Absolutely disgusted with the jalebis which I bought for a dinner party on Saturday. They were too crispy and tasted sour and were not fit to serve to my family. Will never set foot in this establishment again as they have refused to acknowledge my complaint.

Harrow has a vibrant food scene with a variety of highly rated restaurants. Ketraj is one of them who is serving very good and fresh Indian food.

We went to grab Sunday morning brunch from here, we tried the samosa’s M, Punjabi samosa’s, dal kachori, bhajia, dal bhaji. Everything there was absolutely horrible unless we went at the wrong time we got all cold stale dried out food! What a waste of £20!!! The dabeli we got had hard rolls that had probably been made a week or so before off it to be that hard! Can’t believe they get away selling food like this! Her pink egos, service was good but they lied when we asked if the food was all fresh they said it was and nothing was edible! Def won’t be coming back here

Polite, friendly and helpful. Large order to take away and prices were reasonable. This would be 5 stars, but we asked (and paid) for 6 of the small samosas and when we got home there were only 3. Not worth going back but a shame. We would buy from here again.

Excellent place for Rajasthani flavour. Jalebis are to die for. Crunchy and not too sweet. Pyaz kachori, samosas and mirchi bada have the traditional jodhpuri flavour. Must visit.

Pyaj Kachori, Mirchi Bada, Jalebi & Ghewar was amazing. Pyaj Kachori brought memories of Child hood the famous Rawat Ki Kachori at Jaipur.

Usually they are good, but this time the service was appalling. Ordered dal kachoris, samosas, sweets and more savouries. We paid and left. When we reached we checked it was peas kachoris and samosas were missing. Instead of apologising, all they asked us come back and exchange it as peas and dal looks the same. They couldn't be bother with anything. If this continues, im sure they will loose more and more customers.

Superb restaurant for takeaways - crispy fresh jalebi and scrumptious ghevar tempt me to visit the restaurant every week. Excellent choice for vegetarians, takeaways and Indian sweets. Specially repeating Jalebi, Ghevar, Samosa and Mirchivada for the best one. All the best. Enjoy the food.

It's an absolute hidden gem in Harrow, not many would notice what's all on offer from outside. Once inside, it's a different world. There is a whole range of snacks, sweets, curry and vegetarian/vegan varieties, clearly labelled. Very neat and clean. Not many places are nowadays pure vegetarian unfortunately. I tried their traditional churma and Dal/baati on recommendation of a local friend, and can't praise them enough for providing authentic taste and flavours. Well done and keep up the good work guys. A suggestion to all vegetarian lovers, do try them once. It could be addictive; I have already decided to visit them again when next in Harrow.

This is our first visit and as we entered the aroma of food was amazing. The menu offers a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes. We ordered samosas, kachories and chilli paneer, most exquisite flavours. Authentic Indian taste. For this reason I highly recommend going to Ketraj.

Went today after a long time. Seems like new staff. Woman who served me was very professional just a shame about the food. Purchased a number of items but wish I hadn't. Have had stomach problems a few hours after eating the food which was below average.

Placed an order for some Bhajans for a large order of jelibi. Was told to pick them up in the morning. We arrived to be told they needed another 45 mins. Went home & came back after 45mins. Guess what still not ready. Asked for another half hour. Would never order with them again. Poor service. Unprofessional attitude. The little Gujarati boy serving me didn’t even apologise or acknowledge that he was wasting so much of our time. Jelibi was nice - but all spoilt with poor business service.

I had hosted a B'Day Party for my Son. While I wasn't happy with the arrangements done and what restaurant had promised me to deliver but what was more frustrating that I was over-billed. At the time of payment, the cashier told me that their till-machine is not working and hence just did the total on the calculator, which was incorrect. Since, I didn't had the receipt, I didn't realize that I ended-up paying about 15% - 20% extra money and realized only after I came back home. Since, then I have called hotel may times and sent them an e-mail as well but no response from their end. It's not a matter of 40 pounds that I paid extra but the intent and the courtesy demonstrated by the restaurant manager & staff. Disappointing when have a feeling that someone has tried to cheat you...may be unintentional but not correcting their mistake

The service was excellent. The food was great. We asked for mild food and they made it just right. We also got some extra compliments of the restaurant. Really liked it. Will definitely recommend it.

We were on our way to the British Museum and stopped in for lunch. Admit we haven't had Indian cuisine for many years but heard that London had good Indian restaurants and thought that we try one. This was not the one. We had their curry, my wife the chicken and I the lamb and with rice. If we were not famished we would have walked out. We eat a different kind of curry but this was just not in our flavor zone at all. Because of the curry we decided not to try anything else and just paid and left.

My kids love their Panner sabji. We buy very often. Their onion bhaji and Dahi vada is also finger licking. The whole reasturant is vegeterian. So enjoyed the place as we are vegeterian.
