Was ok- delivered pretty quickly and what we recieved was hot. Chicken was a bit 'chewy' and one kebab didt have the lettuce etc as requested. I'd probably try elsewhere before ordering again

Had the roast chicken, wow, I couldn't really work out what it was. It has been burned, re-warmed, then fried then re-heated again and maybe again, it was as dry as dry could be and actually not much left of it. The taste, well I had to at least try it, well, it tasted how it looked, appalling. Needless to say I didn't eat it, best place was the bin, undoubtedly it would have made me ill anyway, what an expensive piece of trash.

nice freshly made burgers and pizzas, the 'deals' dont always work out cheaper though, ideal food for a beer sponge on the way home

I’ve ordered a delivery from here on two occasions, on both occasions, the price when being delivered has not matched the price given over the phone or on the menu, they add on to the price every time!! When I’ve called them to do discuss this, they get agitated on the phone, and talk so quick you can’t understand them. To be fair, the food has gone down hill here to, it used to be very good, but for me it’s now boarder line dreadful, I for one will not be getting ripped off again here!!

Really enjoy food from here fast delivery the app is amazing and loads easier than calling just as quick food it hot when arriving staff are kind and friendly :):) and always gives me my salad separate when I for get to ask they already no lol thank you

I've eaten from here regularly, occasionally get a messed up order, occasionally get poor food. On the whole though food is better than other similar businesses in the area. Delivery is generally pretty quick. Problems: Guys manning the phone have poor English and there are often misunderstandings over order. They advertise weekend service until midnight but actually stop at 11:20pm. Food hygiene still 3/5.

Just eat doesn't allow you to order and have the correct delivery fee so don't use it. Their Web page is ok though. Pizza has a weird taste and on both occasions we've ordered food has been at least 15mins late and cold. Won't be ordering from there again

I find golden grill food has gotten better this year never get my orders wrong and my food is always hot on delivery very quick delivery too :)

Pizza / Kebabs / Burgers / Chips, etc. I haven't eaten from here for a few years and wasn't overly impressed by the food in the past. Recently another pizza / kebab outlet has opened in this village and 'Golden Grill' seems to have upped its standards to compete. I've ordered Pizza on several occasions, the staff have been polite, the food has been very good, prices are fair, they deliver where their opposition will not and their delivery times are excellent, (my most recent order was delivered in 10 minutes - I live about 4 miles away). I really wish I could give this place 5 stars but what should have been a great evening left me feeling disappointed. The food itself was amazing and everyone at the table loved it. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. We arrived for our 5.30 booking only to be told we weren’t in the system. We provided our email proof from 3 weeks earlier and it took 2 staff members to find us a table, with them saying ‘Luckily the 5pm table didn’t show up so you can sit here.’ If the 5pm table had arrived would we have been turned away, despite booking in advance? We were given menus and told someone would be over soon to take our orders. In that time we saw 2 more tables enter, be seated and have their orders taken whilst we sat there. 30 minutes passed before we were even asked if we wanted to order drinks. At this point tables that arrived after us had already ordered their food. We were also told ‘Your booking was messed up because someone had sat you accidentally and then removed your booking altogether.’ I understand human error but it felt like we were being told that they had basically deleted our booking and if we didn’t have proof we wouldn’t have gotten a table. We finally began receiving our starters and everyone at the table loved them. We had to ask the server to take our empty glasses away and order more drinks and it seemed as if none of the servers knew what the others were doing. One checked on us and said she would return with drinks but then another came to clear and asked us about ordering more drinks - I understand the confusion if it was a large restaurant but there are only about 9 tables in total! The sharing platters arrived for the mains and there were no complaints to be had with the food - it was all amazing. At 7.20 (about an hour from when we’d first had our starters), our platters were cleared and then we were asked if we wanted dessert. A member of the party asked for the menu to take a look and was told ‘If you want dessert it will have to be quick as you need to leave the table by 7.30.’ We were all shocked and extremely disappointed as we had not been told we would be limited to a time frame for the table. Due to the error with seating us and waiting 30 minutes for an order to be taken we’d been rushed through our meals and only had an hour at most to eat. We even checked our email to see if it was mentioned in the booking, only to find there’s none. What was most disappointing was seeing tables that had arrived before us still eating and chatting whilst we were being told to vacate the table. It felt like we were unwanted from the start by the staff. We did have dessert - at another restaurant that wanted our custom! We had heard such great things regarding this place but I’m not sure I will return unless I feel like being forgotten about and rushed through a meal.

We called thru the drive thru at 21:26 had to wait to be served no apology about the wait when we finally ordered our food we were told there was no gravy and was given terrible attitude by the young girl who served us my partner went into the store to speak to the manager only to receive full attitude no apology what so ever and got told there was no stock to make extra gravy when I know you make the gravy in the store as I was a manager there a few years ago so I know how the store is run with stock ect the team leader in charge was a youngster who was more concerned about messing around with the staff and not a care in the world about any customer who was waiting this store is a shambles and staff need to be trained properly especially the team leaders in charge I will never go back to the store and will be speaking to head office

I tried this at founders & co, and the cost to quality ratio is way off in my opinion. It's decent, but in my opinion it's not worth £14 without fries, and £2 for sauces is taking the biscuit... Money driven business compared with the other food offerings in founder and Co. Unfortunate. It looks better than it tasted to be honest. Fell a bit flat, the bun was nicely Toasted but had bit of grill gunk on it from dirty grill utensils, and the cheese was an odd choice in my opinion. Again, at £14, it's simply a decent double cheese burger, and I couldn't stomach spending more for a burger just to add toppings.. Heard the restaurant is decent. The residency at founders didn't tick all the boxes for me though.

The food there is lovely.. But please don't go there if you a homosexual as staff decided to talk about you in the reception area in full hearing of paying customer. I got banned last night from the venue as staff talk about people who go to the gym. Friends of mine over heard a conversation about myself being poofy a gay to gay and some I can't write here so me being me went over and told them to they face . But then I had my pic done with a member of staff the other night and after I left was told the member of staff said I did not really want my pic taken with him. Thing is I'm known everywhere not for being poofy mind. People who go here make sure you look good because they talk about everyone. They talk about each other witch I find bad if I'm honest. I have spoken to a lot of people. And they have left for feeling uncomfortable being there. Think they all gone to the new gym by b&m they said lot better there. I'm off to the new leisure center in neath. Bye bye new plazza. Yeah and they can't get anyone to do classes there as no one wants to do it there... Terrible really bad. I been going there since it opened.. And they treat people like that. Don't waist your money
