KFC in Neath Port Talbot

Just ordered a Bbq tower meal wot a joke. First I had to wait 10 mins for my meal as I was asked to parked up. After getting home the rice I ordered was a few table spoons not enough to feed a kid. Surprise surprise no one answering the phone - not happy

Stood at the counter for approximately 7 mins. Nobody acknowledged me or asked for my order. They were not busy. The three people behind the counter were just chatting. So I turned and left.

tasty bred with chicken, cant complain. gave me the shi** per usualy but thats what you expect, nice clean out. left my bottom rawer than blue steak, stung a bit aswell but iput that down to the cheap loo roll from pound mover or streetcher cant remember properly. overwall would return again

Got to the pace walked in with my partner and 4 children.only 6 other people sitting in.the inside was absolutely awful. Food on the floors and on every table that was in there.the bins inside were also rammed full. Disgraceful.

Shocking as always !!! Complete shambles and incompetence from staff and mangers. The drive through was not Woking after being sat there for already 20 mins was told to go in store along with all the other cars that were waiting. Got in store to use the touchscreens but had no option to make the meal large! Finally after 45 mins I was leaving the restaurant with my food. I got home I do not know what happened to the gravy is was disgusting to the point I did not want to eat it after the first bite it was like water and tasted of soap absolutely disgusting. The two pieces in the bone from my mighty bucket for one were hardly mighty more like road kill. KFC district management need to they a grip of this place just look at the overwhelming reviews on here I will not be going back I’d rather drive further to llansamlet

Called at KFC to pick up a takeaway for the grandchildren. I thought it would be a quick option but I was wrong. We placed order through the self service option, paid but never got a receipt showing what we had ordered . Unlike some other KFC,s the order numbers never showed up on a board so you had to wait till they called your number. We were then told that we would have to wait about 15 minutes as the chicken on the bone was cooking. In that time the drinks were poured & left on counter. As we waited the place got busier with staff all checking their orders on a small screen. it seemed to be a bit chaotic in there. We eventually got our order in a bag to take away. I never thought to check the order but when I arrived at my sons house one of the side orders was missing. It was annoying as they certainly had plenty of time to make sure the order was correct & it certainly wasn't worth heading back there, plus I never had receipt anyway. If their service is that haphazard I wouldn't want to go back there again.

Forgot to order sause couldnt get the staff to order it at the pick up point on the drive through . Really not very accommodating and frequently running out of loads of the basics.

It was awful,the staff seemed super moody I’m not happy!!!!!!!!!!!! The old women was very rude towards me

I was in the drive through and fair play they where busy but the amount of time it took and the size of the queue was unbelievable long but overall the food was lovely

Order through app, can't get it wrong surely, with no sauce. Reason for review and 1 star, well not once, not twice but 3 times (separate occasions). Is the app not clear enough to no sauce for burger?

Cycled to their drive through and was refused an order because we were not in a vehicle heavy enough to register. Was informed motorcycles were being refused also. Informed the gentleman that I would be making a complaint as I did not see the problem.

First time at kfc Went there as treat with my kids I had the vegan burger and the chicken popcorn for the children Very clean And extra care taken on the door handles etc Nice Staff

I’ve been to this restaurant plenty of times in the past and back then they never got my orders wrong but all of the sudden they’ve gone way down hill and never get my orders right, the first time they messed up my order was when I ordered a Zinger Burger (PLAIN) I asked for PLAIN And They Messed That Up, I found out about this by the time I got home. Another note is that the table’s are NEVER Clean, every time I’ve been inside it’s always been messy, the workers look miserable and underaged and the place is short staffed from my point of view. I am very happy to say that I won’t be returning again and I will treat myself to a McDonalds Instead.

Service was rubbish, order was wrong, chips were soggy, didn't ask what dessert we wanted with the kids meal, chicken wasn't the best either,, I love KFC but won't be attending this one in a hurry again

Brilliant service must I say the lady who served me think her name is Natalie is a credit to this place everytime I have been order has been spot on ..will definitely visit again

On walking in,instant reaction was nice,clean and spacious.However on being served a very emotionless,rude,no eye contact and with no customer service skills girl served us.Waited 10 minutes for food to take awa,no apology.We had to get our own drinks carrier and had to ask for our water. Very rude.Won’t be returning to the Port Talbot branch again!!

