KFC in Newham

Twice in the past month I have gone into this branch, the ordering machines don't work properly and either time out or come up with an error when taking your money. They have taken my money and not processed my order. You can't use the counter for card payments they say cash only for card you have to use the machine but when you tell them it doesn't work they just say not our problem contact their head office. I will never again use this branch. Slow service unhelpful staff and machines that rip you off

The place is full of deliveroo drivers sitting down and occupying the seats waiting for jobs and even killing time inside..no space for customers!

I have never witnessed such unprofessional and poor customer service in the green street for the 15 years and I m not going back ever

good food quality highly recommended , food quality excellent , staff were friendly . Lobby clean and tidy .

Staff of this branch is really unhelpful and rude they always laying with customers after my I asked for toilet they said flash not working but toilet is ok they don’t want to clean

Went with family of three children, very slow service, looking queue for order, had to give order twice Fries were cold, lettuce in burger was soggy Only go if you are desperate!

Near the train station which makes it convenient to get a snack and go to your next destination. The shops not too small which I like and the staff are kind.

Sounds very good, but its actually not that good. You will get similar items in less price in other restaurants. Although the taste is not bad.
