KFC in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Making use of Uber eats for the first time we thought we would try KFC for a Saturday lock down treat. Delivery was prompt and on time. We ordered the KFC bucket with sweet corn and fries. Both of the sweet corn was green and tasted off. Half of the fries went in the bin as they also were off coloured and green in colour also. Having enjoyed KFC chicken previously we expected crispy coated chicken but received damp greasy food. Would never use KFC again and would advise people to stay away if this is the quality they serve.

Slow Unmethodical unprofessional staff. Whilst stood in the queue I felt completely invisible to the staff who weren’t even busy, they where chatting joking shouting amongst each other. The supervisor was every bit as bad if not worse than the girls at the counter. On eventually ordering my food I was told I couldn’t have all of my change as they didn’t have it. She said ‘i haven’t got your change is that ok ?. With myself just thinking well it will have to be ok. Was sat down waiting for my food after 10 mins a member of staff walked by and I asked where my food was. She went over to get the food from the counter, even though the girl said she said she would shout when it was ready. After finally getting my food a combination of watery beans and missing mayonnaise lead me back to the counter after telling the girl it was missing mayonnaise she came back to tell me it did have mayonnaise on it even though I had dissected the burger and it defiantly didn’t. It appears the customer is always wrong at kfc even when they are right. With the general atmosphere of the place and people coming in to the use toilet and not even ordering food I will certainly not be eating here again. And what with the Uber man dashing around scaring the life out of me just put the icing on the cake.

After months of lockdown I was craving KFC. After shopping with my daughter, we went to the drive through on Beverley road. Was so disappointed. Although the chicken was hot and really nice , it wasn’t the original recipe . Don’t know why but was a let down. Gutted.

The few times i've been here i've had to wait about 30 minutes for take away food, always get at least one thing wrong with my order. On my last visit when i got home i started eating my corn on the cob when i realised it tasted strange, Then realised it had dust on it with stuff on it. So it was clear it had been dropped on the floor and put in my order anyway. Feel absolutely disgusted!! Absolute mess of a place, should be shut down

I waited over half an hour to be served no concept on how to take orders and then prepare the food it was more take an order and then process that whilst everyone was waiting. Had to leave in the end as I had to be back at work. Definite training issues and staff were rude and arrogant.

The worst kfc ive ever been to and I thought the Kingswood one was the worse. The staff are miserable and always get my order wrong,even when I take the food back and ask for the food I've bought, they question whether or not in lying. Very unprofessional. One woman who seemed to be wearing a different coloured top from the rest was just chatting on her phone not helping her staff which is why the food always takes long as they don't acknowledge customers waiting.Would not recommend, if u want cold, incorrect food that is never cooked correctly with a filthy restaurant, bev Road is the place to be

Visited at lunch time no staff customers walking out one staff member for drive thu and restaurant really poor

I enjoy a KFC every now and again and this one is close to where I work so we've been a few times. No matter who is on though, they always get the order wrong! We generally go through the drive through and something is either always forgotten or they've messed it up somehow by giving us the wrong food and because we've gone through the drive through, we don't realise until we're back in the office.If we ring up, they normally offer a repeat order but we've now stopped going as it's just a hassle to keep going back

This is my local KFC and each time the customer service seems to get worse. I visited last week with a friend and we both waited 15 minutes for a Krushem. I respect restaurants can get busy, but the young man who served us at the till was abrupt, rude and had an awful attitude. People were walking out without their paid orders as the wait for food was 30-45 minutes. Each time someone walked out, the staff laughed and called them ‘idiots’ or ‘impatient bastards’ in front of other customers. Other times I have seen and heard staff screaming at other staff for being lazy or slow. This may just be an issue of being understaffed but it makes the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and a bad visit. Other than that, it is always clean and tidy, and when it isn’t a ridiculously long wait for food the food is lovely.

Very good kfc food arrived quick and they was someone cleaning up whicb is rare for kfc. The kfc in hull city centre and york should follow up from this one.

If you are coming to this kfc I would not recommend the drive through. It takes around 20-30 mins to even get your food as you are waiting in ques. They often forget to give you some of the items you have ordered so always check your order before you leave.

Attended here tonight at 8pm, waited 15minutes to get served as they were serving 1 person at a time and waiting for there food before serving the next customer. It’s become a dry warm haven for Deliveroo riders, I counted 8 at one point all congregating round tables chatting. Staff more interested in doing their orders. Won’t be visiting here again. Disgusting service and attitude from staff. Not a place you feel comfortable sitting with children

I only ever visit at 7 or 8pm, perhaps this is why I never see the place as it is in photos. The chicken here is always well-prepared; never soggy or dry. Good value and prompt service always. No complaints.

Poor rating. Very mucky floors need a clean. Tables are sticky. Male toilet no lock on door , stinks of pee, some staff not even in uniform. Only good thing from today was the food was cooked perfect

Cold chips, soggy burger, diet coke best part of the meal. Service was ok although staff didn't seem very interested

All the food disposal bins were full to the brim. Tables were uncleared. Rubbish was all over the floor.

Came her last night after Theatre. Always looks nice and warm. Food was hot , kids love it. Very tasty.

Had KFC thought will make a change big mistake chicken was dry and looked over cooked and way to much salt myself and my family bined it as we talk to the staff about it all I got theys nothing wrong with it they did not even try a bit so we fed the bin and walked out never again will i go to KFC lost my custom service sucked and the food as well

Everything was bad!!! Never again will I return to this KFC. Got order wrong 4 times. Wrap was ridiculously spicy and chips were cold. At least the fire from the spice was cancelled out by the almost ice cold chips. The chips were colder than my heart when the till person messed up our orders several times. Hope you enjoyed that extended metaphor.

Even though I had to wait for burger and some time to be served, the shift manager who served me was very professional.
