KFC in Watford

KFC gone real downhill . Only reason went into this halal. However service is terrible. Had to wait long . Also literary put all food in on bag absolutely shambles. Kids mean , main meal , wings , chips . I have orderd 4 meals and wings and mini wrap. They don’t care they just dump all food in 1 bag. No service whatsoever no hi or thanking or even bye . Honestly no wonder why they are losing regular customer like me. I will not going their anytime soon

Didn’t give my friend his food, accused us of stealing it and took our receipts

Order never arrived, driver was round the corner the entirety I was waiting outside, no calls or notification to get in contact with me and then just marked as delivered…

Every time I order from here they get it wrong! How hard is it to read and order and put those items in the bag and then make sure you give the driver the correct order!? Obviously very hard for this bunch!

Food was mostly good but chips and popcorn chicken were cold. And order initially said 10-25 mins but took significantly longer

Chicken with dark and black bones. FROZEN chicken. Thigh bones not cracked and red joints. Costing undercooked.not the colonel’s way?

Whoever made my stacker burger must have shares in the company because there was barely a smudge of sauce in it. It was seriously lacking in both super charger and sweet chilli sauce. The chicken itself was very nice, just proper tight with the sauce.

This order took much longer than advertised and the driver originally drove to the wrong location and had to be given instructions to complete the order. The food hadn’t been stored flat and there the burger fell apart. The food was also cold.

Because I was giving 1 time and it kept changing but was happy with my hot order

I placed the order at 5pm for delivery at 6.15 to allow me to get to my evening arrangements on time. Unfortunately just over 30mins late has messed up my evening. I thought orders booked almost 3/4 hr before requested delivery would be fine.

For starters KFC is no longer a reasonably priced high street take out place. KfC has raised prices more than any other take out place so rightfully as a customer i will expect a certain level of standard when dining in this ever so expensive establishment. Quality of food poor, customer service of staff is poor and a broken front door means it is always open and this means the restaurant is very cold and this means the food gets cold. Come on KFC pull your flipping socks up... if you gonna charge premium prices we want the service and better still good quality food

Been to this KFC a couple of times getting a 10 piece bargain bucket and at least 3 of the 10 pieces were tiny wings. I will not be going back again

Items missing and food cold due to being late!

The food was stone cold, I ordered it last night so it would come at a certain time today I ordered it for 15:25 and it didn’t come till 16:41 and I got offered a free popcorn chicken when I ordered and then I was charged for the popcorn chicken today the chips tasted like reheated chips they were very stale not happy at all tbh waited ages for it to arrive just to be unsatisfied I also ordered it at the time I put for a reason because I was going out shortly after that time so that got ruined!

Worst service. Order was made at 7:20pm. Still not arrived at 9:20pm. Drove all the way to the restaurant, and arrived to an empty restaurant. Asked if I could cancel the order as we had been waiting over 2 hours for it. I was told it was not possible and that the delay is not the restaurant' fault. While speaking to one staff member, the other passed my order to a delivery man right in front of me! The order was received after 2.5 hours of being placed, and was completely wet and soggy. Absurd!

Ordered 12:44p, original estimated arrival time was 13:10pm and it arrived 13:42pm! Had I known it would be an hour I would have gone to the restaurant myself ordered and collected! Everything arrived stone cold! Not happy, will not be ordering again!

The wings aren’t how they used to be, definitely not spicy. They taste burnt/dead.

The food arrived in about 35 mins. The driver failed to read my delivery notes which gave the exact my exact location and was sitting outside a property at the other end of the road. I had to go outside twice to try and find the driver.

My order took and Hour and a half when the restaurant is 10 mins away, just eat would not let me cancel the order in that time. The food arrived ice cold will never order from here again.
