The food arrived in about 35 mins. The driver failed to read my delivery notes which gave the exact my exact location and was sitting outside a property at the other end of the road. I had to go outside twice to try and find the driver.

The wings aren’t how they used to be, definitely not spicy. They taste burnt/dead.

Food was cold on delivery. Delivery time was 10-25 minutes when ordering but took over a hour to arrive

My order took and Hour and a half when the restaurant is 10 mins away, just eat would not let me cancel the order in that time. The food arrived ice cold will never order from here again.

This KFC is consistently on point. I do love KFC and some of their restaurants are definitely better than others, and this is one of the best.

Food was left getting cold on the side waiting for a coffee for the order. 10 minutes later food was cold still no coffee. Staff just standing around while customers waiting. Not a great visual for the company.

Located between Halfords and Aldi out of the city center and close to Lidl, TK Max, Curry's and others. New restaurant so still clean and well cared after. Tasty food. Great service. Fast serving. Plenty of choice in the menu. Lots of sides as well.

We ordered a wicked variety bucket 6pc and there were only 5 original recipe chicken instead of the 6 there were meant to be. As well as that www were supposed to get 8 wings but only received 5 wings. We had been cut short of what we ordered and did not receive my money’s worth!

Went in at 10:30pm was told they close at 10:45 and was told we couldn’t have food. The woman who was mopping was really rude, we explained online and on the door it stated the close at 11 and she continued to lie and be rude.. But confused

What a joke. The delivery time should be between 15-30 mins. They kept changing the time they said the fools will be delivered at several times then send me a notification that they are looking for a driver then another one that the driver is there but waiting for the food as the restaurant is busy. The reason why I ordered from there is the quick delivery time they promised. Food is so oily not like a clean fried chicken. So bad.

Had to order a second one because the first one was delivered to someone else or something. Customer service said they couldn’t do anything, couldn’t explain why and that it was policy not to refund customers who didn’t recieve their order

When the food arrived the delivery driver stank of petrol from his motorbike and so did the food, receipt and bag were visibly covered in petrol. Completely inedible and every item had to go in the bin.

The food was barely warm so was not a pleasant experience. Using paper bags for delivery is not a good way of keeping food hot, so why are you not using boxes and buckets as shown on your menu. Not a happy customer will not be buying from you again.

From the point of ordering to when food was collected was a lengthy wait and then the courier took a long time to deliver, going an incorrect way and obviously confused, yet did not phone me. The courier said my postcode was incorrect but I showed my phone. The postcode is correct WD23 2QA. Food was disappointingly delayed and therefore food not as hot as it should have been which spoilt the meal we were looking forward to.

The food always at KFC is the best, the only bad part was the strips, on its own and in burger were very salty.

I was today and l order for TA 2 mighty buckets,when the order come l check inside the bag,one chips,was missing, and when l open the one bag mighty bucket just 3 pieces of chicken when supposed to be 6

I just buy regular chicken pieces with nothing else and they're always cooked decent. It's best to go when it's busy after 6pm for freshest cooked chicken though. Don't order at the self-service, order at the counter.

Terrible food and costumer service! We had a twister wrap which was terrible ! In the begging was with 2-3 pieces of red cabbage, after we ask for a proper twister, they ve handed me the one who was full with this salad, who looks off, speaking with the manager about it he ensure my wife which is pregnant that salad is not out of date! We was asked if he will eat this and start to laught.

Very rude staff. The tables were all flithy - we asked for someone to clean the table. They said they'd send someone but nobody came. The food was the usual KFC standard, but it was let down by the dirty restaurant and unhelpful staff. I'd have given 0 stars if I could.

The staff are incredibly rude the place is absolutely disgusting always dirty would not recommend. We wanted to sit in but every table we went to go to had old crusty food on it the toilets should have this place shut down.

Didn’t get my drink or my hot wings

Delivery driver very rude to me on arrival. Prior to delivery I was tracking the driver on my phone. I could see that she was at the wrong end of my road and she remained there for a few minutes. The driver then called me. Her English wasn’t very good, but I tried to explain that she should come to the other end of the road, and where to park. She said thank you and ended the call. I waited for another 3-4 minutes, then went outside to see where the driver was. I could see that she was still at the other end of the road. She must have spotted me and made her way to me. As she got off her moped she was telling me off (I couldn’t really make out what she was saying)and gesticulating to me waving her arms around aggressively, as if she was cross with me that is was my fault she couldn’t find address. She then shoved the food at me whilst mumbling under her breath. The food was semi warm.

Very bad experience .staff is not helpful at all . Ordered kids meal came with no box just one chicken strips in a paper bag.with fruits shoot it cost £4,20 something.that kind of serving food is not helping kids interest to eat at all. And also we ordered 10 pieces chicken buckets. Only had one leg piece all other 9 pieces are just with wing and some are just hardly had meat in a chicken. Not good chicken pieces in the bucket at all . Not recommended.👎👎👎 Had to give one star otherwise it’s not allowing me to post the review

Terrible, delivered me a burger with only the bottom bun and chicken. The rest of the burger was not there when I opened the box! I complained and they said for me to come to the store, what’s the point of ordering home if they expect me to go into the store! Shambles! Will never order from here again!!!
