Kfc in Hammersmith and Fulham

Avoid at all costs. I had a really bad meal and decided to use the toilet before I left. Unbelievable seriously never seen anything like it anywhere. These toilets have not been cleaned in months or maybe more .seriously

I am very conflicted, every time I have KFC, its a different experience. I used to think its my mood that might be the problem. But I now start to believe it's the lack of consistency :/

This is a restaurat we have visited many times and after years of waiting for them to do home delivery we were pleased to be able to order via Deliveroo. However there was a problem with the order, but we decided not to complain. Bascially they sent us a bucket of chicken breasts which my wife hates So today we decided to reorder the same meal today and phoned them and told them what had happened last time. They told us the mistake they made before was impossible and couldn't happen. All they really needed to do was apologise for the previous error and ensure we got the meal we wanted. That was far too simple in terms of good customer service; better to acuse the customer of lying and hang up the phone. It's not the firsts time I've had a problem with this restaurant because I happen to be disabled and when we previously visited the branch, the staff all ignored me because I was sitting down. Sometimes being disabled is being invisiible. We will never order from them again.

Last night there was very little open locally due to a road closure and flooding. We had very few options where to eat. We ordered 3 x burger type meals and everyone of them was luke warm/cold, soggy chips, over cooked sweetcorn, staff that don't listen to what you order then make you repeat it over again. Terrible, should be shut down.

É um KFC tal como se pode encontrar em qualquer outro lugar. A sala estava limpa e o serviço foi rápido, que é o que se deseja quando se tem de ir a este tipo de "restaurantes". It's a KFC, just as you can find anywhere else. The space was clean and service was fast enough, just what you want when you need to go to this kind of "restaurants".

Были ограничены во времени - зашли перекусить (не часто пользуемся фастфудом). В целом все понравилось - чисто быстро, вкусно.

We all loves a bit of fried chicken and on occasions the Cornell has to be visited. This shop is spacious enough to sit down and it is quite clean inside with no greezy smell. It can can super busy at lunchtime but that's to be expected. The staff could be slightly more customer service orientated and that where mark it down... That and the bland soggy fries

Понравилось, вкуснее чем в Москве, но надо понимать, что это фаст-фуд, а не здоровое питание. Если быстро перекусить - то нормально.

Catena americana caratterizzata da menu' a base di pollo fritto aromatizzato, molto gradevole e abbondante. Non ho gradito la scarsa pulizia dei tavoli.

Great fast food and fast service. Like any KFC this also serves what you know you will get in a KFC :)
