The girl who served us at the drive through was great then the bad news tiny I mean tiny pieces of chicken very small portion of fries great if your going on a diet value for money it is not don't waste your time with this place.

Just went my local KFC. Was told they could only accept cash at the till and l would have to use an order screen! Sorry but if you can't be bothered to serve me l can't be bothered to use you. I don't want to stand there scrolling through menus for ages. I just want to tell them what l want and pay. It was notable that the place was empty. Bad move. Shame really because we were regulat customers. Not anymore.

Went through the drive through ordered 6piese bucket 4 fries £13.99. Comes to something when the fries were better than the dry 5 LEGS of chicken and 1 Thigh. Old Hill Kentucky you are the worst. Expensive crap.

Ordered online meal ready and waiting but meal was luke warm, chicken was dry and coating was tastless and not crisp chips soggy and also luke warm not enjoyable at all won't be going back any time soon

We have just been to you for the 9 price chicken bucket drive round and asked for one that is on offer from 26th july to 30th august 2022 we was told it was not no there and you was waiting for halow chicken to come in as we was not happy we asked you where the closes that was doing this offer you told us Halesowen so we drive down to there and surprize they was not doing it there so after a total waist of time we went home well thanks for that if you are not doing the offer why say you are, We are not happy about this at all.

A horrendous visit through the drive through, never again, 15 mins for 2 lukewarm mini fillet burgers and that was even wrong it should have been 3, when questioned got told tough you only got charged for 2, very rude and terrible customer care, no advisement of delays or shortages and as had already waited so long for 2, can’t think how cold they would have been by the time the third arrived.

We live 2 minutes away from here and if I’m honest I don’t know why we keep trying, every time we order it takes over 20 minutes to do even if we only order a piece of chicken! They overcharge! They constantly miss several items from every meal! It’s always COLD! And the customer service from every staff member is ridiculous a 5 year old would be more polite! Charge us for sauce that we never receive, run by teenagers with no manners, and who don’t care! Just throw random stuff in a bag and say it’s all there! Leave the drive through que even if it’s only two cars to wait over 30 minutes before Even coming onto the communicator and never listen to anybodys order! Everyone has a face like their Mums have just died! NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN SICK OF IT

Ordered fillet box meal for 1. I received fillet tower burger for 1. Spicy salsa sauce which I thought was ketchup which I hate. I had to take off the hashbrown which was full of this awful sauce. It was £2.00 more than the one I ordered. This staff member I have encountered before and I cannot understand her although I believe she is English. This review applies to KFC Netherton Cradley Heath only. I will not be visiting here again.

I just went threw the drive through and I got home and there was a big long brown hair in my food and it wasn’t mine as I have blond hair and my friend has Red would never visit again smh

Just collected takeaway from this branch the service was quick and the staff were very polite and helpful a credit to your store oh and the meal was great 👍

Used this restaurant a lot lately as working locally, wait time varies but sometimes can be a long wait while they cook the chicken, not a issue normally but today i received £100 parking fine for parking 12 mins over the allotted time, restaurant not interested, not there issue, they happy that customers have long waits at the drive thru for food but stay few mins extra on the carpark, and £100 fine thank you KFC wont be eating there again

Awful!! Chips not fully cooked, no ice cream available with kid meal, no side with any meals but paid for !! Can guarantee I won’t be eating at this branch again !!!

Having used this kfc in the past, i am inclined to avoid this place as clearly the cashier cant listen to a simply order, or to ensure the press the correct buttons on the till. Having had order confirmed verbally by the cashier, when i got home from a drive thru order to notice my gravy instead was listed as god damn coleslaw. Id say its a one off but the amount of times had wrong order through the drive thru service, but ive lost count. If you want missing or incorrect items go drive thru, definitely avoid this branch in particular.

Had a 10 piece family feast,food was hot,chicken was juicy and very tasty Thank you KFC for being at work and providing our favourite family treat.