Absolutely disgrace, staff are slow and show no interest in what they should be doing, got order completely wrong,no emotion showed in the terrible apology. Employing children to do adults jobs to save money doesn't show in the service they offer in return

Whenever we have stopped here to pick up food it never really hor and gets cold really quick. Can not say I am impressed and only stop as a last resort.

Pop in for quick lunch, set meal it’s was very cold and very greasy meal and table and floor was very dirty. Never going back there again, Please avoid ifs you are in Port Talbot area.

Took my family there this week and the place needs a good clean floors in eating area had paper and waste food on it And the chips are horrendous wouldn’t give them a dog Won’t support kfc again McDonald’s/Burger King knock spots off them

The food was cheap and tasty enough, but the place is absolutely filthy in the public eating areas so I wonder how clean the food prep areas are.

For the last 7 months every time I visit the drive through i`m told no ice cream or shakes. About time you got it fixed Port Talbot it`s getting beyond a joke now. Also no barbecue dips again

No real use of talking you out of like/dislike. KFC is what everyone knows. This establishment serves at a good speed as a good drive through and is situated in an ideal spot for locals out shopping at many near stores.

Honestly, one of the worst customer service I've ever had. Me and my fiancé came at around 10 because I had to be taken to out of hours in NPTH which meant my night was bad enough already, then as we got to the window this woman gave my fiancé a foul look which is just unnaceptable. This was fallowed up by the worst packing of food I had ever seen in my life, the chips were at the bottom, everything was just carelessly chucked in there, the only thing saving this from a 1 was the DECENT food, not something I'd pay for again mind you given the service. On a side note, the southern bites were just a few pieces of chicken with some bbq sauce at the bottom, could have at least put in the effort to shake it a bit, jesus christ.

Went here 2 weeks ago and again tonight, Natalie who served us both times is a credit to the company, she's always on the go and will do anything to make your stay just that bit better, polite and helpful on questions about the menu,,, food was very good and we'll be back very soon,, well done KFC.

Do not even bother, staff are clueless, rude and just do not care, food crap and rubbery, even a tapeworm would say 'no thanks', don't waste your money and go elsewhere. Needs a bloody good scrub in there.we walked in saw other people's food and cleanliness of place and just walked out.

Place needs a good clean .. it is unhygienic people got to eat there .. what is wrong with this place it is going down hill fast and food is over cooked .. needs improving drastically

Well if your using the drive through lucky you ! That means you don’t have to sit in the disgusting restaurant! I’ve added photos from today, now bare in mind it’s very quiet at 2pm in the afternoon only 4 people in the restaurant eating, no one waiting to be served, the staff all standing around with nothing to do ! So who cleans the restaurant ? No one obviously, the chairs have weeks worth of dust and dirt and are more than thread bare ! The floor and the tables needed a quick going over, ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY ! Now I understand perhaps when it’s busy, but it was practically empty ! Only good point got food quickly, but it was empty !

after paying asked to park up while waiting for food, 20minutes later my husband had to go into the store to then wait while others were served. The family feast was what we ordered but when we got home we had a very poor bargain bucket. the person managing this kfc needs to open his eyes and get some staff that could do the job there paid for.

Where do I start? Got charged a different price for the meal than on the menu, nearly every drink was out of stock so I had to load a 7 year old with sugar, there was no cutlery and all the sides given with the meal were past their sell by time - the gravy by over 4 hours. How did I know that? I read the KFC stickers on them - not hard to find for the staff to realise was it?

not a happy customer let me point out a few things,the card machine have not worked for a good 3 months or more the first time i went there they did not have no gravy and the staff said that they would have too send someone down too crosshands kfc for gravy lol also then i was told cash only that was at least 3 months ago or more also the chips were cold and disgusting and recently i thought things were getting better there and i was mistaken again cash only for some reason but before that when i was ordering food one of the staff told me everything was gone up in price but let me tell u people nah on the board were it shows u when u drive through was a lot cheaper mmmmmm work it out its not rocket science i think that,s against the law dont u kfc also when i referred this too the management team in london they said i would get some kind of reward for informing the head office oh do u really want too no what i got a £3 voucher lol disgusting

Against my better judgement, thought would try again. Yes i know they had trouble with thier supplier. They say back to normal. Well i agree, they may have chicken back in but not the wraps to go with it. Have asked several times since "back to normal", but now even myself and family give up. Wanted £1.49 chicken barbecue wraps, plenty of chicken but no wrap. I could have had the £3.49 chicken wrap, Not very good at maths but 6 small less expensive than if you six large.??. You also have a long wait as only one on the till Saturday lunch time. Long queue for drive in.No sorry we don't have that, just no dont have any. Burger King here i come.

