Staff don't acknowledge customers stood at their tills for service needed there can be stood there for 5 or 10 mins waiting watching at least 4 staff 3 of which wasn't up to much but yet I'm stood there twiddling my thumbs so I decided to walk out unsatisfied and fed up to take my business else where. This has happen on a number of occasions but this time I'm deciding to leave a review. Higher staff than take notice of what's going on in there work place after you are in the restaurant business so expect customers needing to be served.

I ordered the fillet tower meal and it came very quickly, the food was lukewarm warm and the chips were hot? Today I’m ill and have a stomach ache and can’t get off the toilet. Surely you can get to cooking the chicken that you serve daily to the correct temperature!!! No passion, corner cutting, and a miserable excuse for a restaurant. I will be making a formal complaint!

Have been in a number of KFCs over the years but this is at the bottom. A wrap which can be seen in the picture. Good point was the piece of chicken was tasty however the filling looks like the staff could not bd bothered filling as displayed on their posters. Suggest visiting another food outlet

Horrible... The restaurant (Trough) was dirty and needed a bloody good sweep and then a jet wash! Staff were there but that's about all I can say about them. The food was hot, the chicken was dry and overcooked. You have the cheek to charge £2 for a tablespoon full of baked beans that were so overcooked they came out of the pot in one clump! A full tin of beans is 80p that's a 1200 per cent markup!!! The "Large Fries" HaHaHa! In what world was that a large portion of Fries!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IT SH IT!!!

I'm a regular customer to this kfc and I've never been so disgusted by the language and lack of customer service I received on my last!!!!! Visit . I would of thought kfc would employ qualified staff with skills that involves customer service . Kfc human resources need to attend this store and make changes !! I/e new manager !!!! Chances are they won't only won't our money which I will never do again. Even the immature girl serving me needs sacking !!! Avoid save your money it's not appreciated at this kfc .!! Open on a wet and windy day in Sturry. A helpful staff member helped me order,and saved me money in the process. Food was as fresh as you can get from KFC,nothing tasted as if it had been kept warm.

Todas las mesas vacías estaban sucias tratando de que alguien limpiara una era como si les estuviera pidiendo que sostuvieran una granada de mano, no había un aerosol desinfectante usado solo un paño húmedo que agarró de debajo del mostrador, dejó la mesa empapada y ella simplemente pasé un paño húmedo sobre la comida que se había caído de clientes anteriores y me escabullí para tomar el pedido de mi esposo. Me senté y esperé a que mi esposo pidiera nuestra comida. Ella procedió a decirle "antes de ordenar tienes que escanear el código QR en la aplicación" mi esposo le preguntó "qué aplicación" ella dijo "la aplicación para el código QR" la joven no estaba interesada en explicar lo que tenía que descargar a su teléfono ella se quedó con los brazos cruzados encogiéndose de hombros. Me levanté para ayudar y resolví que era para la APLICACIÓN NHS COVID 19 y lo resolví Tomé la foto del código QR Estaba bastante orgulloso de mí mismo, esta es la primera vez que uso la aplicación, lo había hecho con éxito bajo presión porque teníamos hambre y queríamos pedir nuestra comida. Cerró el teléfono y en ese momento preguntó si habíamos escaneado el código QR. parece que no puede volver a entrar y ver que lo ha hecho. Así que se puso arsey y luego dijo "oh, no importa" y luego a medias tomó nuestro pedido en ese momento, la mesa que tenía que limpiar para nosotros antes fue tomada por otra persona. Así que volvimos a pedir que limpiaran una mesa, nos detuvimos 3 minutos con nuestra comida esperando en nuestras manos esperando a que limpiaran la mesa (3 minutos es mucho tiempo cuando tienes hambre y sabes que esas patatas fritas se enfrían después de las 3 5 minutos en ese momento volví a pedir que limpiaran la mesa y un joven muy amable casi saltó por encima de la puerta baja para ayudarnos.En general, incluso si no había una pandemia, el nivel de limpieza de las mesas es deficiente. Después de haber terminado nuestra comida y estábamos a punto de irnos había un limpiador limpiando mesas. No hay muchas mesas disponibles para sentarse debido al distanciamiento social y todas estaban sucias y así todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí. Bastante pobre. El personal debe estar seriamente capacitado sobre cómo explicar la aplicación NHS COVID 19 si sus clientes TIENEN que escanear el código QR antes de poder realizar un pedido.

No tea or coffee available. Filthy toilet. Hand dryer not working. Tables left unclean and discourteous staff. Never again

A late morning fill up at this branch while out on business. Plentiful parking,lots of seating ,fast and efficient service,same old standard menu food.

Horrible . . . Cuando entré, una señora que se iba me deseó suerte. ! Desde que recibí mi recibo esperé 15 minutos por mi comida. Fue un caos! Cuando llegué a casa había tanta grasa en el cubo que se cayó el fondo y el pollo se derramó por todas partes. ¡Creo que haré un sándwich en su lugar!

Just popped in for a wotrking lunch ordered fairly quickly,food was hot tables were fairly clean ordered Two pieces and hot wings really good ordered latte machine not working.

Take away really awful, Chicken was dark brown & oozing ‘spent’ grease, Fries were lukewarm & tasted boiled. The Frying Oil kettles were long overdue for cleaning & refill with fresh oil. Manager obviously trying to improve his overhead.

