KFC in Watford

The food always at KFC is the best, the only bad part was the strips, on its own and in burger were very salty.

I was today and l order for TA 2 mighty buckets,when the order come l check inside the bag,one chips,was missing, and when l open the one bag mighty bucket just 3 pieces of chicken when supposed to be 6

I just buy regular chicken pieces with nothing else and they're always cooked decent. It's best to go when it's busy after 6pm for freshest cooked chicken though. Don't order at the self-service, order at the counter.

Terrible food and costumer service! We had a twister wrap which was terrible ! In the begging was with 2-3 pieces of red cabbage, after we ask for a proper twister, they ve handed me the one who was full with this salad, who looks off, speaking with the manager about it he ensure my wife which is pregnant that salad is not out of date! We was asked if he will eat this and start to laught.

Went there to get take away but unfortunately I haven't checked the bag before getting out.once arrived home I've discovered the chicken popcorn was missing from the meal and 1 chicken strip as well.next time will double triple check.

Very rude staff. The tables were all flithy - we asked for someone to clean the table. They said they'd send someone but nobody came. The food was the usual KFC standard, but it was let down by the dirty restaurant and unhelpful staff. I'd have given 0 stars if I could.

The staff are incredibly rude the place is absolutely disgusting always dirty would not recommend. We wanted to sit in but every table we went to go to had old crusty food on it the toilets should have this place shut down.

I know I came an hour before closing, but don't be yapping around instead of preparing my food

Very bad experience .staff is not helpful at all . Ordered kids meal came with no box just one chicken strips in a paper bag.with fruits shoot it cost £4,20 something.that kind of serving food is not helping kids interest to eat at all. And also we ordered 10 pieces chicken buckets. Only had one leg piece all other 9 pieces are just with wing and some are just hardly had meat in a chicken. Not good chicken pieces in the bucket at all . Not recommended.👎👎👎 Had to give one star otherwise it’s not allowing me to post the review

This branch is always very slow at preparing your order, but the parking is good and it's the nearest branch. This time wasn't the longest wait thankfully. The food is usually pretty good, tho the chips were a bit soggy. Would've been better if I put them in the oven for a bit but we were hungry and couldn't wait!

Good ambience and quick service

Used mobile App to order. Husband to pick up. On arrival to restaurant, order vanished from App. Tried to call Restaurant landline to enquire as I was the one that paid but line constantly engaged

Namratht was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Even though its Kfc i felt special and valued. Especially as its 22.00pm Saturday night . Most people's customer service is non existence and its a great feeling Thank you x

Typical kfc, fast service, has been messy a few times now, not cleaned very frequently. A bit chaotic inside the shop. Computer screens tells you to collect but food still not ready, maybe they are doing this to hit preparation targets.

Not so good this time, Dirty tables Dirty floor Bins outside where over flowing with rubbish, this Restaurant needs some good strong management to get back on top of its game. Food was as it should be for a KFC but they got my order wrong.

I ordered a Stuffing Tower Burger Meal. The meal comes with fries. I asked for ketchup but KFC staff told me they do not have any. That’s quite a shock to me. This is why I gave only two star for the food. Honestly, I don’t think the burger taste great either. Service offered by the Staffs are very good and helpful. However, fries with no sauce feels like something missing still.

It's good as always, love a juicy chicken here! Chicken in tge wrap was crispy outside and juicy inside, can't go wrong with it! Fries are really not good, hopefully this will change soon!

Only KFC in warford with parking although shared with other shops but not in the city center so lots of spaces available. Its a new one .. much awaited one ... the one in st albans is shabby old ...

The Vegan burger is absolutely awful. Texture like rubber, tastes like pepper and first impression is that it looks grey. Surely KFC can do better?

The chicken pieces served are too small compared to other locations. Definetly try other kfc locations instead.

Wanted an offer which was displayed in the window. Was told cannot have offer unless I use mobile phone to display Q code on the self ordering machine! Cannot blame staff for Kfc marketing Richard craniums ideas.

Very arrogant and attitude behaviour by ms SRIVASTHA in the counter.. she really needs to educate herself about customer service.. she served me the wrong order and I went back and ask them.. and the girl who was in the cashier apologised to me and the girl who was previously served me the wrong order ( srivastha) with the disrespectful attitude she said ‘ it’s not my mistake’.. then who’s mistake to give the wrong order.. zero politeness and bad attitude towards the customers.. if your want to treated nicely better avoid this place..

Horrible staff members, bunch of rejects, don’t understand English properly. Get your order all wrong and then complain about it. Please teach your staff manners and how to deal with customers, especially with the (Asian) man with a tattoo on his arm.

Count your children pieces ordered 12 bucket and only got 10. Always something wrong with the orders here for some reason not the first time.

They did not allow anyone to eat in at 10pm on a sunday even though they didn't close until 11 pm as their cleaner had left at 10pm and they couldn't be bothered to clean up after anyone. Ridiculous. There were hardly any customers and lots of staff, so NO EXCUSES!

One of the worst KFC restaurants in London. They lost my online order and it took 30 mins to prepare a replacement. The staff are not managed well and the managers definitely need more enhanced and robust training. Avoid visiting if you are in a rush.

Very longvwait for food, service seemed disorganised with little customer focus. Showing orders as 'ready for collection' when they clearly hadn't been processed is very annoying ( a method of cheating the performance KPIs?)