My son went to get food for the family. This ridiculous place got the order tottaly wrong. Chips were missing wraps were missing basically it was absolutely rubbish.

Called to this store today to purchase a meal on my lunch break, I was asked to park up for 5 minutes when they prepare my meal, 17 minutes later I enquire as to the hold up only to then be offered my meal that apparently sat there for 15 minutes and was now cold because it seemed someone working there was more interested in what's on facebook than doing there job and providing the goods / service that I had paid for never again will I go to this store.

Nice & friendly, always well cooked food and always clean. Beware if your like me & a bit larger, the toilet cubicles are tiny.

Called and ordered mighty bucket for 1 , I have ordered variety meal from Bridgend KFC as well and seem to have the same problem THEY DONT LIKE GIVING BREAST OF CHICKEN, I asked were the chicken breast was, and the girl said we only give out 1 chicken breast every 40mins, icould not believe what I was hearing and asked for my money back KFC should get their act together

I went off KFC until I called here a couple of months ago. Now a bit more regular than Mcd's I don't know if it's me but the taste from here is second to none. It's fast food but you know that before you go. The staff are quick and polite.

It's as though the staff are overworked and underpaid. Ok if you REALLY want KFC but if not, definitely choose somewhere else. Dirty tables, dirty floor. Kitchen looks clean enough but unpleasant to eat in.

Been a here a few times with the kids and family. And whenever we go it's always busy. Generally filled with kids. The staff look run off their feet and this lets the service down slightly. On more than one occasion I've had to go back in or send my son in to get something they'd forget on to put in the bag. This is either in the drive through or the restaurant bit. The food is always nice I have no complaints at all but it's just the little things that need work. Like remembering to put straws in the bag when you have a drink. Or include chips with a meal that's been ordered. Staff are always really helpful though and apologetic but if they just took an extra few seconds to check what they are serving against what's been ordered.

I do not know what they do to the burgers but chewy aint the word I thought at first it was a one off but no tried twice more and they seem like they are solid in the middle.They are also very good at giving you the same very small chicken portions in a variety bucket (expect wings and legs only no breasts ect for you) which makes me wonder if the actually only do two types of chicken now. Sadly my hubby loves KFC so we may have to go back but prefer the one in Bridgend Macarther glen to be honest they at least give you a variety and the burgers are not solid as a rock followed by hours of chew time but it is a long drive for chicken.

Poor quality, chicken was barely coated in the seasoning. Every thing just chucked in the cartons, very sloppy service, really horrible fries, they are the worst I have ever tasted, they went in the bin! Not returning that's for certain. Disgraceful food and sloppy

My partner and myself called here not long ago, we each had the boneless banquet for 1. The microphone in the drive through was very quiet and couldnt understand the young girl who was talking to us,anyway we got to the window only to be met with a young girl who had love bites all over her neck,and couldnt really talk as she had a mouthful of chewing gum.she did not even say thankyou when we paid,could not be bothered although it was 11.30 am you would think she would have woken up by then. Opend box to find chips (all 6 of them) soggy and freezing cold, pieces of chicken looked and tasted like they were from previous night. They didnt have any serviettes or salt. Could not believe it with a massive chain why dont staff make sure they have enough serviettes. No taste to food at all,went back to say and the same girl said "it's not my fault i didnt cook it" i left tamping.i really used to love k.f.c but this is the 2nd time have been (previously in bridgend) and been disappionted, i should have listened to the lady in pets at home as she said that branch are not very good you have to catch them on a good day. Come on k.f.c get you're act together you are losing customers left,right and centre.

This kfc definitely is missing something . They can't cope with the demand . It's possible they're under staffed . Something is definitely needed at this branch . A great bunch of the tables are dirty . Bathroom hygiene is decent but this branch definitely needs some tlc . Food was okay but service took a long time with a big queue inside and people having to park up and wait outside too . Intense for the staff i bet something is needed for future improvement to make this a sustainable establishment .

Called in kfc on Monday 22nd Feb must say although you can't use the speaker to say what you want,the girl that served me was very pleasant and very quick.I only had spicy wings but they were fab like they always are.