Ordered a meal and when served I asked where the chips were. So having waited while 4 new customers were all served I asked for the meal to be replaced. After what can only be described as a stuck record I said forget the meal I"ll have a refund. What should have been an easy transaction was drawn out by a staff member who just kept asking the same questions. McDonalds here I come PS in order to complete the review I had to give one mark else it would have been zero.

Visitamos esta cadena como un regalo de sábado para nuestro hijo. Solo había dos miembros del personal al servicio, ambos de los cuales solo tenían un coeficiente intelectual de aproximadamente 2, el establecimiento estaba sucio, había un tipo que limpiaba las mesas a medias, toda la experiencia nos ha quitado la oportunidad de volver a un KFC.

Tuvimos un almuerzo tarde aquí. La comida era normal, el servicio está bien, pero el estado del lugar! Si eres un poco quisquilloso con la limpieza, no vayas aquí. Eran las 15. 00 así que no estaba ocupado, aproximadamente el 25% de las mesas estaban ocupadas, pero tuvimos problemas para encontrar una mesa limpia. Los pisos estaban sucios en todo el restaurante, el cubo de basura lleno y los inodoros rotos, aproximadamente 8 personas detrás del mostrador, pero no había nadie delante de la casa. No vamos a volver

Habiendo pedido una comida de tres piezas, debo decir lo decepcionada que estaba con lo que recibí. Las papas parecían estar bien pero tenían un sabor horrible. Dos de las tres piezas de pollo eran una broma, una era un poquito de una parte del pollo, la otra era algunos huesos recubiertos con una pizca de carne de pechuga entre ellos. Me habría quejado pero no podría ser molestado para hacer cola otra vez. Los baños estaban rotos y sucios. Aprendí una lección hoy, evitar este lugar es horrible.

Después de ordenar y recibir nuestra comida, la máquina VISA jugó y no se conectó, entre mi pareja y yo no teníamos efectivo, DESPUÉS de que se le informara MUY GRANDE que se habían rechazado las tarjetas, cuando en realidad no se había conectado, lo cual se había probado tres veces (una vez con la tarjeta de socios), luego nos dijeron que debíamos caminar hasta el cajero automático más cercano (estoy registrado como discapacitado) y obtener dinero en efectivo para pagar, el socio caminó a Cash Point bajo una lluvia torrencial donde encontró que estaba fuera de servicio, en informando al personal, y para que le dieran otra oportunidad a la tarjeta, le dijeron que manejara y consiguiera dinero en efectivo o tendrían que guardar la comida. ¡Llamaron al gerente que acaba de decir que no es su problema e ir a McDonald's en coche si nos molestáramos! ! ! ! ! ! ! ¡Qué vergüenza! ! ! !

Lo stesso non si può dire per i tavolini all' aperto, che all'inizio mi avevano attirato perché collocati sulla bella via principale della zona pedonale: ma quando ho visto un gabbiano atterrare su uno di questi tavoli per mettersi a banchettare con degli avanzi lasciati lì, ho deciso di mangiare all'interno (dove i posti sono un po' costipati). Having this, our family's favourite fast food choice, it never fails to impress. Good quality food all the time. Not everybodies favourit I agree, but well worth a visit if it is yours.

Not sure why these sort of places are listed on TripAdvisor as the same all over the world (which is the idea) only difference is service and cleanliness which is good here

A veces me vienen aquí durante mi pareja y pausa para el almuerzo. El personal siempre es amable, y tuberías de agua caliente. La semana pasada cuando yo estaba aquí, un par delante de mí iban a pagar, pero las máquinas de la tarjeta no funcionaban, pero la pareja tenía único y la comida estaba lista. Dijo que ellos pueden comer y pagar después de que hayan terminado. que me pareció bien de él.

Typical of what it is but the experience, whether here or elsewhere, can be spoiled. for me at least, by tough old chicken that is difficult to return under complaint when it has been driven home of party consumption

al no haber tenido KFC durante varios años, mi esposa me pidieron que me trae un cubo casa. Fue un momento muy concurrida, con piezas recién cocinado de pollo, pero el pollo estaba seco, no húmedas y suculentos. Decepcionante

Came here today for lunch with the kids as this is where they wanted to eat. My husband ordered our food. I asked for a original chicken salad and paid £1 extra for a drink and side. I asked my husband to get me coleslaw. I found a table to sit at with the children and he came back with our food which was all fine apart from no coleslaw. I asked my husband why and he said he was told we could only have chips as a side. I went up to the counter to swap the chips because the picture with the £1 deal showed chips, sweetcorn and beans, as i dont eat chips i thought i could get sweetcorn. I was speaking to the aparent manager who argued and argued with me infront of customers saying my husband had not asked for a side order although it showed it in our reciept we were given fries and the drink. He then started to be rude and aggressive. I gave him the chips and told him I will write to KFC as his attitude was disgusting. Made me feel awful and very uspet so do not recommend this kfc and will not return!!!

ha ha ha I cant believe you can review a KFC,,,Well we had the chicken which was a bit like chicken I have had in other KFC,s,, my wife wanted salmon but the staff were not helpful with this,,Nota great place for a fancy date or business lunch,

Although this is a fast food place you still expect a certain level of customer service. Today when i visited KFC the customer service was very poor, the food was also of a poor standard. The fries were overcooked and cold, the staff need alot more training in customer service and some with personal hygiene. Despite my disgust with customer service the place is very clean.