Quite run down, service is OK. KFC doesn't offer the same atmosphere or service as a mcdonalds does. I love KFC but even the food sometimes is dodgy and I've known so many people fall ill after a KFC.

Small and very limited seating but good for a fast food place had all the things you would expect from a takeaway fast food eatery

Food was as expected but restaurant was untidy and unclean. Friendly staff but not enough of them on shift. Hence the poor cleanliness. Was a busy midday lunchtime. But the place looked like it hadn’t been tidied in hours.

This KFC was excellent. Food was mostly hot (my wife had a cold piece of chicken which was changed without fuss). Food was delicious and in this case I'm almost tempted to say it was better than Wendy's earlier this week. Bottom line - I would go there again.

We ordered a mighty bucket which has 6 pieces of chicken and a 1 piece chicken too. What we got was 2 actual pieces chicken and a bunch of scraps. Very disappointing and very much cheated.

The service here is terrible. If you are placing a large order you always have to wait 20-30 mins and they always forget something. Always check your order before you leave!

The food is fine but it’s so annoying when they give you an eat in order in paper bags rather than on a tray. Nowhere to put things as you eat them and makes a huge mess.

Such a pathetic delievey service۔ The order was not properly delievered and on top of that sending it via deliveroo where the rider doesn't speak a word of english! And then the restuarant is too busy to pick up the phone۔ Pathetic to its extent۔ Extremely disappointed with the service!

It should be call KSC ( Kentucky Slow Chicken) Instead of KFC we ordered our food at 14:05 and waited and waited and waited 30 minutes we had to wait for a meal for 2 people saw people come and go come and go thought by the time we’d get the food I would have aged 10 years so in organised it’s a joke staff honestly don’t know what there doing put collect order as soon as it goes through so everyone is asking for their food and getting agitated like me. And free the food Came it was Sub par at best some of it cold. I get it it’s Saturday but still hire more staff if you can’t cope simple NEVER AGAIN AVOID

Standard kfc. Thought ketchup had run out

Visited 30 mins before closing time and ordered 20 wings bucket deal. Visually wings seems alright but after eating these wings I had worst food poisoning which lasted for two days. This particular branch of KFC is not recommended at all.

Ordered from here a few times. Always arrives on time and has everything that I’ve ordered. Burger arrives piping hot and fries are crispy. Popcorn bites are delicious and very moreish. Can of drink was nice and chilled. Meal was well packaged and nothing has leaked or made a mess in the bag. Prices are good and not too expensive to have it delivered. Food is good quality and worth it. The authentic KFC coating taste can’t be beaten.

Worst KFC I've been too. Three staff on the front and no food coming out. Only two out of the three front staff working. The blond bun one literally standing there and having a drink watching her colleagues do the work. Also this bench seems to be held with tape and glue? Also large metal staples pointing out!? Absolutely avoid here.

This will be the last time I will be visiting this place. The food is not made with any care they just dump everything in a box and give it to you in a bag even when you tell them you are eating in. The bins are absolutely disgusting and overflowing and someone needs to tell the staff that this is a restaurant where people eat. Then you have the staff who are so rude it’s beyond me why they have been employed by KFC even the manager is so arrogant and rude who needs to be taught the basics of customer service. Please be careful when you are going, they give preference to drivers like uber eat deliveroo and your order will be the least priority Coz its take away or eat in. I will never bring my children here again or order. They won't even care coz Customer service is horrible.

Shocking service and wait times. Waited 15 mins for my food. When the food arrived the chicken was still red and uncooked. Tables all dirty, not cleaned. No apologies for the shocking service from staff. Been here twice and both times same thing happened. Avoid unless you wish to end up in A and E due to food poisoning.

Service very slow. Always check you order before leaving as they always get it wrong. Last time we went in they missed 2 items from just 3 meals. Didn't even apologise just put in the bag while avoiding eye contact. Self service machines really need a regular clean. Staff look so miserable.

Wow this has to be the dirtiest KFC I have ever been to, even when I complained to a member of staff the vague look she gave me said it all. Every table was filthy with food everywhere including chicken bones, the floor was also covered in food and discarded wrappers. There was absolutely no evidence that this place has a regular cleaning regime in place whatsoever. Even my complaint wasn’t enough to kick someone into action and grab the cleaning equipment (If they have any)

Self service machines were really dirty. We were here for 1 hour and no one cleaned the place during our stay which during COVID times gives a nice infection vector on those panels.

Called 3 times and no one picked up! I have not received an order I have done through JustEat, which was accepted by them and my money was taken. No status update or update on estimated arrival time.

They clearly didn't change the deep frying oil as after lunch the Strips and wings were dark and tasted not good. Also, the salad box was almost empty.

Disgusting., filthy place that needs to be closed down as a health hazard. I’ve eaten in cleaner shacks in developing countries. No hand alcohol cleaner available even when asked. The place makes me feel physically sick 🤮 Watford Enviromental Health have been informed. If the reviews here don’t improve, it means Watford EH are inefficient.

Really poor service. Took around 30-40 minutes for food to arrive to eat in and when it eventually appeared, items were missing. There were a number of people waiting for their orders. Staff were just stood around looking at the order screen. They then disappeared to the back of the kitchens whilst customers were growing increasingly frustrated. It needs tighter management and direction for the staff - there is no organisation or drive to provide good service. Disappointing.

I ended up waiting 30 minutes because they 1 guy on tills none of the machines were working properly and they were just slow, this isn't the level of service expected from a kfc
