Always been a fan for the authentic Vietnamese / Chinese cuisine until now when they started to charge 25p for chilli sauce. It is not the cost I take issue with but more the fact that the authenticity of the food is somewhat lost without the natural, complementary chilli. Disappointing.

Their Bahn Mi rolls are filled with the freshest, most flavoursome, magical things and the 'roll' itself is like crispy air! It has the lightest texture of any bread like product I've ever eaten. That's the part that is actually amazing! their duck is beautiful, I haven't eaten anything else there because the rolls are so astonishingly goos.

I was eating my food, thought it didn’t smell right but it taste the same but it was okish. I then notice something moving in my sandwich and saw a larva. Baby maggot. I went straight to the shop. I asked for management they said only the supervisor was in. I showed him my food (I took a video) I asked for the mangers contact details. He said he’ll get them. He went in the back for a little while and then came backlit to tell me that he can’t find the managers contact information. Which is bizarre! He said he is sorry and that he will give me free food when I next come in. They didn’t offer me a refund, they had poor customer care. As he also said “I don’t know how that got there”. They know me well enough as I go in there and I work In the clinic across the road from them. This has been a terrible experience. As I work in a skin clinic and have clients back to back. This has affected my work today as I’ve been having to keep going to the toilet to vomit because I feel physically sick by it all. I’m not sure what to do as I feel the situation hasn’t been handled well. We are in a pandemic with covid everyone is supposed to be on ball with their hygiene and this makes me question their safety and hygiene overall.

Solo es comida para llevar, pero un servicio súper rápido (dentro y fuera en 2 minutos a pesar de la cola del almuerzo). Espere pagar alrededor de 9 libras, pero las porciones son buenas. Ingredientes sabrosos y de buena calidad. El menú principal es muy ligero en opciones vegetarianas: un tazón de arroz con estofado de berenjena y tofu es prácticamente la única opción (¡aunque muy sabrosa!). Incluso los pescatarianos no obtienen un buen trato ya que cualquier opción de mariscos parece venir con carne de cerdo ardilla en algún lugar allí. Había un menú especial en la caja registradora con otro par de opciones vegetales (por ejemplo, un plato de arroz con curry vegetariano), pero ninguno en las categorías de sopas o fideos.
