Salió a comer algo antes de ir a un concierto. . El centro comercial estaba a punto de cerrar y nos dieron nuestra comida y nos dieron instrucciones de salir del centro comercial y comer nuestra comida en otro lugar. Entré en la estación de tren y me senté a comer nuestras hamburguesas fileteadas... Vaya... Las virutas estaban frías, disgregadas y absolutamente repugnantes con algún tipo de recubrimiento maloliente en ellas. La hamburguesa de filete parecía como si se hubiera cocinado durante unas 2 horas en la freidora... La hamburguesa entera estaba más seca que las bragas de la Madre Teresas. . . Qué desperdicio de 16 libras...

Después de un largo día decidimos tomar un bocado rápido, ya que estábamos exhaustos para visitar un restaurante. Este KFC estaba vacío cuando llegamos, pero no tomó mucho tiempo para descubrir por qué. Mesas y suelo sucios, personal desinteresado, Pedimos 4 menús y fue realmente horrible! Papas fritas y hamburguesas, refrescos sin hielo. Definitivamente no se recomienda!

Order Machine not working, so went to queue. I only had just ordered,, checking my receipt for order number asian person screamed my number within 29 seconds. Not cooked to order. Very very greasy. Handed me my order. I said I also ordered a drink he gave me one without checking my receipt or order. Unprofessional! Last time my receipt said expected waiting time 1 hour 39 minutes. I complained. Given within 39 seconds.. odd

I was in the KFC in Waverley Mall yesterday at about 4pm and the hygiene was disgusting. It was not busy there were only 5 or 6 tables with occupants but we struggled to find a clean table. Almost every table had leftover meal debris on the tables and in some cases on the chairs. There was food all over the floor...at least the pigeon seemed to enjoy it. I reported this guest to your staff and then went back to the table expecting a staff member to come and try and remove the bird or at least start cleaning tables. Waited 5 mins and no one came. It was so messy we did not feel able to finish our meal. If staff don't care about cleanliness in front of house what must the kitchens look like? We left and put our uneaten meal in the bin making sure to at least leave one table clear for the next customer. As I left I checked the counter in case they had a big queue of customers that would have prevented staff from coming to clean up but no. Two male members of staff were talking through the shelves where the food is put through to staff at the back and no customer. Like I say if staff cannot be bothered cleaning the public facing parts what must the kitchens be like?

Jeg har været på mange KFC men den her slår bundrekorden. Maden kom hurtigt og der var det jeg havde bestilt, men så starter listen med dårligdomme: halvkold mad, toiletter der var direkte ulækre (jeg ved ikke hvad der var på gulvet, men vand var det ikke...), mad affald på gulvet og fyldte skraldespande...

Gravy was crap and watery they didn’t give us napkins or forks had to go to the counter multiple times. DO NOT GO HERE!

Estaba situado al lado de mi hotel, así que fui allí dos veces para comer. Era un buen lugar, pero las papas fritas y el pollo estaban fríos o acuosos. ! He estado en muchos KFC pero a veces algunas ramas son mejores que otras. . !

Visited this place whilst in Edinburgh and wanting a quick lunch. Staff were rude, no hello or anything else polite. Bluntly told that they do no thave the wet wipes they usually give with food, however since visited other brahces of KFC and everytime been given the wipes. Chicken was very greasy and only a handful of chips with my meal, maybe because I used their app which give discounts. Really poor and would never visit this brnach again.

We called in here for a quick bite after a nite out it was after mid Ute the food was cooked fresh so lovely and hot place was clean and tidy a few people eating all good would visit again

Just the place for a quick breather to rest your weary feet before onward travel. A three piece meal + fries + large 7up - just the thing to get you going again. Table was clean and staff routinely checked to clear tables. Nowhere convenient to wash hands and visit to the Gents cost 30p.

Le restaurant est très sale (restes de nourriture et d'emballages sur les tables et sur le sol). Tables non nettoyées. Cela malgré la présence d'une personne pour l'entretien (peu active). Qualite de la nourriture en dessous des autres KFC déjà testés.

Restaurant can be really messy and untidy with half eaten food left on trays from previous customers, the service is quick would be better if same attention was paid to cleaning

Decide to have lunch in the Waverly Mall ,popped into KFC . Pleasant staff ,fast service clean tables. Dried out chicken !! This is not the reason we enjoy KFC there was not a vestige of the hot succulent chicken we were used to . I would suggest they had not been very busy this morning and the chicken had been lying a long time drying out . It has not put me off KFC but we will not be back to the Waverly Mall one