Ordered the 6 portion bucket, got home, and there was barely any coating on the chicken. I should really have returned it . But it's a dive away and a miserable wet and windy evening. I have to say it's the first time it's happened. But I was truly annoyed. I put it down to sheer laziness on the food prep area staff!., standards slipped on this occasion!

It's kfc :-) It was nice, the same as most other kfc's but that's the point! Isn't it? I love kfc as don't eat much meat is beef or pork etc . If chicken is what you like then have a kfc.

This is our local KFC for a treat. It is by far the best one we've been to. Food is always hot and chicken portions a good size and freshly cooked. Some you go to are awful, and yes we complain.Not sure how standards can be so different. But fair play to this one for doing a fab job. :)

Smashing food, great easy parking, good staff, helpful and informative. They do have special offers too, worth looking out for, we had 20% off our food.

Drove home to find everything in the box was not what we ordered. Long drive back to complain and the girl on the counter didn't really know what to do!

Amazing food will be returning again and again food was nice only snag was fries were alittle cold but otherwise amazing foods. Would Recomend to anyone in Portalbot or leaving the beach front .

Called in after day on beach. Friendly staff. Our order included 5 portions of fries. They were cold. Friendly girl offered to replace them which she did but second lot were no better. We eat rest of meal and left the fries. Drink missing from kids meal - had to ask for one.

I've been to this establishment on 3 occassions and been sent away because they have no chicken eithen theve run out all together or they run out of dark/ light meat not very well organised so go to llansamlet now .

Needed something to eat on a bank holiday Monday so stopped here for food. Your typical KFC clean tidy staff great friendly and cooperative ,floors and tables clean nice to see. Thank you

The staff were ever so friendly, helped me choose the best meal for myself within price what i personally like, seating area was very clean and the food its self was certainly not greasy as some would suggest, great meal out

well drained pieces of chicken not dripping in oil, crisp chips and very fresh salads with a good choice of dressings also being able to have a different side order when having a meal deal and also staff who try their hardest to be helpfull

Nice all rounder, what you would expect of a take away, reasonably priced, just check your order before leaving if ordering at drive in, as mistakes are made occasionally.

KFC is always nice, always seems nice and clean too. Staff are mostly helpful and they always have quite good customer service.

Convenient for local shoppers in the area and a good stop off after a visit to the beach. After all it's KFC.

Been here a lot and every time we go and get a takeaway they short change us with food every time,last time took my 6 yr old down(we live in tonna) so 20 mins down and back as a treat as he wanted it that night.Made my orderthe girl messed that up ,had to have a refund on that,got home only to find my wrap had no cheese or coleslaw as advertised and my box meal had no gravy,i was so bloody annoyed,they do it with all takeaway orders.Havent been there since,has put me off,would rather go to macdonalds as they dont do this. Sort it out KFC,youre losing business and get some decent staff. Rip off they should rename it.

Excellent service with staff helpful in choosing a meal. quick service. parking of my car was easy with only a short walk to restaurant. very clean toilets . But the main entrance floor gets very slippery., the rubber at the end of my walking stick was slipping all over the floor its very dangerous. Its also a bit noisy when the schoolchildren have their meal. It gets very busy from 12 till 1-00 o'clock. but you don't have to wait long for your order

We decided to treat ourselves to some Chicken after a busy day, I prepared the plates, condiments, utensils, drinks and add on's while Wifey drove to the KFC diner. All was perfect with the meal as long as you don't mind being Two dips short, why it is beyond staff to double check a simple order is beyond me. Would have been a 5 star rating but what good is a meal that is not a full meal as advertised. A phone call brought the lame excuse we will add you to the list and make up to you next time you visit, there may never be a next time.

Every time I come here they always can't complete u r order as they always run out for such a big franchise you would think they would have enough supplies and they always close earlier than what time it actually should won't be here no more go mcdonalds instead

Service is ok, food is ok. Just OK. You know what you are going to get and you get it efficiently. However on our last visit ordered and paid for a 12 piece boneless meal but when we got home only received 9. Not worth a second trip to collect the missing pieces but will definitely check the contents of the meal ordered in the future.

Last time I visited this place was at quarter to closing time.Went to the drive thru to hear I'm sorry we are closed, so I asked what time do you close, and the reply was at o'clock... My response was that it was only quarter to, the girls answer buckled me,"We'll it's o'clock by our clocks in here so were closed"Really pissed me off, don't lie, just say, you've been quiet so you have knocked everything off, I would have said fair enough and that would have been that.Really need to work on your people skills in there.
