremely helpful manager and security staff. Will definitely visit again.

I went to this place cause I was hungry. The food was cold not even luke warm. The chips and gravy was the best part of my meal.

I work for delivey service and am getting pied off with staff and management who dont have order ready or even try to put it thou they expect u to wait 15 20 mins dont order from kfc cause u wont get ur food anytime...

Back from a tour, tired and hungry, order was taken quickly, food was ready within minutes. All items in the bag (unheard of in Australia) and service with a smile.

This is worst KFC ever! I came around 10ish during the week. Old smelly oil, smoky area without any ventilation, staff unfriendly and waiting time was too long 20 minutes?!?! Food was discussing, £8 for meal and you are selling terrible, old food! Never again!