Long wait in que, when I got to till, I was told "hang on "so I continued to wait. Told no popcorn so can't serve you boneless banquet, ok I said what can I have looking at large menu, made quick choice, as the que was getting longer. So when I was waiting for our meals there seemed to be a problem in the kitchen and the young lad putting meals together was having problems, the girl on the till was trying to help. They only seemed to be interested in serving the drive through. When the lad gave me our meals he said sorry have to throw your hot chocolate away and remake it ok. So I gave my husband the bag no tray he went to find a seat. I stood there while he fetched a carton of milk to make the hot choc. While I was waiting I noticed the girl on the till taking meals out to waiting cars. The meal was fine although mine was colder than I would of enjoyed. There would of been no point in complaining as I felt they had all had enough. There was no customer service we felt as though we were a inconvenience. Maybe it was a staffing issue but it was bad there were people coming back saying that they had stuff missing from their order, in fact I realised half way that they had missed off my gravy, I went back with my receipt and the lad glared at it and I showed him I have paid for a pot of gravy. It was just a shambles. This needs sorting out. Otherwise people just will not go there again. The other problem was the Uber drivers coming in.

the wings were over cooked and didnt taste of anything as poorly cooked, when i got back home some of order was missing....not very good waited outsde in car and felt ignored as window was closed and un welcoming

I ordered a fillet box meal and a trilogy box meal. The fillet was a zinger, I don’t like spicy food so I couldn’t eat my meal. It also didn’t have a piece of original recipe chicken, it had a boneless fillet. The trilogy box meal was missing the box of popcorn chicken. I ordered two Pepsi Max cherry however only received one. I also ordered two large sides mash and gravy, however I received two mash. This isn’t the first time I’ve received wrong orders from this store. I don’t expect to pay £20 for food and not even receive what I ordered.

Iv nrver been so discusted with any were. Dirty tables Dirty floors Staff smokin out side Rude staff. Food was cold so it went back girl said that it was all like that.

I come to this branch regularly. Tracey serves me most of time when she’s on till, she always gives an execellent service. She always ask how I am and I enjoy her company and our little chats at the counter.Tracey came over to me to see if everything was okay with my food. She’s pleasant lady I enjoy coming into this branch. She goes the extra mile for her customers, to make sure everyone is okay and their orders.

First visit here for a while, quick service food good no problems was a lot cleaner inside compared to previous visits

What the hell has happened to the fries the things they sell now are disgusting definitely won't be going again unless they go back to the original fries

Always something wrong from here. Tonight they forgot the piece of chicken, I mean I know it’s really brain taxing to put 3 or 4 things in a box but come on guys or not difficult! And now KFC have decided to swap fries with serving what is basically oven chip! Woefull!!!!!! Shame they have no real competition

Went there recently. Ordered food and paid...… only to be told 10 minutes later that they had been 'busy' and didn't have any chicken!. No offer of a refund, but was offered a drink. This happened to the next few customers, too - not honest about their lack of chicken. On the plus side, the restaurant was a lot tidier than previous visits. No food on the floor and some pride in the appearance - maybe this was helped by the lack of food on offer. When the food did arrive, the pieces were very small - extremely small. As requested, I filled in the online survey, was contacted and have been sent a voucher for less than a third of the bill - a little disappointing. I wont be returning to this branch which should be considered a failing for a decent brand and KFC should seriously making changes here

After going through the drive thru we had to wait 20 minutes for our food which was then brought to us by a moody girl with no apologies no reasons nothing not even a smile.THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD!!!

Out on business & needed a hot drink & snack. Ordered a fillet burger meal & cup of tea. To be told they don’t have any tea bags. 2nd choice hot chocolate, which also wasn’t available. 3rd choice orange juice, only kids fruit shoots available or fuzzy drinks. Which I didn’t want. Actually needed a hot cuppa as on the road on business.

Food is always hot, gravy is consistent and the staff are always friendly and accommodate your order. Good for just a snack

Popped in for my monthly fi of fried chicken and like other KFC the food tastes the same You know what you get and I love the zinger burger

No chicken on the bone.. shocking for a kfc!! Although the service was fast the food quality was poor, the Gravy was like water.

Terrible service is standard at this KFC. The size of the chicken portions is ridiculously small. If you want a long for awful food this is the place.

i spend £25 awful chicken r very dry not fresh and chips , no ice in pepsi , - never go back there again. cant wait new (Dudley) in October 2016

The food is ok, but the service can be slow most times, with staff getting mixed up with the orders, not the bet if you want quick service
